Claims (9)
- Rütteltisch zum Rütteln von in Blattlagen vorliegendem Gut (17), mit mindestens zwei, benachbarten Seiten des Rütteltisches zugeordneten seitlichen Anschlägen (4, 5) für das Gut (17), wobei der in eine Vibrationsbewegung versetzbare eigentliche Tisch (8) des Rütteltisches aus einer horizontalen Stellung zumindest in Richtung der beiden Anschläge (4, 5) neigbar ist, sowie mit einer auf das Gut (17) auflegbaren Klemmeinrichtung (3) und einer auf das Gut auflegbaren Luftausstreicheinrichtung (2), die nach dem Klemmen des Gutes (17) von der Klemmstelle weg verfahrbar ist, wobei eine Verfahreinrichtung (9), die zumindest dem Verfahren der Klemmeinrichtung (3) parallel zur Tischoberfläche dient, vorgesehen ist und zumindest dem Bereich eines Anschlages (5) Blaseinrichtungen (6) zum seitlichen Einblasen von Luft zwischen die Blattlagen angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Blaseinrichtungen (6) zugeordnete Anschlag (5) mit Durchlässen (5a) für die von den Blaseinrichtungen (6) ausgegebene Blasluft versehen ist, sowie eine Verfahreinrichtung (10) zum gleichzeitigen Verfahren der Klemmeinrichtung (3) und der Blaseinrichtung (6) senkrecht zur Tischoberfläche und zum Anschlag (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Rütteltisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb des wirksamen Bereiches der Blaseinrichtungen (6) eine zusammen mit den Blaseinrichtungen (6) senkrecht zur Tischoberfläche verfahrbare Blatterkennungseinrichtung (7) angeordnet ist.
- Rütteltisch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blaseinrichtungen (6) in die Klemmeinrichtung (3) integriert sind.
- Rütteltisch nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinrichtung (3) als Klemmbalken ausgebildet ist, der mit Luftaustrittsöffnungen versehen ist.
- Rütteltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verfahreinrichtung (10) zum gleichzeitigen Verfahren der Klemmeinrichtung (3) und der Blaseinrichtungen (6) mindestens zwei erste Stellzylinder aufweist, die ein senkrecht zur Tischoberfläche bewegbares Lagerelement (14) aufnehmen, sowie die Verfahreinrichtung (9), die zumindest dem Verfahren der Klemmeinrichtung (3) dient, mindestens zwei zweite Stellzylinder aufweist, die im Lagerelement (14) gelagert sind.
- Rütteltisch nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Lagerelement (14) die Blaseinrichtungen (6) und/oder die Blatterkennungseinrichtung (7) gelagert sind.
- Rütteltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellelemente (13) der ersten Stellzylinder (10) mit unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten synchron verfahrbar sind.
- Rütteltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hub der Stellelemente (13) der ersten Stellzylinder (10) einstellbar ist.
- Rütteltisch nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Lagerelement (14) ein weiteres Lagerelement (16) verbunden ist, das parallel zur Tischoberfläche und senkrecht zum ersten Lagerelement (14) angeordnet ist, sowie im weiteren Lagerelement (16) zumindest eine weitere Blaseinrichtung (11) gelagert ist.
