Aufschlämmung eines oder mehrerer Alkalimetallphosphate, -oligophosphate und/oder -polyphosphate zusammen mit einer zweiten Reaktionskomponenten ausgewählt aus Titanverbindungen, Komplexbildnern oder Kombinationen hiervon einer Bestrahlung mit Mikrowellen unterwirft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reaktionsmischung einen Feststoffgehalt zwischen 40 und 80 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise zwischen 55 und 75 Gew.-% aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder beiden der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umsetzung unter Mikrowellenbestrahlung chargenweise erfolgt und der Energieeintrag durch die Mikrowellen vorzugsweise mindestens 10 kJ pro kg Reaktionsmischung beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur der Reaktionsmischung während der Mikrowellenbestrahlung zwischen 80 und 150 °C, vorzugsweise zwischen 95 und 140 °C beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Reaktionsmischung nach der Mikrowellenbestrahlung zu einem Pulver trocknet.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Reaktionsmischung nach der Mikrowellenbestrahlung auf einen Feststoffgehalt von 5 bis 30, vorzugsweise 10 bis 25 Gew.-% mit Wasser verdünnt und vorzugsweise die Suspension durch Zusatz eines Verdickungsmittels auf eine Viskosität im Bereich von 15 bis 25, vorzugsweise von 18 bis 21 DIN-Sekunden, gemessen mit einem Auslaufbecher, einstellt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Reaktionskomponente eine Titanverbindung, vorzugsweise ausgewählt aus Titandioxid, mit Lauge aufgeschlossenem Titandioxid, Titantetrahalogeniden, Alkalimetall-Hexafluorotitanaten, Titanacetylacetonat und/oder Titanylsulfat oder jeweils deren Hydrolyseprodukten, darstellt und das Molverhältnis Titan zu Phosphor vorzugsweise im Bereich 1 : 20 bis 1 : 60, insbesondere im Bereich 1 : 25 bis 1 : 40 liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reaktionsmischung zusätzlich einen oder mehrere Komplexbildner, vorzugsweise ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Poly(aldehydocarbonsäuren), der wasserlöslichen anionischen Copolymeren ungesättigter Carbonsäuren mit Acrylsäureester, -amiden, -nitrilen, Isobutylen und/oder Styrol, geminalen Diphosphonsäuren, insbesondere 1-Hydroxyethan-1,1-diphosphonsäure, Phosphonocarbonsäuren, Hydroxycarbonsäuren, insbesondere Citronensäure, Aminopolycarbonsäuren, enthält, wobei das Molverhältnis zwischen Komplexbildner (bei Polymeren bezogen auf die Molmasse der Monomereinheiten) und Titanverbindung vorzugsweise zwischen 0,05 und 3 liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder beiden der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reaktionsmischung zusätzlich Calciumionen in einem Molverhältnis Ca : Ti zwischen 2 : 1 und 5 : 1 und/oder Kupferionen in einem Gewichtsverhältnis Cu : Ti zwischen 100 : 1 und 1 : 60 enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reaktionsmischung frei von Titan ist und als zweite Reaktionskomponente Komplexbildner in einem Gewichtsverhältnis Komplexbildner zu Alkalimetallphosphat von 0,01 : 1 bis 0,1 : 1, vorzugsweise im Bereich 0,02 : 1 bis 0,05 : 1 enthält, wobei die Komplexbildner ausgewählt sind aus 1,1-Diphosphonsäuren und/oder Poly(aldehydocarbonsäuren).
