Claims (8)
- Bindevorrichtung (4) zum Binden eines Stapels von Blättern, welche eine Vielzahl von gestanzten Löchern entlang einer Kante des Stapels aufweisen, mit einem elastischen Binderücken (90), welcher eine parallel zur Kante der Blätter verlaufende Längserstreckung hat, indem schlaufenförmige Finger (88) des elastischen Binderückens (90) aufgespreizt werden, um sie durch die Löcher der Blätter hindurchzuführen, wobei die Bindevorrichtung (4) folgendes umfaßt:ein Gestell (8), einen ersten Spreizkörper (78), welcher in die elastischen schlaufenförmigen Finger zum Aufspreizen eingreift, einen zweiten Spreizkörper (84), welcher zum Halten des Binderückens (90) am Gestell (8) befestigt ist, und Spreiz-Betätigungsmittel (60) zum Betätigen des ersten Spreizkörpers (78), wobei die Spreizkörper (78, 84) jeweils eine Längserstreckung parallel zur Binderücken-Längsrichtung haben,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Spreiz-Betätigungsmittel (60) mit dem ersten Spreizkörper (78) derart treibbar verbunden sind, daß der erste Spreizkörper (78) gegenüber dem zweiten Spreizkörper (84) schwenkbar ist und die Ebenen, in denen der erste und zweite Spreizkörper (78, 84) liegen, relativ zueinander winkelbewegbar sind. - Bindevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder erste Spreizkörper (78) eine Reihe von in seiner Spreizkörperlängserstreckung sich erstreckenden ersten Haken (80) aufweist. - Bindevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Zweite Spreizkörper (84) eine Reihe von in seiner Spreizkörperlängserstreckung sich erstreckenden zweiten Haken (86) aufweist, wobei die ersten Haken (80) und die zweiten Haken (86) in die gleiche Richtung zeigen und einander gegenüber liegen, und die schlaufenförmigen Finger (88) des Binderückens (90) in die zweiten Haken (86) des Zweiten Spreizkörpers (84) gleichzeitig mit dem Einhängen in die ersten Haken (80) des ersten Spreizkörpers (78) einhängbar sind. - Bindevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie ersten Haken (80) und die zweiten Haken (86) sich winklig divergierend voneinander weg erstreckende Schenkel haben, welche schräg gegen ihre Spreizbelastungsrichtung geneigt sind. - Bindevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder zweite Spreizkörper (84) eine Reihe von Haltestiften (102) aufweist, welche sich quer zur Spreizkörperlängsrichtung erstrecken und in Spreizkörperlängsrichtung mit Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind und quer zu dieser Richtung die ersten Haken (80) des ersten Spreizkörpers (78) überlappen. - Bindevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Spreizbetätigungsmittel einen Spreizhebel (60) aufweisen, mit welchem der erste Spreizkörper (78) drehfest verbunden ist. - Bindevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeine Klemmvorrichtung (92) vorgesehen ist, durch welche der erste Spreizkörper (78) gegenüber dem zweiten Spreizkörper (84) in einer beliebigen Winkelstellung arretierbar und wieder lösbar ist. - Bindevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßsie mit einer Stanzvorrichtung (2) kombiniert ist.
