Claims (5)
- Schotterloses Oberbausystem für zumindest ein Eisenbahngleis aus zwei Eisenbahnschienen (1), insbesondere für Hochgeschwindigkeitsstrecken, - mit einer Tragschicht (2), einer Betonfahrbahnplatte (3) und Aufnahmeeinrichtungen (4) für die einzelnen Eisenbahnschienen (1), wobei die Eisenbahnschienen (1) mit Hilfe von Schienenbefestigungsvorrichtungen (5) in den Aufnahmeeinrichtungen (4) befestigt sind, die als Schienenstützpunktelemente (4) ausgeführt sind, wobei die Schienenstützpunktelemente (4) auf ihrer Oberseite Auskammerungen (12) besitzen, in denen die Schienenbefestigungsvorrichtungen (5) und darin befestigte Schienenfüße (13) der einzelnen Eisenbahnschienen (1) angeordnet sind, wobei ferner die Schienenbefestigungsvorrichtungen (5) und damit die Schienenfüße (13) mit Hilfe von Schienenbefestigungsschrauben (14) nach Art von Schwellenschrauben, die in die Schienenstützpunktelemente (4) eingeschraubt sind, in den Auskammerungen (12) gehalten sind und wobei die Tragschicht (2) zur Aufnahme der statischen und dynamischen Beanspruchungen eingerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betonfahrbahnplatte (3) kontinuierlich gefertigt ist und aus zwei aufeinander gefertigten Schichten (6, 7) besteht, zwischen denen eine Bewehrung (8) aus in Gleisrichtung laufenden und quer dazu laufenden Bewehrungsstäben angeordnet ist, wobei der Beton der beiden Schichten (6, 7) der Betonfahrbahnplatte (3) in den Bewehrungsmaschen (9) stoffschlüssig verbunden ist, und daß die Schienenstützpunktelemente (4) in die obere Schicht (7) der Betonfahrbahnplatte (3) einbetoniert und mit Bewehrungsbauteilen in Form von Bewehrungsschlaufen (10) oder Bewehrungskörben (11) in beiden Schichten (6, 7) der Betonfahrbahnplatte (3) verankert sind.
- Oberbausystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die obere Schicht (7) der beiden Schichten (6, 7) der Betonfahrbahnplatte (3) als faserbewehrte Betonschicht ausgeführt ist.
- Oberbausystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichneichnet, daß die Schienenstützpunktelemente (14) aus Ortbeton gefertigt und bei der Herstellung der oberen Schicht (7) der Betonfahrbahnplatte (3) in diese einbetoniert sind.
- Oberbausystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auskammerungen (12) schräge Auskammerungswände (16) aufweisen und die Schienenbefestigungsvorrichtungen (15) an diesen mit komplementären Schrägflächen (17) abgestützt sind.
- Oberbausystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betonfahrbahnplatte (3) und ggf. auch die Tragschicht (2) mit einer schallabsorbierenden Abdeckung (18) versehen sind, aus der lediglich die Auskammerungswände (16) und der Auskammerungsboden (19) hervorragen.
