Description
Claims (6)
- Kombi-Gas-Backofenvorrichtung zum Betrieb mit oder ohne Umluftumwälzung aufweisend(a) einen Gasbrenner (1) zum Erzeugen von Heißgas,(b) einen Backraum, in dem Luftleitelemente (6, 8, 10) vorgesehen sind, mit Vorderwand, Rückwand, und Seitenwänden;(c) ein Bodenblech (2), welches zwischen Gasbrenner (1) und Backraum vorgesehen ist;(d) einen Ventilator (5), der an der Rückwand angeordnet ist und Luftleitelementen (6, 10) zugeordnet ist und der bei Betrieb des Ventilators (5) Heißluft aus dem Backraum ansaugt und diesem wieder zuführt; und(e) einen Abluftkamin;
- Backofenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Backofenkopfwand ein Luftleitelement mit mindestens einer Abluftöffnung (8) vorgesehen ist, welches sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge des Backraums von dessen Vorderwand bis zu dessen Rückwand erstreckt und an den Abluftkamin angeschlossen ist.
- Backofenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Abluftkamin (7) eine Öffnung (12) zum Einleiten von Ventilatorluft derart ausgebildet ist, daß durch den Ventilatorbetrieb in dem Abluftkamin eine Sogwirkung zum Abziehen von Abluft aus dem Backraum entsteht.
- Backofenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilator-Luftleitelement (6, 10) derart ausgebildet ist, daß bei Ventilatorbetrieb eine lagenweise verwirbelte Luftströmung in dem Backraum ausgebildet wird.
- Backofenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilator-Luftleitelement (6, 10) eine zentrale Einströmöffnung (6) und seitliche Auslaßöffnungen (10), die in der gleichen Ebene wie die zentrale Einströmöftnung liegen, aufweist.
- Backofenvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abluftkamin derart ausgebildet ist, daß sich auch bei Betrieb ohne Ventilator eine Sogwirkung entwickelt.
