Definitions

  • the invention relates to a connecting element for connecting Hollow profiles of crossbar structures according to the generic term of claim 1.
  • a rung construction is known from DE 36 38 355 A1.
  • Two connecting elements are used to create this crossbar construction on a through a hollow profile, in Cross-section of round plug pins.
  • On the fasteners each end section of a cross strut hollow profile put on, so that the cross bar construction completes is.
  • the connecting elements are shaped in such a way that the narrow side of the Main hollow profile with a top and bottom nose one piece overlap, thus twisting the connecting element or clamp piece to prevent.
  • These fasteners can be provided with retaining knobs to secure against To ensure rotation.
  • the removed from the main hollow profile arranged ends of the clamping piece have a central recess on so that the legs formed by the recess compressed when attaching a cross strut hollow profile become and thus cause a clamping function.
  • FIG. 1 Another cross bar construction is known from DE 87 10 362 U1 known from hollow profiles by means of a connecting element are composed.
  • This connector will screwed to a side wall of a main hollow profile.
  • On this connecting element becomes a cross strut with an end section attached so that the cross strut with the main hollow profile forms a right angle.
  • the connector has a rectangular basic shape and a rectangular cross section with two opposing trapezoidal tapered edge sections, the corresponding trapezoidal long sides a hollow hollow profile are adapted. The outer edges of the Edge sections are toothed, so that the connection is secured with the cross hollow profile.
  • this Connecting element very cumbersome, because all elements first including the cross hollow profiles must be put together and only then can the wedge be pushed into its end position can, for which a long, thin tool is necessary, which in one of the cross hollow profiles is inserted to in the intersection area to push the wedge into its end position.
  • a rung cross construction is known from GB 2 220 694 A, in which a connecting element on a side wall a main hollow profile is screwed on.
  • This connector has a base for screwing onto the main hollow profile, webs protrude from this base, onto which another Profile attachable at right angles to the main hollow profile is.
  • cross-connectors are from this publication known, which have offset by 90 ° arms, each by a longitudinal slot are designed as fork arms. This Forks are placed in the hollow profiles to create a cross bar plugged in.
