Claims (21)
- Verfahren zum Umsetzen eines etwa in der Mitte teilbaren Arbeitsgerüstes (1), das von einer Brücke (4) abgehängt und in Längsrichtung der Brücke (4) verfahrbar ist, um einen Brückenpfeiler (6), bei dem das Arbeitsgerüst (1) über Seile (10) od. dgl. abschwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Trennen des Arbeitsgerüstes (1) in zwei Teile (2, 3) die der Trennstelle benachbarten Enden (13, 14) des Arbeitsgerüstes (1) über zum gegenüberliegenden Längsrand (15) der Brücke (4) verlaufende Seile (10) abgesenkt werden, während sie um die äußeren Enden (16, 17) geschwenkt werden, bis sie nur mehr an den äußeren Enden (16, 17) hängen, daß die Seile (10) vom Arbeitsgerüst (1) gelöst werden, daß anschließend die Teile (2, 3) in Längsrichtung der Brücke (4) am Brückenpfeiler (6) vorbeigefahren werden, und daß die Seile (10) wieder am Arbeitsgerüst (1) befestigt und schließlich die Teile (2, 3) wieder hochgeschwenkt und miteinander verbunden werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Verwendung bei der Inspektion und Sanierung von Brücken (4), mit einem etwa in der Mitte in zwei Teile (2, 3) trennbaren Arbeitsgerüst (1), das von der Brücke (4) abgehängt und in Längsrichtung der Brücke (4) verfahrbar ist, wobei die Teile (2, 3) über Seile (10) od. dgl. an ihrer Trennstelle (13, 14) absenkbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Teil (2, 3) an seiner Trennstelle (13, 14) mit einem Seil (10) od. dgl. verbunden ist, das zum gegenüberliegenden Längsrand (15) der Brücke (4) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Arbeitsgerüst (1) an seinen beiden Enden (16, 17) über Seile (9) mit Seilwinden (11) von der Brücke (4) abgehängt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seile (10) über Drehgelenke mit den Teilen (2, 3) des Arbeitsgerüstes (1) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zum gegenüberliegenden Rand (15) der Brücke (4) verlaufenden Seile (10) mit Seilwinden (19) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei auf oder neben der Fahrbahn auf der Brücke (4) verfahrbare Wagen (7) vorgesehen sind, von denen das Arbeitsgerüst (1) über die Seile (9) abgehängt und über die Seilwinden (11) höhenverstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wagen (7) ein nach unten in den Bereich des Arbeitsgerüstes (1) ragendes Gerüst (8) aufweisen und daß die Seile (9, 10) am Gerüst befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Wagen (7) über wenigstens ein Vertikallager (40) und ein Horizontallager (41) im Bereich des Längsrandes (15) der Brücke (4) abstützen und daß am nach unten in den Bereich des Arbeitsgerüstes (1) ragenden Gerüstteil (8) der Wagen (7) ein im wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichteter, vorzugsweise horizontal verschiebbarer Kragbalken (42) vorgesehen ist, der unter den Längsrand (15) der Brücke (4) ragt und an dessen freiem Ende (43) die Seile (9, 10) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende (43) unter dem Vertikallager (40) des Wagens (7) positionierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem Teil (2) des Arbeitsgerüstes (1) an der Trennstelle (13, 14) wenigstens ein Verbindungsbolzen (22) vorgesehen ist, der in eine Bohrung (21) an der Trennstelle (13, 14) des gegenüberliegenden Teiles (3) eingreifen kann und daß der Verbindungsbolzen (22) über einen Querbolzen (26) in der Bohrung (21) gesichert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vier Verbindungsbolzen (22) vorgesehen sind, die in jeweils zwei Rohre (20, 21) an den Ober- und Untergurten des gegenüberliegenden Teiles (2, 3) eingreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Rohren (20, 21) an den Obergurten der Teile (2, 3) Halterungen (28, 29) mit Langlöchern (30, 31) befestigt sind, die durch einen Hilfsbolzen (32) miteinander verbunden werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winden (11, 19) über Drehgelenke mit dem Gerüst (8) bzw. den Teilen (2, 3) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Arbeitsgerüst (1) eine Materialförderbahn (102) vorgesehen ist, mittels der bei der Sanierung anfallendes Abtragmaterial und dgl. abgefördert werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialförderbahn (102) eine Rinne (103) aufweist, in der das Abtragmaterial und dgl. weggeschwemmt werden kann, und daß die Materialförderbahn (102) gegenüber der Horizontalen geneigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialförderbahn (102) ein Förderband oder eine Rinne (103) mit einem Kratzförderer (104) oder dgl. aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über der Rinne (103), vorzugsweise höhenverstellbar, ein Gitterrost (105) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das nach unten in den Bereich des Arbeitsgerüstes (1) ragende Gerüst (8) wenigstens einen Behälter (119) zur Aufnahme des Abtragmaterials und dgl. aufweist, an dessen oberem Rand vorzugsweise ein Einlauftrichter (123) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (119) durch ein Gitter (122) in einen Bereich (120) zur Aufnahme des festen Abtragmaterials und einen Bereich (121) zur Aufnahme des bei der Sanierung anfallenden Wassers oder dgl. getrennt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Oberseite des Arbeitsgerüstes (1) Schienen (127, 128) vorgesehen sind, auf welchen wenigstens eine Düse (129) für Druckwasser verfahrbar ist und deren Verlauf vorzugsweise an die Form der Brückenuntersicht angepaßt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich neben dem Arbeitsgerüst (1) ein Spritzschutz (130) vorgesehen ist.
