Claims (12)
- Bogenleiteinrichtung für einen Zuführbereich einer bogenverarbeitenden Maschine, die aus oberhalb einer Bogenförderebene angeordneten Bogenleitelementen (2) besteht, welche auf der der bogenverarbeitenden Maschine zugewandten Seite in Bogenförderrichtung ortsfest und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite an einer in und gegen Bogenförderrichtung verstellbaren Saugfördereinrichtung (4) befestigt sind, wobei die Bogenleitelemente um das Maß der Verstellung längbar sind, wobei
die Bogenleitelemente (2) jeweils als eine Einheit aus einem bandförmigen Körper (2a) und wenigstens einer durch eine Rückspulkraft beaufschlagten Wickelrolle (2b), die den bandförmigen Körper aufwickelt, ausgebildet sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der der bogenverarbeitenden Maschine zugewandten Seite Halterungen (3) zur Befestigung der Bogenleitelemente (2) vorgesehen sind, von denen wenigstens die im Formateinstellbereich (AC,BD) angeordneten Halterungen (3) quer zur Bogenförderrichtung (T) verstellbar sind. - Bogenleiteinrichtung für Bogenzuführeinrichtungen, für einen Zuführbereich einer bogenverarbeitenden Maschine, die aus oberhalb einer Bogenförderebene angeordneten Bogenleitelementen (2) besteht, welche auf der der bogenverarbeitenden Maschine zugewandten Seite in Bogenförderrichtung ortsfest und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite an einer in und gegen Bogenförderrichtung verstellbaren Saugfördereinrichtung (4) befestigt sind, wobei die Bogenleitelemente (2) um das Maß der Verstellung längbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bogenleitelemente (2) als bandförmige Körper (2a) aus einem hochelastischen Material ausgebildet sind, und daß auf der der bogenverarbeitenden Maschine zugewandten Seite Halterungen (3) zur Befestigung der Bogenleitelemente (2) vorgesehen sind , von denen wenigstens die im Formateinstellbereich (AC,BD) angeordneten Halterungen (3) quer zur Bogenförderrichtung verstellbar sind. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bogenleitelemente (2) in einer Ebene angeordnet sind, deren Abstand zu der Oberfläche des Bogenstapels (10,10') von der Saugfördereinrichtung (4) in Bogenförderrichtung (T) kontinuierlich abnimmt. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die bandförmigen Körper (2a) eine Ummantelung oder Beschichtung aus einem Material mit geringem Reibungskoeffizienten besitzen. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die zwischen den Formatverstellbereichen (AC,BD) angeordneten Halterungen (3) quer zur Bogenförderrichtung (T) verstellbar angebracht sind. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Anbringung der Bogenleitelemente (2) anstelle der im Formatverstellbereich (AC,BD) angeordneten Halterungen (3) quer zur Bogenförderrichtung (T) verstellbare Stapelanschlagmittel (11,11') verwendet werden. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Saugfördereinrichtung (4) Auslenkmittel (8) vorgesehen sind, die die bandförmigen Körper (2a) der Bogenleitelemente (2) in vertikaler Richtung nach unten auslenken. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auslenkmittel (8) gegenüber der Saugfördereinrichtung (4) in vertikaler Richtung verstellbar angebracht sind. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Halterungen an ihrem unteren Ende Rollen (8a) aufweisen, über die die bandförmigen Körper (2a) geführt sind. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die bandförmigen Körper (2a) eines oder mehrerer Bogenleitelemente (2) über Umlenkmittel ein- oder mehrfach zwischen den Halterungen (3) auf Seiten der bogenverarbeitenden Maschine und der Saugfördereinrichtung (4) hin- und zurückgeführt sind. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeweils mehr als ein bandförmiger Körper (2a) auf einer gemeinsamen Wickelrolle (2b) aufgewickelt wird. - Bogenleiteinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bogenleitelemente (2) aus Gummi bestehen.
