Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Speichern einer Ueberlänge von Fäden zwischen einem Spulengatter (1) und dem Wickelbaum (5) einer Wickelmaschine (4) im Falle eines Wickelstops durch Auslenkung der Fadenschar (2) aus einer Wickelposition in eine Speicherposition unter der Bildung von Fadenschlaufen mittels relativ zueinander verstellbarer Speicherwalzen (13, 13'), wobei der Wickelbaum (5) zurückgedreht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Faden am Spulengatter einer definierten Bremsspannung unterworfen wird, dass die Rücklaufgeschwindigkeit des Wickelbaums kleiner ist als die Speichergeschwindigkeit der Speicherwalzen und dass die sich aus der Differenz zwischen Rücklaufgeschwindigkeit und Speichergeschwindigkeit ergebende Längendifferenz durch Fadennachzug aus dem Gatter unter der Bremsspannung ausgeglichen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Zurückdrehen des Wickelbaums die in der Wickelposition gespreizt verlaufende Fadenschar (2) mittels der Speicherwalzen (13, 13') auf eine Ebene zusammengefasst wird und dass die dabei aufgenommenen Fadenlängen vom Gatter nachgezogen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Zusammenfassen der Fadenschar auf die gemeinsame Ebene gatterseitig eine Einführungswalze (16) in die Fadenschar bewegt wird, welche in der gemeinsamen Ebene in einer Mittelstellung verbleibt, während die Speicherwalzen (13, 13') zur Schlaufenbildung weiter verstellt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Erreichen der Mittelstellung eine Schaltvorrichtung (18) betätigt wird, welche den Rücklauf der Wickelmaschine auslöst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Ausspeichern der Ueberlänge die Speicherwalzen (13, 13') wieder in ihre Ausgangsposition zurückbewegt werden, während der Wickelbaum im Vorwärtskriechgang angetrieben wird, wobei die Kriechganggeschwindigkeit grösser ist als die Ausspeichergeschwindigkeit der Speicherwalzen und dass die sich aus der Differenz zwischen Kriechganggeschwindigkeit und Ausspeichergeschwindigkeit ergebende Längendifferenz durch Fadennachzug aus dem Gatter unter der Bremsspannung ausgeglichen wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Speichern einer Ueberlänge von Fäden zwischen einem Spulengatter (1) und dem Wickelbaum (5) einer Wickelmaschine (4) im Falle eines Wickelstops mit einem Maschinengestell (23), durch das die Fadenschar (2) durchführbar ist, wobei im Maschinengestell je eine untere und eine obere Gruppe von parallel angeordneten Speicherwalzen (13, 13') derart an einem Zugmittelgetriebe (12) befestigt ist, dass die beiden Gruppen zur Bildung von Fadenschlaufen etwa vertikal gegenläufig verstellbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum klemmfreien Einführen der Fadenschar (2) gatterseitig wenigstens eine Einführungswalze (16) angeordnet ist, welche aus einer Position ausserhalb der Fadenschar in eine Mittelstellung innerhalb der Fadenschar bewegbar ist, wobei die Mittelstellung etwa auf der Ebene liegt, auf der die Gruppen von Speicherwalzen (13, 13') sich kreuzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einführungswalze (16) von oben auf ein in der Mittelstellung angeordnetes Auflager (17) am Maschinengestell absenkbar ist, und dass beim Erreichen des Auflagers eine Schaltvorrichtung (18) zum Reversieren des Wickelbaums aktivierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens mittels einer Speicherwalze in ihrer oberen und in ihrer unteren Endlage je ein Endtaster (19, 21) aktivierbar ist, mit dessen Hilfe das Ende des Speichervorgangs bzw. des Ausspeichervorgangs erfassbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugmittelgetriebe (12) endlose Verstellketten aufweist, welche seitlich im Maschinengestell um obere und untere Kettenumlenkräder (22, 22') gespannt sind und dass auf jeder Seite eines Kettentrums eine obere bzw. eine untere Speicherwalze gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Fadenlaufrichtung (a) unmittelbar nach der Einführungswalze eine Speicherwalze angeordnet ist, welche gegenläufig zur Einführungswalze bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Antriebsmodul (15) und wenigstens ein lösbar daran befestigtes Speichermodul (14) aufweist, wobei das Antriebsmodul mit einem Antriebsmotor (11) für das Zugmittelgetriebe und mit der Einführungswalze (16) versehen ist und wobei das Speichermodul wenigstens je eine obere und untere Speicherwalze (13, 13') aufweist, und dass deren Zugmittelgetriebe mit dem Antriebsmodul kuppelbar ist.
