Claims (5)
- Korbwalze für einen Farbroller mit einem zylindrischen Träger für einen Überzug aus Plüsch od.dgl., in dessen zylindrische Innenöffnung ein mit seinen Lagerteilen sich an der Innenwand klemmend abstützender Lagerschenkel eines gewinkelten Griffteils eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger aus einer inneren Klemmwalze (11) und einer beabstandeten äußeren, den Überzug (7) unter Zwischenordnung einer Polsterlage (6) tragenden, Überzugswalze (5) zusammengesetzt ist, zwischen denen überstehende, nach innen eingeschlagene Stirnabschnitte (8) des Überzugs (7) verklemmt sind.
- Korbwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in axialer Richtung einteilig durchgehenden Klemmwalze (11) und den eingeschlagenen Stirnabschnitten (8) des Überzugs (7) kurze Klemmhülsen (9) mit äußeren Stirnflanschen( 10) zwischengeordnet sind.
- Korbwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beidends mit Stirnflanschen (10') versehene Klemmwalze (11') in der Mitte geteilt ist und daß die beiden Klemmwalzenabschnitte (11a, 11b) mit eine axiale Verbindung bewirkenden Verbindungsrasten versehen sind.
- Korbwalze nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Korbwalzenabschnitte (11a, 11b) fluchtende, glatte Innenflächen aufweisen und daß der einen nach außen erweiterten Aufnahmeabschnitt (18) aufweisende Klemmwalzenabschnitt (11a) wenigstens abschnittsweise einen dem Innendurchmesser der Überzugswalze (5) entsprechenden Außendurchmesser aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Korbwalze nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Einschlagen der Stirnenden (8) des Überzugs (7) in die Überzugswalze (5) und dem Eindrücken der Klemmhülsen (9) die Klemmwalze (11) von einer Seite her eingeschoben und mittels eines in die andere Seite einragenden Montagedorns (15) in die dortige Klemmhülse (9) eingefädelt wird.
