Description

固体医药制品的发放装置
本发明涉及一种用于固体医药制品的发放装置，特别是药片、覆膜药片、糖衣药片和胶囊的发放装置。
固体医药制品，例如药片、覆膜药片、糖衣药片、胶囊和栓剂迄今一般都包装在瓶、压板封装(press-out pack)及玻璃或塑料的管或盒中。
Morrison的美国专利第4,502,612号(授权日1985年3月5日)提出了一种发放装置，其可以将药片装在一空心主体中，并一次一个地取出药片。然而其结构显得复杂，且用料偏多，且使用仍不够方便。
本发明旨在解决现有技术的问题，提供一种具有适当结构的简单方便的固体医药制品的发放装置，该装置只采用很少的材料。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供一种固体医药制品的发放装置，其中，在一板上设有一由盖板盖住的扁盘，该盘在其窄端形成一取出口，该取出口由一封盖件关闭或打开，用来取出医药制品；其中，该封盖件连接在该板上，使得封盖件能够翻转以关闭或打开取出口，并且该封盖件具有一与该取出口啮合的凸起。
最好是，所述板具有一凹口，该部位由所述封盖件盖住，该凹口使得人手更容易触及该封盖件，从而使该封盖件更容易打开。

本发明的固体医药制品的发放装置由连接在板上的封盖件的翻转关闭或打开取出口，使用操作简便。封盖件上的凸起与取出口的啮合使得关闭牢固。这种装置的结构也比现有技术的结构简单，制造容易，用料节省。本发明的发放装置根据已公知的塑料加工方法很容易生产。

图1是本发明的发放装置在处于翻开状态的示意图。一板1内有一个扁盘2，扁盘2在一侧汇成一取出口3。板1邻接一折线4，使得封盖件5很容易翻折。封盖件5具有一凸起6，其形状使得当封盖件5折合时，该凸起6与取出口3配合并基本上将该取出口填满。一块平面盖板装在板1上，它盖住除取出口3所处位置(图中示出一药片3a处)之外的整块板1。该盖板在取出口3上方有一切口，这使得凸起6在轻压时穿过该切口，然后封盖件5通过夹紧连接固定在盖板上。
图1a是图1所示发放装置的例视图，示出了盖板8折盖封盖件5的情况。
盘2的高度依赖于装填物的特性及数量。一般来说，比药片之类的单片医药制品的厚度稍大的高度便可以了。如果要一层层地装入多层医药制品，就应采用相应较深的盘。
图2为封盖好的发放装置的顶视图，当凸起6伸入盖板的切口和取出口3时，封盖件5紧扣在盖板上。
图3示出了发放装置沿长而窄侧面的视图。可以看出，扁盘2及相邻的取出口位于板1下部。封盖件5沿折线4折合并紧扣在盖板8上。在盖板8上邻近折合的封盖件5处，具有用于使用说明的位置。为了打开发放装置，在折线4的相对一例提起封盖件5。通过使发放装置倾斜使取出口3处在较低位置，或者通过轻摇，所装药品的一个送入取出口3，从该口可取出药品。然后再将该发放装置封闭。
在图4所示的发放装置中，封盖件5由一窄边与板1固连。板上还具有一附带的凹部9，例如该凹部用于存放半片药。当所装药物包括可掰开的药片而患者仅需要半片药时这会很有用。在板1和盖板8上的凹口10使得翻开封盖件5更容易。
图5示出同一发放装置闭合时的情况。邻近封盖件5在盖板8上装有使用说明11。
图6和图7示出了与图4和图5类似的发放装置的立体图。
综上所述，本发明的这种新的发放装置包括一个扁平的容器，在其一个窄端具有一个贯通孔，该贯通孔与一个由一翻板盖封闭的取出口相连通。这种发放装置根据已公知的塑料加工方法很容易生产。
另外，本发明的发放装置可有效地采取公知的制造商封缄，发放装置是否开启过可立即看出来。制造商封缄还可以具有例如焊接在取出部分上方的可去除覆膜，该覆膜可伸入取出口3，因而不会妨碍由封盖件5的翻折来封闭发放装置。该覆膜可延伸于整个盖板之上，在这种情况下，使用前先掀去一穿孔条带，该条带最好与封盖件5具有相同的长度和宽度。

2、根据权利要求1所述的发放装置，其特征在于，该板(1)具有一凹口(10)，该部位由所述封盖件(5)盖住，该凹口(10)使得人手更容易触及该封盖件(5)，从而使该封盖件更容易打开。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的发放装置，其特征在于，在板(1)上邻近所述取出口(3)处还设有另一凹部(9)，特别用于容放装在该发放装置内的医药制品的断片，在所述封盖件(5)处于封闭状态下该凹部(9)也被盖住。
