Claims (11)
- Elektrische Sicherheitsvorrichtung für Küchenherde und/oder Kochstellen, die energetisch mit elektrischer Energie oder brennbaren Gasen betrieben werden,
gekennzeichnet durch über dem Küchenherd (1) und/oder der Kochstelle angeordnete verschiedene Sensoren (13,15,17,18,19,20,21,23), welche Rauchsensoren (15) und/oder Temperatursensoren und/oder Feuchtigkeitssensoren und/oder Fettdampfsensoren und/oder Flammensensoren sind, deren Signale von einer mit einem Zeittaktgeber ausgestatteten Auswerteelektronik (24) verarbeitet sind, deren ein Ausgang mit einem Trennelement (3), vorzugsweise elektrischer Schalter oder elektromagnetisches Ventil, für die Energiezufuhr für den Küchenherd (1) oder die Kochstelle verbunden ist, dergestalt, daß der Auswerteelektronik (24) Grenzwerte für Rauch und/oder Temperatur und/oder Wasserdampf und/ oder Fettdampf und/oder Flammen vorgegeben sind, die bei Überschreiten über eine vorgebbare Zeit des Zeittaktgebers die Energiezufuhr des Küchenherdes (1) oder der Kochstelle abschalten, wobei die Auswerteelektronik (24) einen durch die Bedienungsperson bedienbaren Rücksetzeingang (11) besitzt, mit welchem das Ausgangssignal der Auswerteelektronik (24) zum Abschalten der Energieversorgung des Küchenherdes (1) oder der Kochstelle innerhalb der voreingestellten Abschaltzeit rücksetzbar ist. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Auswerteelektronik (24) bei Überschreiten eines Grenzwertes für Rauch und/oder Flammen bzw. Temperatur und/oder Fettdampf und/oder Wasserdampf ein zeitverzögertes und innerhalb der Verzögerungszeit rücksetzbares Abschaltsignal für die Energieversorgung des Küchenherdes (1) oder der Kochstelle abzugeben imstande ist. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß ein zeitgesteuerter Sicherheits-Hauptschalter (34) zur Inbetriebnahme des Küchenherdes (1) oder der Kochstelle vorhanden ist, der nach einer vorgebbaren Zeit, wenigstens aber nach Erreichen eines fest vorgegebenen Zeitablaufs, prinzipiell die Energiezufuhr zum Küchenherd (1) oder zur Kochstelle auch ohne Erreichen eines Grenzwertes, wie hinsichtlich der Rauchentwicklung und/oder der Temperatur und/oder des Wasserdampfes- und/oder des Fettdampfes und oder von Flammen, aufgrund Zeitablauf abzuschalten imstande ist. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Löschanlage (36), die beim Detektieren von Flammen und/oder einer bestimmten, vorgegebenen Konzentration von Rauchentwicklung und/oder bei Überschreiten einer vorgegebenen Temperatur aktivierbar ist. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Koch- oder Bratvorgängen, bei denen eine Rauchentwicklung unvermeidbar ist, die Auswerteelektronik (24) ein anwachsendes bzw. anschwellendes akustisches oder optisches Signal auszulösen imstande ist zur Signalgabe an die Bedienungsperson zur Rücksetzung des Abschaltsignals. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswerteelektronik (24) akustische und/oder optische Warnsignale vor der Abschaltung des Küchenherdes (1) oder der Kochstelle abzugeben imstande ist. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieselbe in eine Dunstabzugshaube (2) integriert ist. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entsprechend der Anzahl der Kochstellen über jeder ein derartiger Sensor oder Sensoren, insbesondere Temperatursensor (17,18,19,20,21), angeordnet ist sowie gegebenenfalls ein Backofen ebenfalls einen Temperatursensor (23) aufweist. - Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese einen mit der Auswerteelektronik (24) verbundenen zentralen Temperatursensor (19) aufweist zum integralen Erfassen der Temperatur, der auf den Sicherheits-Hauptschalter (34) einzuwirken imstande ist. - Verfahren zum Überwachen von Küchenherden (1) und/oder Kochstellen, die energetisch mit elektrischer Energie oder brennbaren Gasen betrieben werden, unter Verwendung einer über dem Küchenherd (1) und/oder der Kochstelle angeordneten elektrischen Sicherheitsvorrichtung mit einer Auswerteelektronik (24), die mindestens einen akustischen und/oder optischen Signalmelder aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Temperatur, Rauchentwicklung, Wasser- und/oder Fettdampf und/oder Flammen mittels elektrischer Sensoren (13,15,17,18,19,20,21,23) überwacht werden, die auf einen vorgegebenen Grenzwert voreingestellt und deren Ausgangssignale in einer Auswerteelektronik (24) erfaßt werden, wobei bei einer kurzzeitigen Überschreitung eines oder mehrerer der Grenzwerte innerhalb einer vorgegebenen Grenzwert-Zeitspanne der oder die akustischen und/oder optischen Signalmelder ansprechen, jedoch innerhalb dieser Zeitspanne noch keine Abschaltung der Energieversorgung des Küchen-herdes (1) oder der Kochstelle ausgelöst wird und die Bedienungsperson in Antwort auf das Ansprechen der akustischen und/oder optischen Signalmelder ein Rücksetzsignal manuell auslösen muß, um eine weitere Energieversorgung des Küchenherdes (1) und/oder der Kochstelle sicherzustellen und eine Abschaltung der Energieversorgung des Küchenherdes und/oder der Kochstelle nur dann erfolgt, wenn entweder einer oder mehrerer der Grenzwerte der Sensoren die Grenzwert-Zeitspanne zeitlich überschreiten oder die Bedienungsperson nicht innerhalb der Rücksetz-Zeitspanne das Rücksetzsignal auslöst, wobei die Rücksetz-Zeitspanne kleiner oder größer als die Grenzwert-Zeitspanne gewählt werden kann und die Rücksetz-Zeitspanne entweder die Grenzwert-Zeitspanne überschreitet oder zeitlich innerhalb der Grenzwert-Zeitspanne liegen kann. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rücksetzsignal innerhalb einer vorgebbaren Rücksetz-Zeitspanne ausgelöst werden muß.
