Description

Spender für feste Arzneimittel
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Spender für feste Arzneimittel, insbesondere Tabletten, Filmtabletten, Dragees und Kapseln.
Feste Arzneimittel, wie Tabletten, Filmtabletten, Dragees, Kapseln, Zäpfchen, werden bisher in der Regel in Flaschen, Durchdrückpackungen, Glas- oder Kunststoffröhrchen oder Dosen verpackt.
Die Erfindung löst nun die Aufgabe, eine einfache, gut handhabbare, materialsparend gestaltete Verpackung in einem günstigen Format vorzuschlagen.
Der neue Spender besteht aus einem flachen Behälter, bei dem an einer Schmalseite eine Durchlaßöfl-hung vorgesehen ist, die mit einer durch einen Klappverschluß verschließbaren Entnahmemulde in Verbindung steht.
Einige Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sowie zweckmäßige Abwandlungen und Details sind in den Figuren 1 bis 7 dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Blick auf einen erfindungsgemäßen Spender in aufgeklapptem Zustand. In einer Platte 1 befindet sich eine flache Wanne 2, die an einer Seite in eine Entnahmemulde 3 übergeht. An die Platte 1 schließt sich eine Falz 4 an, die das Umklappen des Verschlußteils 5 erleichtert. Das Verschlußteil 5 weist eine Vorwölbung 6 auf, die so geformt ist, daß sie beim Umklappen in die Entnahmemulde 3 einrastet und diese weitgehend ausfüllt. Auf die Platte 1 ist eine ebene Deckplatte aufgebracht, welche die Platte 1 völlig bedeckt, außer an der Stelle, wo sich die Entnahmemulde 3 (in die hier eine Tablette 3 a eingezeichnet ist) befindet. Über der Entnahmemulde 3 hat die Deckplatte eine Ausparung; sie ermöglicht den. Durchtritt der Vorwölbung 6 unter leichtem Druck, wobei dann das Verschlußteil 5 auf der Deckplatte durch Klemmverbindung fixiert wird. Fig. la bietet die Seitenansicht des Spenders nach Fig. 1, wobei auch die über das Verschlußteil 5 gezogene Deckplatte 8 zu erkennen ist.
Die Höhe der Wanne 2 richtet sich nach der Art und der Menge des Füllguts. In der Regel reicht eine Höhe, die geringfügig größer ist als die Dicke der einzelnen Arzneimitteleinheiten, z. B. Tabletten. Sollen mehrere Schichten von Arzneimitteleinheiten übereinander Platz finden, wird eine entsprechend höhere Wanne verwendet.
Fig. 2 bietet den Blick von oben auf den geschlossenen Spender, wobei das Verschlußteil 5 dicht auf der Deckplatte aufliegt und die Vorwölbung 6 in den Ausschnitt der Deckplatte und die Entnahmemulde 3 eingedrungen ist.
Fig. 3 zeigt den Spender mit Blick auf die längere Schmalseite. Unter der Platte 1 ist die flache Wanne 2 mit der anschließenden Entnahmemulde 3 zu erkennen. Das Verschlußteil 5 ist an der Falz 4 umgeklappt und liegt dicht auf der Deckplatte 8 auf. Neben dem umgeklappten Verschlußteil 5 ist auf der Deckplatte 8 Platz für die Gebrauchsinformation.Zum Öffnen des Spenders wird das Verschlußteil 5 an der der Falz 4 gegenüberliegenden Seite angehoben. Durch Neigen des Spenders, so daß die Entnahmemulde tiefer zu liegen kommt, oder durch leichtes Schütteln wird jeweils ein Stück des Arzneimittels in die Entnahmemulde 3 befördert und kann dann entnommen werden. Danach wird der Spender wieder geschlossen.
In dem Spender nach Fig. 4 ist das Verschlußteil 5 mit einer Schmalseite an der Platte 1 befestigt. Diese weist eine zusätzliche Vertiefung 9 auf; sie dient dazu, z.B. eine halbe Tablette aufzubewahren. Das kann erwünscht sein, wenn der Packungsinhalt aus teilbaren Tabletten besteht, von denen der Patient jeweils nur eine Hälfte benötigt. Eine Aussparung 10 in der Platte 1 und der Deckplatte 8 erleichtert das Aufklappen des Verschlußteils 5.
Fig. 5 zeigt denselben Spender verschlossen. Neben dem Verschlußteil 5 ist die Gebrauchsinformation 11 auf der Deckplatte 8 fixiert.
In den Figuren 6 und 7 ist ein Spender ähnlich dem in Fig. 4 und Fig. 5 in der Ansicht schräg von oben dargestellt. Spender gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung werden zweckmäßig nach bekannten Methoden der Kunststoffverarbeitung hergestellt. Zweckmäßig erhalten die Spender einen an sich bekannten Originalitätsverschluß, damit ohne weiteres erkennbar ist, ob der Spender schoneinmal geöföiet wurde. Der Originalitätsverschluß kann z. B. durch eine über das Entnahmeteil geschweißte, abziehbare Deckfolie gebildet werden, wobei die Deckfolie so in die Entnahmemulde (3) hineinreicht, daß sie das Verschließen des Spenders durch Umklappen des Verschlußteils (5) nicht verhindert. Die Deckfolie kann über die gesamte Deckplatte reichen, wobei dann ein durch eine Perforation abgeteilter Streifen vor Gebrauch entfernt wird, der zweckmäßig die Länge und Breite des Verschlußteils (5) hat.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Spender für feste Arzneimittel, bei dem in einer Platte (1) eine flache, mit einer Deckplatte (8) überdeckte Wanne (2) vorgesehen ist, die an einer Schmalseite in eine Entnahmemulde (3) übergeht, welche durch Umklappen eines mit der Platte (1) verbundenen Verschlußteils (5) mit einer in die Entnahmemulde (3) einrastenden Vorwölbung (6) verschlossen bzw. zur Entnahme des Arzneimittels geöffnet wird.
2. Spender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (1) in dem Teil, der vom Verschlußteil (5) bedeckt wird, eine Aussparung (10) aufweist, die den Zugriff zu dem Verschlußteil (5) und damit das öffnen erleichert.
3. Spender nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß neben der Entnahmemulde (3) in der Platte (1) eine weitere Vertiefung (9), insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Teilen der im Spender verpackten Arzneimittel, vorgesehen ist, die im geschlossenen Zustand des Verschlußteils (5) von diesem überdeckt wird.
4. Spender nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entnahmemulde (3) bzw. derjenige Teil des Spenders, in dem sich die Entnahmemulde (3) befindet, mit einer Deckfolie zugeschweißt ist, wodurch eine Entnahme erst nach dem Entfernen der Deckfolie möglich wird.
