Definitions
- DE-A 36 21 960 is an explosion-proof Luminaire described, the resiliently displaceable in its housing Contains versions. Located in the sockets contacts formed from leaf springs with the help a Bowden cable mechanism can be opened. The Bowden cable mechanism is with a locking lever for that Lamp housing connected and transferred the contact means in the open position once the lid of the case is unlocked. None of this construction occurs Contact force when inserting the lamp, but will this advantage with a high manufacturing effort at Manufacture of the lamp bought.
- EP 0 304 812 A2 describes an explosion or Firedamp-proof lamp with a lamp holder that provides cage tension springs for the pins of the fluorescent lamp.
- the cage clamp springs sit on a support that is in the socket housing is guided to move longitudinally. in the In the idle state, the cage clamps clamp the lamp pins against the carrier for the cage tension springs.
- a pivotable lever is provided, which protrudes into the interior of the socket with cams. The cams work together with the cage tension spring and transfer it to Needs in the open position.
- Closing the contact means to the flawless make electrical connection to the lamp pins does not require any existing outside of the lamp holder additional measures, such as Bowden cables and the like, but it a corresponding rotary movement of the lamp is sufficient, for example how to do this from the usual non-explosion proof Shining is used.
- the contacts that can be opened and closed allow in the solution according to the invention much simpler construction of the other parts of the Lamp holder compared to the prior art, and the contact means themselves can also be simple, for example Be stamped and bent parts.
- the contact members can have contact blades, that either move in a common plane or in a row in two different levels.
- the last Embodiment has the advantage that in one piece Embodiment of the two contact members by appropriate Preload creates the desired contact force is, on the other hand, canceled for inserting the lamp can be by adding both contact links from the side to be moved towards each other, causing the opening expands accordingly.
- the cam means This results in a particularly safe contact, because immediately after turning the lamp in the Socket only by releasing the contact members desired contact force comes about.
- An undesirable gap between the lamp holder and the relevant front end of the lamp can also be prevented if there is a corresponding on the housing of the socket movable lid sits.
- the latter can also advantageously together with the contact medium carrier be movable, which ensures very good guidance is.
