Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines zylindrischen Bolzenelements mit zwei Abschnitten unterschiedlichen Durchmessers, bei dem
ein Drahtstift aus einem Draht abgelängt wird,
der Drahtstift zwischen zwei Walzbacken (1) eingebracht wird und
der Drahtstift in dem entsprechenden Abschnitt auf einen verringerten Durchmesser gewalzt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
auf den Abschnitt mit verringertem Durchmesser nach dem Reduzieren des Durchmesser ein Stelilgewinde aufgewalzt wird, und
auf den nicht reduzierten Abschnitt des Bolzenelements bereits während des Reduzierens des reduzierten Abschnitts ein Gewinde aufgewalzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das bei dem Reduzieren entstehende überschüssige Material des Drahtstifts in Richtung auf ein freies Ende des Drahtstifts verdrängt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem mit zunehmendem Walzen die axiale Länge des in seinem Durchmesser reduzierten Abschnitts verlängert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Drahtstift mit zwei Walzbacken (1) gewalzt wird, von denen mindestens einer eine gegenüber seiner Walzfläche (2) vorspringende Reduzierfläche (6) aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Reduzierfläche (6) sich in Walzvorrichtung (4) verbreitert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, bei dem die Reduzierfläche (6) schmal beginnt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, bei dem der dem freien Ende des Drahtstifts zugeordnete Rand (8) der Reduzierfläche (6) schräg gegenüber der Walzrichtung (4) verläuft.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, bei dem die Höhe der Reduzierfläche (6) gegenüber der Walzfläche (2) konstant ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Drahtstift vor dem Walzen mit einem Kopf versehen wird.
- Walzbackenpaar zur Herstellung eines Bolzenelements mit zwei Abschnitten unterschiedlichen Durchmessers, mit
einer Walzfläche (2) an jedem Walzbacken (1), sowie mit
einer Reduzierfläche (6) an mindestens einem Walzbacken (1), die
gegenüber der Walzfläche (2) des jeweiligen Walzbackens (1) erhaben ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich in Walzrichtung hinter der Reduzierfläche (6) eine Verrippung (10) zur Bildung eines Steilgewindes; (14) anschließt. - Walzbackenpaar nach Anspruch 10, bei dem die Reduzierfläche (6) eine glatte Oberfläche aufweist.
- Walzbackenpaar nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, bei dem die Reduzierfläche (6) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie sich in Walzrichtung (4) verbreitert.
- Walzbackenpaar nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, bei dem die Reduzierfläche (6) schmal beginnt.
- Walzbackenpaar nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, bei dem der die Reduzierfläche (6) aufweisende Teil (5) des Walzbackens (1) abnehmbar ausgebildet ist.
- Walzbackenpaar nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, bei dem sich die Reduzierfläche (6) nur über einen Teil der Erstreckung der Walzbacken (1) in Walzrichtung (4) erstreckt.
