Claims (8)
- Modul für einen Tintendruckkopf, der aus mehreren derartiger Module in Stapelbauweise zusammengesetzt ist, die nach dem Edge-Shooter-Prinzip arbeiten und bei denen plattenförmige, beidseitig mit Elektroden (211, 212) belegte Piezoaktoren (21) außen auf als Membranplatten dienende Deckplatten (22, 24) über zum Tintenausstoß dienende Tintendruckkammern aufgebracht sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Modul aus zwei Schaltungsmodulen (1, 3) mit elektrischen Verbindungs- und Ansteuerelementen und aus einem zwischen beiden angeordneten Tintendruckmodul (2) besteht. - Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tintendruckmodul (2) aus einer ersten Deckplatte (22), einer Mittelplatte (23) und einer zweiten Deckplatte (24) sowie aus den Piezoaktoren (21) besteht, die auf den Deckplatten (22, 24) angeordnet sind, und
daß jeder Schaltungsmodul (1, 3) aus einem plattenförmigen Träger (11, 31) besteht, auf dem Leiterbahnen (13) mit Kontaktelementen (12, 32) zur Kontaktierung der Piezoaktoren (21), Heizwiderstände (16) zur Kopfheizung, Sensoren (17) zur Temperaturmessung, ein Schaltkreismodul (14) mit Treiberschaltungen zur Ansteuerung der Piezoaktoren (21) und ein Steckverbinder (15) angeordnet sind. - Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Tintendruckmodul (2) aus einer ersten Deckplatte (22), mindestens einer Mittelplatte (23) und einer zweiten Deckplatte (24) sowie aus den Piezoaktoren (21) besteht, die auf den Deckplatten angeordnet sind, und
daß jeder Schaltungsmodul (1, 3) aus einem plattenförmigen Träger (11, 31) besteht, auf dem Leiterbahnen (13) mit Kontaktelementen (12, 32) zur Kontaktierung der Piezoaktoren (21) und ein Schaltkreismodul (14) mit Treiberschaltungen zur Ansteuerung der Piezoaktoren (21) angeordnet sind. - Modul nach Anspruch 2 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in die Deckplatten (22, 24) die Tintendruckkammern und in die Mittelplatte (23) Düsenöffnungen (231) mit Düsenkanälen eingeformt sind, wobei alle Düsenöffnungen (231) in einer Ebene liegenen. - Modul nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der den Düsenöffnungen (231) benachbarten Deckplatte (22) Ausnehmungen (221) bis zur Mittelplatte (23) zur positionsgerechten Anordnung des Moduls in einem Tintendruckkopfgehäuse vorgesehen sind. - Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in den Schaltungsmodulen (1, 3) Ausnehmungen (111, 311) für die Piezoaktoren (21) vorgesehen sind. - Modul nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schaltungsmodule (1, 3) identisch aufgebaut sind. - Modul nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in die Deckplatten (22, 24) die Tintendruckkammern und Düsenöffnungen mit Düsenkanälen eingeformt sind.
