Claims (30)
- Personen-Kontrolleinrichtung für den Zutritt zu Schiliften od.dgl. in zumindest einer Durchgangsspur, mit zumindest einer Leseeinrichtung (3,8) für von Personen mitgeführte, transportable Datenträger, und mit mindestens einem Datenempfänger pro Durchgangsspur, der Daten vom Datenträger aufnimmt, die von der Leseeinrichtung (3,8) lesbar sind, wobei oberhalb des Datenempfängers (5,9) der Leseeinrichtung (3,8) ein Träger (10) angeordnet ist, an dem der Datenempfänger (5,9) aufgehängt ist, im Bereich unterhalb des Datenempfängers (5,9) ein Freiraum (F) bleibt, und jeder Datenempfänger (5,9) zumindest in der Höhe verstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß der Datenempfänger eine Antenne (9) einer Leseeinrichtung (8) zur berührungslosen Erfassung von Daten der Datenträger (7) ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Datenempfänger ein Lesekopf (5) zum Lesen magnetisch oder optisch kodierter Daten auf den Datenträgern (6) ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei oder mehrere, vorzugsweise gleichartige Datenempfänger (5,9) in seitlichem Abstand zueinander vom selben Träger abgehängt sind.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß zwei oder mehrere Datenempfänger (5,9) gemeinsam an ein und derselben Aufhängung (11) am Träger (10) aufgehängt sind.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorzugsweise gleichartigen Datenempfänger (9) an derselben Aufhängung (11) zur Erfassung von Datenträgern links bzw. rechts der Aufhängung ausgebildet sind.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Datenempfänger (5,9) an derselben Aufhängung (11) zur Erfassung verschiedener Datenträgertypen (6,7) ausgebildet sind.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß neben dem Datenempfänger (5,9) auch weitere elektronische Bestandteile der die Daten in Form von elektrischen Signalen abgebenden Leseeinrichtung (3,8) gemeinsam mit dem Datenempfänger (5,9) vom Träger (10) abgehängt und vorzugsweise mit dem zugehörigen Datenempfänger (5,9) in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse untergebracht sind, das zumindest in der Höhe verstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von den Teilen der Leseeinrichtung im wesentlichen nur der Datenempfänger (9) vom Träger (10) abgehängt ist und weitere elektronische Bestandteile (18) der Leseeinrichtung zur Aufbereitung der vom Datenempfänger aufgenommenen Daten in elektrische Signale an einer anderen Stelle, beispielsweise im oder am Träger (10), angeordnet sind.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Schranken, ein Drehkreuz (2) oder dergleichen gemeinsam mit dem Datenempfänger am Träger (10) aufgehängt und in Abhängigkeit von den vom Datenempfänger (6,7) aufgenommenen und der zugehörigen Leseeinrichtung (3,8) aufbereiteten Daten gesteuert ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10) im wesentlichen horizontal verläuft.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10) höhenverstellbar gelagert ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß der Träger (10) vorzugsweise um eine im wesentlichen vertikale Achse (17) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10) einseitig gelagert ist und die Achse seitlich neben allen am Träger aufgehängten Datenempfängern vorbei verläuft.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Datenempfänger (9) am Träger (10) höhenverstellbar gelagert ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10) als seitlicher Ausleger an einer im Boden verankerten Tragsäule (14) befestigt ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leseeinrichtung (3,8) die vom Datenträger (6,7) gelesenen Daten in Form von elektrischen Signalen an eine Vergleichseinrichtung zur Überprüfung der Daten abgibt und diese Vergleichseinrichtung in Abhängigkeit vom Überprüfungssergebnis eine periphere Einrichtung, beispielsweise einen Schranken, ein Drehkreuz (2), eine Videokamera oder eine Alarmeinrichtung ansteuert.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Datenträger (6,7) beschreibbar sind.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Datenempfänger (5,9) auch als Datensender zum Beschreiben der Datenträger (6,7) arbeiten.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Freiraum von den unteren Außenkanten des Datenempfängers bzw. von einem Halter oder einem Gehäuse desselben aus gemessen allseitig mindestens 20 cm (vorzugsweise mindestens 50 cm) horizontal nach außen erstreckt und eine lichte Freiraumhöhe von mindestens 20 cm (vorzugsweise mindestens 30 cm) über der Aufstandsfläche für die die Kontrolleinrichtung passierenden Personen aufweist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Datenempfänger (9), ein Gehäuse (21) des Datenempfängers und/oder ein zum Datenempfänger gehöriges Funktionsteil (20) transparent ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Datenempfänger eine vorzugsweise schleifenförmige Antenne (9) ist und daß der Funktionsteil eine transparent ausgebildete Abschirmung (20) zum Abschirmen von die Antenne (9) umgebenden Feldern ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmung ein Gitter oder ein Netz ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Abschirmung eine Metallplatte, vorzugsweise Streckmetallplatte mit mehreren Durchtrittsöffnungen ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmung (20) in der Ansicht einen Gesamtflächenanteil von weniger als 20% aus undurchsichtigem Material und dazwischenliegenden Öffnungen mit einem Gesamtflächenanteil von mindestens 80% ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschirmung aus elektrisch leitendem, nicht magnetischem Material, beispielsweise Aluminium besteht.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Datenempfänger vorzugsweise eine Antenne samt Abschirmung von einem geschlossenen Gehäuse aus transparentem Material. beispielsweise Acrylglas umgeben ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Datenempfänger (9) in transparentes, aushärtbares Material eingegossen ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Abschirmung auf einen transpa-renten Träger aufgedampft ist.
- Kontrolleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beiderseits einer flächenartigen Abschirmung jeweils mindestens eine Antenne angeordnet ist.
