Definitions
- the invention relates to a interlocking tile with a side and crimping, the latter in the crotch corner has a depression open to the brick head.
- the valley extends itself over the head side fold to the outer Side fold rib and is used for horizontal stacking Inclusion of a stacking rib, which is why it also extends over the entire Width is guided.
- EP-A-585 737 known.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a interlocking tile to create the type mentioned in the area of the headed side seam seal better.
- the notch is completed at least on two sides in the direction of the brick foot and towards the right edge of the brick. This creates an opening to the brick head and / or to the left edge of the brick, in which the Covering the hook-shaped rib of the neighboring tile covering can insert.
- the sack-shaped notch leaves the surrounding head and / or side fold rib in their original height so that the protective effect of these ribs is preserved remains.
- the hook-shaped rib engaging in the notch takes possibly blown in water and directs it to the Brick back over the water drainage rib into the head interlocking of the covering eaves-side brick.
- the hook-shaped Rib is therefore not only a sealing closure, but also at the same time a water guiding element that catches the blown water and specifically derives.
- An embodiment of the invention is based on a drawing described.
- the interlocking tile 1 of Figure 1 shows a head fold 2, the - in the following order - an outer top rabbet rib 213, has a top rebate groove 214 and an inner top rebate rib 215.
- the side fold 5 consists of an outer side fold rib 513, which also forms the flank of the brick. Inside this is followed by a side rebate groove 514 and an inner rebate rib 515.
- a sack-shaped notch 288, both in the present case open to the brick head 2 as well as to the left edge of the brick is while going to the other two sides of the rectangular Floor plan is sealed off by an inlet slope.
- the cover fold 3 still has an outer cover fold flank 321, an outer cover groove 324 and an inner cover rib 327.
- the cover fold flank 321 ends at a lower head cover fold corner cutout 3952, whereas the inner top fold rib 327 bis is passed to the upper corner cutout 2951.
- Figures 3 and 4 shows the head and Side folds analog ribs and grooves, so that the same Reference characters were chosen and there is a separate description this fold areas are unnecessary. Below is just up the differences entered.
- the drop 288 is also bag-shaped, but only open towards the brick head 2, A branch extends laterally to the edge of the brick 5 the outer side rebate rib 513, which is in height is reduced to the brick head 2 and one left rib edge for the notch 288 forms.
- the hook-shaped rib 227 of the rear of the brick lies in this notch, which are analogous to the first embodiment Brick head 2 flanked and connected to the water drainage rib 621.
- the rib 227 in the form of a U-loop.
- the other too End of the rib 227 opens into a water drain rib 621, wherein a bend in the head area of this further water drainage rib is present, the shape of the bag shape of the Notch 288 corresponds to FIG. 3.
- the water drainage rib is 621 at a distance from the side edge of the corner cutout 2951 the hook-shaped rib 227 extends not all the way to the corner cut 2951.
