Definitions
- the present invention relates to a single-track roller running shoe according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the present invention also relates to a set of rollers.
- Single-track roller skates are already known and in stores in a large number of different embodiments available.
- the casters Known roller skates are arranged one behind the other in a horizontal plane and generally have a rolling surface that is parabolic in axial section, wherein all rollers of a roller skate are essentially identical.
- a roller skate is described in US Pat. No. 5,207,454, in the middle of which a single roller between the front and rear ends of the frame and front and behind this roller two ball rollers are provided, which have a ball bearing are stored in a bowl-shaped recess of the frame.
- the roller has in In contrast to the roller skates mentioned at the beginning, they have a rectangular cross section.
- the Ball rollers can move in any direction, so the roller skater can make particularly tight turns.
- this known roller skate has understandably undesirable properties with regard to the Straight ahead.
- roller skates have a rolling surface with a cross section continuous convex profile. From various published publications, e.g. US-PS 698 110, DE-PS 1 110 060 or GB-PS 908 566 are, however, also others Profile shapes become known, e.g. Combinations of convex and concave Problem sections that overlap one another via a turning point or a transition edge pass over. However, each roller skate has two identical roles. Furthermore, in the DE-PS 827 913 describes a roller skate with two wheels, in which two wheels with a circular cross-sectional rolling surface against two wheels with one in Cross section rectangular rolling surface can be exchanged.
- An object of the invention is therefore to be seen in the cornering behavior single-track roller skates through simple and cheap measures without improving the Impair straight ahead and a set of casters for such single track To provide roller skates.
- At which the convex curved the rolling surface of the rollers in an axial section is characterized in that the rolling surface of the at least one front and at least one rear roller at a distance from the Longitudinal plane has a smaller radius of curvature than the rolling surface of the at least a medium roller.
- the rolling surface of the at least one front or rear roller one on both sides of the median longitudinal plane Cross-section conical outward lateral surface section.
- the rolling surface of the at least a front or rear roller in the longitudinal median plane a convex curved surface section and one on both sides of the longitudinal median plane concave curved side surface section.
- An advantageous embodiment of this variant is at the transition between the convex curved rolling surface and the concave curved lateral To provide an undercut in the surface section, which forms a transition edge.
- a further improvement in the steering function of this variant is achieved in that the at least one front or rear roller at a distance from the Longitudinal center plane is elastically deformable.
- Another advantageous embodiment of a roller skate according to the invention results from the fact that the rolling surface of the at least one front and at least one a rear roller at a distance from the pad a comparatively has a smaller width than the rolling surface of the at least one central roller.
- the rolling surface of the front or rear roller at a distance from the Longitudinal center plane has the same radius of curvature as the rolling surface of the at least a medium roller.
- each roller one on the Has frame or a frame section attachable cylindrical bearing part, which via a warehouse, e.g. a ball bearing connected to a wheel body the lateral surface of which the rolling surface is arranged is thereby advantageous given that the bearing part and the wheel body of the at least one central roller is wider than the bearing part and the wheel body of a front or rear Roller.
- the rollers are preferably over a frame connected to each other, which has two side surfaces which in the area of at least a middle roller have a larger inner distance than on their front and rear ends at which the at least one front or rear Roller is arranged.
- the Wheel body of the at least one middle roller on a rolling surface which in Region of the longitudinal center plane has a convexly curved central section which passes over an edge or a turning point into a flat side section which is a convex lateral surface section of the rolling surface to the outside connects.
- the wheel body of the at least one central roller has a rolling surface, which has a concavely curved central section in the region of the longitudinal median plane has, which on both sides of the longitudinal median plane via a turning point or a Edge merges into a convexly curved side section.
- FIG. 1 a roller running shoe 1 is shown, which has a frame 3 connected to a shoe 2, on which Four rollers 4, 5, 6, 7 are arranged one behind the other in the running direction.
- the casters are by means of cross bolts 8, 9, 10 11 at corresponding cross bores of the frame 3 attached, the foremost roller 4 and the rearmost roller 7 each one Eccentric disc 12, 13 are arranged on this frame 3 adjustable in height.
- each roller 4, 5, 6, 7 one cylindrical bearing part 14, 15, which via a bearing not shown here, e.g. a ball bearing, is connected to a wheel body 16, 17, on which along the outer circumference a symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal center plane ⁇
- Rolling surface 18, 19 is provided which in the area of this longitudinal center plane ⁇ on a flat bearing surface 20 rests, each with respect to the rolling surface 18, 19
- Roller 4, 5, 6, 7 forms an axially parallel tangential plane ⁇ .
- rollers 4, 7 and 5, 6 The main difference between the rollers 4, 7 and 5, 6 is that special shape of the rolling surfaces 18 and 19, the rolling surface 18 of the front and rear rollers 4, 7 at a certain distance from the Longitudinal central plane ⁇ has a larger normal distance to the tangential plane ⁇ than that middle rollers 5, 6.
- the different normal distance to the tangential plane ⁇ produced in that the convexly curved rolling surface 18 at a distance from the longitudinal center plane ⁇ one has a smaller radius of curvature than the equally convex rolling surface 19.
- concave and convex used in the following always refer to the Axis a of the rollers 4, 5, 6, 7 related.
- FIG. 2a Due to the different radii of curvature of the rolling surfaces 18, 19, one lateral tilting from a certain tilt angle a lifting of the front and rear roller from the support surface 20 or at least a reduction in Contact pressure guaranteed on this bearing surface 20.
- Lifting off the rolling surface naturally takes place as a function of the tilt angle and is shown in FIG. 2a dashed and solid lines.
- the solid line represents one Tangent to the rolling surface 18 with a tilt of 15 °, 30 ° and 45 °, whereas the dashed lines each have a tangent to the rolling surface 19 (e.g. that of FIG. 2b) display when tilted by the same angle.
- the difference between the dashed and the solid line is the measure for lifting the front and / or rear Roller and is given in Figure 2a in millimeters, namely about 0.5mm at 15 °, about 1mm at 30 ° and approx. 2mm at 45 °.
- the convexly curved rolling surface 18 of the front or rear rollers 4, 7 goes into Direction axis a of the rollers on both sides of the longitudinal median plane ⁇ in one concave curved lateral surface section 21, 22 of the wheel body 16 above, wherein the wheel body 16 of a front or rear roller 4, 7 on its the axis a facing section has substantially the same width as the wheel body 19th a middle roller 5, 6.
- This is the use in an advantageous manner same bearing parts 14, 15 possible for both types of rollers.
- Rollers 4, 5, 6, 7 of a roller shoe according to the invention in conventional Roller skates are retrofitted.
- FIG. 3 are a front or rear roller 4, 7 and a middle roller 5, 6 is shown schematically one above the other to show the different curvature of the Rolling surfaces 18, 19 at a distance from the longitudinal center plane ⁇ to clarify.
- the embodiment of FIG. 3 essentially corresponds to that of FIGS. 2a and 2b the only difference that the rolling surface 18 of the rollers 4, 7 on both sides the longitudinal median plane ⁇ is a tapered lateral one Surface area 23, 24 has.
- the tangents to the Rolling surface with different tilts e.g. 15 °, 30 ° and 45 °
- the distance between the parallel tangents each form a measure of the lifting of a front one or rear wheel with respect to a middle wheel.
- FIGS. 4a, 4b, 4c show further exemplary embodiments at the front or at the rear Rollers 4, 7 for a roller shoe according to the invention in an axial section shown.
- the roller according to Figure 4a is constructed similarly to that of Figure 2a, but are the concave curved side surface sections 21, 22 in this embodiment in its section facing the convex rolling surface 18 is more curved and form an undercut 24, 25 on both sides of the longitudinal median plane ⁇ , which over a transition edge 26, 27 merge into the convexly curved rolling surface 18.
- the roller 4, 7 shown in Figure 4b is basically the same as that 4a, but the rolling surface 18 is less curved and the concave lateral surface section 21, 22 as a lateral recess of the wheel body 16 formed, which forms a laterally circumferential groove through which the wheel body 16 at a distance from the longitudinal median plane ⁇ , in particular in the region of the transition edges 26, 27 has increased elasticity. If the roller skate tilts to the side the rolling surface 18 is therefore from a certain tilt angle by the weight of the skater in the sense of a greater curvature in the direction of the axis a deformed, so that when driving straight ahead as well as when cornering a good one Floor covering is present.
- a front or rear roller 4, 7 is shown, in which the Rolling surface 18 is even less curved than that of Figure 4b and furthermore, no lateral recesses are provided on the roller 4, 7.
- a such roller 4, 7 is in the context of the present invention in connection with a somewhat wider roller (see FIGS. 5a, 5c) is used, so that the rolling surface 18 the front or rear roller 4, 7 at a certain normal distance from the Tangential surface ⁇ or support surface 20 has a comparatively small width than the rolling surface 19 of a middle roller 5, 6, from a certain (in general somewhat larger) tilt angle of the roller skate again bring about the desired lifting effect.
- the rolling surfaces 18, 19 of the front and / rear and the middle rollers 4, 7, 5, 6 have the same radius of curvature and differ only by the width of the Differentiate rolling surfaces.
- roller shown in FIG. 4c can also be used as a middle roller 5, 6 can be used with a rolling surface 19 if they have a roller 4, 7 with a comparatively narrower or more curved rolling surface 18, e.g. that of Figure 4a, is combined (see. Fig. 6a).
- FIGS. 5a, 5b and 5c show further exemplary embodiments of middle rollers 5, 6 for a roller skate according to the invention in an axial section.
- the roller 5, 6 shown in FIG. 5a has a somewhat wider design Bearing part 15 and wheel body 17 as the previous embodiments on Die Rolling surface 19 of these rollers 5, 6 has one in the area of the longitudinal center plane ⁇ convex central central section 28 on each of an edge 29, 30 in a flat Side section 31, 32 merges, on which there is a convex lateral surface section 33, 34 connects.
- a low-friction Straight running of the roller running shoe and a good lifting effect of the front and rear rollers 4, 7 can be achieved.
- FIG. 5b shows a further roller 5, 6, in which the rolling surface 19 has a concavely curved central section 35, which is on both sides of the Longitudinal median plane ⁇ merges into a convexly curved side section 36 37 which the roller 5, 6 rests on the bearing surface 20.
- Figure 5c is a roller 5, 6 for a roller shoe according to the invention shown, which is constructed the same as the roller 4, 7 shown in Fig. 4c, however has a greater width than this.
- FIGS. 6a and 6b Different frames 3 are shown in FIGS. 6a and 6b, in which Rollers 4, 5, 6, 7 according to Figures 2 to 5 can be attached.
- FIG. 6a shows a conventional, commercially available frame 3, the parallel one Has side walls 38, 39 with a constant inner distance.
- a frame 3 is preferably provided with rollers 4, 5, 6, 7, the bearing parts 14, 15 or Wheel bodies 16, 17 all have the same width.
- the frame 3 shown in Figure 6b has side walls 40, 41, the Inner distance in the area of the middle rollers 5, 6 is greater than in the area of the front or rear roller 4, 7.
- Such a frame is preferably for rollers different widths provided.
