Claims (15)
- Stickmaschine, insbesondere Schifflistickmaschine mit einer Vorderfadenschneid- und -klemmeinrichtung mit einer für jeden zu schneidenden Vorderfaden fest am Stoffdrücker (13) angeordneten Schneide (17), einem gegen diese Schneide (17) beweglichen Messer (21) und einem Fadenklemmer (27) zum Klemmen des Vorderfadens, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (21) als Fadenfänger ausgebildet ist, dass in einem Abstand zum Messer (21) ein weiterer Fadenfänger vorgesehen ist und dass der Fadenklemmer (27) zwischen dem Messer (21) und dem weiteren Fadenfänger (25) angeordnet ist.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher die Stoffdrücker (15) auf einem um eine Achse (37) verschwenkbaren Stoffdrückerlineal (23) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messer (21) und die weiteren Fadenfänger (25) an einem auf dem Stoffdrückerlineal (11) angeordneten Messerlineal (23) befestigt sind, dass der Antrieb des Messerlineals (23) über mindestens einen Hebel (51) erfolgt, dessen eines Ende am Messerlineal (23) angelenkt ist und dessen anderes Ende ein Gelenk (39) aufweist, an welches ein Betätigungshebel (47) angreift, wobei nach dem Schneiden der Fäden der Drehpunkt (40) des Gelenks (39) auf der Drehachse (37) liegt, um welche das Stoffdrückerlineal (11) beim Sticken verschwenkt wird.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Betätigungshebel (47) durch eine an diese angelenkte Stange (55) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Betätigungshebel (47) Winkelhebel sind.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmspalt (29) des Fadenklemmers (27) praktisch in der gleichen Ebene liegt wie der zu durchschneidende Faden.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmspalt (29) praktisch rechtwinklig zur Oberfläche des die Stoffdrücker (15) bildenden Blechstücks (13) und praktisch in der gleichen Richtung wie die Bewegung des Messers (19) beim Schneiden des Fadens verläuft.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenklemmer (27) eine Aussparung (77) zur Führung des Messers (19) aufweist.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenklemmer (27) einen stationären Teil (61) und einen beweglichen oder federnden Teil (63) aufweist.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenklemmer (27) bei einer den Klemmspalt (29) bildenden Fläche Zähne (69) aufweist.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne (69) seitlich am Klemmspalt (29) in eine Ausnehmung (71) des anderen Teils des Fadenklemmers (27) eingreifen.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fadenklemmer (27) aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Stickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das stationäre Teil (61) U-förmig ist, und dass zwischen den Schenkeln des U das federnde Teil (63) angeordnet ist, an welchem eine bogenförmige Kunststoffeder (73) ausgebildet ist.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoffeder (73) nach dem Einsetzen des federnden Teils mit einer vorbestimmten Kraft der Oeffnung des Klemmspalts (29) entgegenwirkt.
- Stickmaschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Anschlag (75) vorgesehen ist, welcher den Weg begrenzt, um den der Klemmspalt (29) geöffnet werden kann.
- Vorderfadenklemmer nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 14.
