Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Klemmen eines Unterwindefadens (7) an der Spindel (2) einer Ringspinn- oder -zwirnmaschine, wobei die Spindel (2) unterhalb eines aufgesteckten Kopses (4) einen festen Bund (9) und eine mittels einer Betätigungsvorrichtung (10) axial zur Spindel (2) verschiebbare, mit dem Bund (9) in Klemm-Wirkverbindung bringbare Klemmhülse (8; 8') aufweist und wobei der Unterwindefaden (7) die Spindel (2) mit weniger als 360° umschlingt, wobeidie mit mindestens einem Betätigungselement (11) versehene Betätigungsvorrichtung (10) feststehend an der Ringspinnoder -zwirnmaschine angeordnet ist,das Betätigungselement (11) nur zum Betätigen mit der Klemmhülse (8, 8') in Berührung bringbar ist undeine Einrichtung (12) vorgesehen ist, durch welche die Klemmhülse (8, 8') unabhängig von dem Einwirken der Betätigungsvorrichtung (10) in der Klemmstellung (K) gehalten wird,
daß das Betätigungselement (11) als mindestens ein einen Bund (15) der Klemmhülse (8) beidseitig übergreifender oder ein zwischen zwei Bunden (15, 16) der Klemmhülse (8) ragender, beidseitig beaufschlagbarer Arm (20; 21), als mindestens eine federnde Zunge (22, 22'; 23), als Nockenwellen (24, 24'), als mindestens eine Schiene (25; 26) oder als mindestens ein Gewindeelement (27) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
pneumatische, mechanische oder magnetische Antriebe (30; 31; 32; 33; 34) zum Bewegen der Arme (20; 21) der Betätigungsvorrichtung (10). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum pneumatischen Antrieb (30) der Betätigungsvorrichtung (10) mindestens ein aufblasbarer, sich längs der Maschine erstreckender Schlauch (40, 41; 40') einsetzbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß beidseitig des Arms (20) der Betätigungsvorrichtung (10) jeweils ein Schlauch (40, 41) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die federnde Zunge (22, 22'; 23) an einem drehbaren Teil (32) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schienen (25; 26) heb- und senkbar oder verschiebbar ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gewindeelement als in einen Gewindegang (28) eingreifbarer Stift (27) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Betätigungselement (11) im Bundbereich der axial beweglichen Klemmhülsen (8) mit mindestens einem federbeaufschlagten Rastelement versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klemmhülse (8) oberhalb des Bundbereichs einen mit einem Klemmkegel (39') des feststehenden Bundes (9) der Spindel (2) zusammenwirkenden Klemmkegel (39) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klemmkegel (39, 39') der Klemmhülse (8) und des feststehenden Bundes (9) jeweils im unteren Bereich kleinen Durchmesser aufweisen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kegelwinkel (α) des Kegelstumpfes ca. 3° bis 8° beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Bereich des feststehenden Bundes (9) ein Schneidmesser (55) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der feststehende Bund (9) und die Klemmhülse (8, 8') aus unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen, insbesondere Stahl und Kunststoff, bestehen.
