Claims (15)
- Verlegehilfe für eine Nut und eine Feder aufweisende Bodenbelagelemente, insbesondere Fertigparkett, Laminat- oder Bodenpaneelen, umfassend ein erstes Halteteil (20, 34), welches an einer Nut (27, 33) eines der Bodenbelagelemente (14) in Eingriff bringbar ist, und ein in einer ersten Aufnahme (20b, 38) am ersten Halteteil (20, 34) gehaltenes Band (16, 26, 36),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein zweites Halteteil (24, 30) vorgesehen ist, welches eine Feder (29, 31) der Bodenbelagelemente (14) hintergreifen kann und mit einer zweiten Aufnahme (24b, 20b) für das Band (16, 36) versehen ist,daß die Halteteile als Formteile (20, 24, 30, 34) ausgebildet sind und eine auf die Bodenbelagelemente (14) auflegbare Grundplatte (20a, 24a, 34a) mit einem von dieser abstehenden Schenkel (19) mit einem Vorsprung (25) aufweisen,daß der Schenkel (19) des ersten Halteteils (20, 34) an der Nut (27, 33) des einen der Bodenbelagelemente in Eingriff bringbar ist,daß der Schenkel (19) des zweiten Halteteils (24, 30) zum Hintergreifen der Feder (29, 31) eines anderen der Bodenbelagelemente (14) ausgebildet ist,daß die Aufnahme (20b, 38; 24b, 20b) an der jeweiligen Grundplatte (20a, 24a, 34a) derart angeordnet ist, daß das Band (16, 26, 36) bei der Benutzung der Verlegehilfe über den Bodenbelagelementen (14) und nahe derselben gehalten ist, und daß zum Zusammenspannen der Bodenbelagelemente (14) ein auf das Band (16, 26, 36) wirkender Spanner (40) vorgesehen ist. - Verlegehilfe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Formteile (20, 24, 30, 34) mit einem einen Abstand zur Wand (21) vorgebenden Abstützelement (17) versehen ist.
- Verlegehilfe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Abstützelement (17) der Abstand des Formteils (20, 24; 30, 34) zur Wand (21) einstellbar ist.
- Verlegehilfe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstützelement (17) einen konvex gewölbten Kopf aufweist.
- Verlegehilfe nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (25) eine Abbiegung des Schenkels (19) bildet.
- Verlegehilfe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abbiegung (25) so dimensioniert ist, daß sie in die Nut (27, 33) der Bodenbelagelemente (14) hineinpaßt und daß mit dieser auch eine Feder (29, 31) der Bodenbelagelemente (14) hintergreifbar ist.
- Verlegehilfe nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verlegehilfe (10) einen Niederhalter (12) aufweist.
- Verlegehilfe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Niederhalter (12) sich in Richtung des Bandes (16, 26) so weit erstreckt, daß dieser ein mittleres Bodenbelagelement (14') vollständig und zwei seitlich des mittleren angeordnete Bodenbelagelemente (14, 14'') teilweise übergreift.
- Verlegehilfe nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (16, 26, 36) mittels eines Ratschenspanners (40) spannbar ist.
- Verlegehilfe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Formteile (20, 24, 30, 34) mit dem Ratschenspanner (40) versehen ist.
- Verlegehilfe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formteil (34) ein Halteelement (46, 41) für den Ratschenspanner (40) aufweist.
- Verlegehilfe nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ratschenspanner (40) einen Spannhebel (44) aufweist und daß durch Betätigen des Spannhebels (44) in Richtung eines Ratschenspannerkörpers (45) das Band (16, 26, 36) auf einer Aufrollachse (42) desselben aufrollbar ist.
- Verlegehilfe nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ratschenspannerkörper (45) auf dem einen Formteil (20, 24, 30, 34) aufliegt und daß der Spannhebel (44) zum Aufrollen des Bandes (16, 26, 36) in Richtung auf das den Ratschenspannerkörper (45) tragende Formteil (20, 24, 30, 34) zu bewegbar ist.
- Verlegehilfe nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formteil (34) als Aufnahme eine Durchführung (38) für das Band (36) aufweist.
- Verlegehilfe nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formteile (20, 24, 30, 34) als Biegeteile ausgebildet sind.
