Claims (3)
- Kettelmaschine mit einem Förderer (1) zur Führung von Strümpfen, der eine feste Schiene (2) und eine bewegliche Schiene (3) aufweist, die an einer horizontalen Tragkonsole (5) angebracht sind, welche an einer mit dem Gestell der Kettelmaschine verbundenen, vertikalen Wand (6) angebracht und relativ zu dieser höhenverstellbar ist, und mit einem Randabschneider (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Bewegen der Schiene (3) und der Tragkonsole (5) und zur Höhenverstellung des Randabschneiders (8) elektrische Schrittmotoren (M1, M2, M3) vorgesehen sind, die mit einer programmierbaren, elektronischen Steuereinheit (44) verbunden sind, welche in Abhängigkeit von der Betätigung weniger Steuertasten die Motoren vorwärts oder rückwärts in Bewegung setzt und die Parameter speichert und abruft, die sich beziehen auf die gegenseitige Position der Schienen (2, 3), auf die Höhenstellung der Tragkonsole (5) und auf die Vertikalstellung des Randabschneiders (8) relativ zu Ketten (42, 43), die den zu kettelnden Strumpf zu Nähköpfen (9, 10) transportieren.
- Kettelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragkonsole (5) mit der vertikalen Wand (6) so verbunden ist, daß die Tragkonsole (5) relativ zur Wand (6) vertikal verstellbar ist und eine Relativverdrehung zwischen beiden verhindert wird, wenn der Schrittmotor (M2) zur Axialverschiebung der Tragkonsole (5) eingeschaltet ist.
- Kettelmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vertikale, am Gestell der Kettelmaschine befestigte Rahmen (6) zwei zu diesem vertikal bewegliche Stifte (13, 14) aufweist, die von jeweils einer Feder (15, 16) nach oben beaufschlagt werden und zusammen mit der Tragkonsole (5) über einen Schrittmotor (M1) höhenverstellbar sind, welcher auf der Tragkonsole (5) befestigt ist und eine Welle (21) hat, die mit einem Gewindeabschnitt (20) in eine Gewindebüchse (22) eingreift, die im mittleren Bereich des vertikalen Rahmens (6) befestigt ist.
