Claims (15)
- Metallisches Bauteil, welches mittels einer Stift/Lochverbindung gegenüber einem anderen Bauteil arretierbar ist, mit mindestens einem Loch, dessen Lochleibung gegenüber einer benachbarten Materialdicke des Bauteils verbreitert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbreiterung der Lochleibung durch Stanzformen einer auf der Belastungsseite (8) des Loches (6) einseitig angeordnete Stütznase (9) ausgebildet ist, deren Stützfläche (10) im wesentlichen formgenau an einen entsprechenden Lochleibungsbereich des Loches (6) angepaßt ist.
- Stütze, insbesondere Deckenstütze für Bauzwecke, mit zwei relativ zueinander teleskopierbaren Stützenelementen (1, 3), die über eine Stift/Lochverbindung (4, 6) zumindest gegenüber einer Belastungsrichtung (A) arretierbar sind, wobei die Lochleibung der Löcher (6) in mindestens einem Stützenelement (3) gegenüber einer benachbarten Profildicke des jeweiligen Stützenelementes (3) verbreitert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verbreiterung der Lochleibung durch Stanzformen einer auf der Belastungsseite (8) des Loches (6) einseitig angeordneten Stütznase (9) ausgebildet ist, deren Stützfläche (10) im wesentlichen formgenau an einen entsprechenden Lochleibungsbereich des Loches (6) angepaßt ist. - Stütze nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Löcher (6) eine Kreisform und die Stütznase (9) eine daran angepaßte Sichelform aufweist. - Stütze nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stützenelemente (1, 3) aus Metall, bevorzugt Stahl, hergestellt sind. - Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Loches (6) für eine in vorbestimmter Belastungsrichtung (A) belastbare Stift/Lochverbindung (4, 6) einer Stütze gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Schritte:a) Ausstanzen eines Loches (6) mit vorbestimmten Spiel (S) zwischen Formstempel (16) und Matrize (11) im Bereich der späteren Belastungsseite (8) der Lochleibung des Loches (6) zum Bilden eines vorbestimmten Grates (26);b) Nachformen des Grates (26) durch einen Prägevorgang zum Ausbilden einer Stütznase (9) mit einer Stützfläche (10), die im wesentlichen formgenau an einen entsprechenden Lochleibungsbereich des Loches (6) angepaßt ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schritte a) und b) von dem selben Formstempel (16) ausgeführt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
gekennzeichnet durch
den Schritt:
c) kalibrieren des Loches (6) zumindest im Bereich der Belastungsseite (8) und der Stützfläche (10). - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schritte a), b) und c) von dem selben Formstempel (16) ausgeführt werden. - Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Matrize (11) und einen in einer Öffnung (12) der Matrize (11) einfahrbarem Formstempel (16) zum Ausstanzen des Loches (6) aus einem Werkstück (17), wobei zwischen der Öffnung (12) und einem Stanzbereich (18) des Formstempels im Bereich der späteren Belastungsseite (8) der Lochleibung des zu stanzenden Loches (6) zum Bilden eines vorbestimmten Grates (26) ein vorbestimmtes Spiel (S) vorgesehen ist, und eine Prägeeinrichtung zum Nachformen des Grates (26) in eine Stütznase (9) mit einer Stützfläche (10), die im wesentlichen formgenau an einen entsprechenden Lochleibungsbereich des Loches (6) angepaßt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Prägeeinrichtung als oberhalb des Stanzbereiches (18) am Formstempel (16) angeordneter Prägebereich (19) ausgebildet ist, der beim Prägevorgang den Grat (26) in eine am oberen Rand der Öffnung (12) in der Matrize (11) angeordnete Formmulde (21) zum Ausbilden der Stütznase (9) eindrückt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Kalibriereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die zumindest das Loch (6) im Werkstück (17) im Bereich der Belastungsseite (8) und der Stützfläche (10) kalibriert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kalibriereinrichtung als oberhalb des Prägebereichs (19) am Formstempel (16) angeordneter Kalibrierbereich (20) mit Kalibrierschneide (23) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sowohl der Prägebereich (19) als auch der Kalibrierbereich (20) im wesentlichen paßgenau mit geringem Spiel in die Öffnung (12) der Matrize (11) einführbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 und einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Formmulde (21), in der Draufsicht gesehen, eine an die Öffnung (12) angepaßte Sichelform aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Formstempel (16) in einer oberhalb der Matrize (11) angeordneten, gefederten Führungsplatte (14) angeordnet ist.
