Claims (22)

  1. Support de lampe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque (12) ou des composants (32.1-32.2) se complétant, après assemblage des demi-coques, pour constituer une plaque sont intégrées dans au moins l'une des demi-coques (2.1, 2.2 ; 22.1, 22.2) en une seule pièce et en ce que la plaque (12, 32.1-32.2) est adaptée pour cacher une ouverture d'insertion (1.1, 21.1) de forme notamment rectangulaire aménagée dans le corps de lampe 1, 21).
  16. Support de lampe selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation du dispositif de fixation de la plaque (12 ; 32.1-32.2) dont la forme est de préférence rectangulaire et qui sont notamment réalisés sous la forme de fixations par encliquetage (13 ; 33.1, 33.2) peuvent être encliquetés dans les bords de l'ouverture d'insertion qui, après assemblage, sont orientés parallèlement à l'axe du creux d'insertion et notamment à l'axe central (EH, EH') d'un filetage porte-lampe (3.4).
  17. Support de lampe selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des deux demi-coques (22.1, 22.2) présente au moins une entretoise de guidage (34.3, 34.4) qui est sensiblement transversale par rapport à l'axe (EH') du creux d'insertion (23.3) et notamment par rapport à l'axe central d'un filetage porte-lampe, qui comprend un bord orienté, après assemblage des demi-coques (22.1, 22.2), vers la section porte-contact (23.2) et qui est introduite dans au moins une rainure (35.1, 35.2) de la douille (23) de sorte qu'après assemblage, la douille (23) soit protégée contre le gauchissement par au moins deux entretoises de guidage (34.3, 34.4).
  18. Support de lampe selon les revendications 4, 6 et 17, caractérisé en ce que les demi-coques (22.1, 22.2) peuvent être assemblées à la douille dans au moins deux positions finales différentes de sorte que les entretoises de guidage (34.3, 34.4) soient introduites dans les rainures correspondantes (35.1, 35.2).
  19. Support de lampe selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une rainure (35.1, 35.2) est réalisée sous la forme d'un passage aménagé dans la paroi de la douille (23).
  20. Support de lampe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce qu'un col de protection contre le contact direct (16) peut être monté de l'extérieur sur la douille (3).
  21. Procédé de fabrication d'un support de lampe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 20 comprenant un support de douille en matière isolante muni d'au moins un moyen de fixation sur le corps de lampe, ainsi qu'un logement pour une douille en matière isolante composée d'une section porte-lampe avec un creux d'insertion et une fixation de lampe, ainsi qu'au moins une section porte-contact dans laquelle au moins un élément conducteur métallique peut être inséré, chaque élément conducteur étant muni d'un contact de lampe et d'au moins une borne de connexion, le support de douille présentant deux demi-coques dont au moins l'une présente, sur sa face intérieure, des moyens d'appui et/ou de fixation de la douille et dont les bords peuvent être assemblés de sorte qu'ils enferment la douille au moins partiellement dans la zone d'une section porte-contact et les deux demi-coques pouvant être reliés entre elles à l'état assemblé, caractérisé par les étapes automatiques suivantes :
    a) découpe d'un câble de raccordement à la longueur préalablement définie, y compris l'enlèvement des isolations et le dénudage des fils à leurs extrémités ;
    b) insertion du câble de raccordement dans un support de pièce de sorte que seul le câble soit saisi par le support de pièces ;
    c) amenée d'une douille aux extrémités des conducteurs du câble et connexion de ces derniers dans les bornes de connexion de la section porte-contact ;
    d) amenée des deux demi-coques du support de douille à la douille ;
    e) assemblage des deux demi-coques avec la douille de sorte que les demi-coques soient fixées sur la douille par un léger appui d'encliquetaqe ;
    f) assemblage des deux demi-coques entre elles ;
    g) contrôle électrique et mécanique et dépose du montage de l'assemblage complet.
  22. Procédé selon la revendications 21, caractérisé en ce qu'après la connexion des extrémités de câble aux bornes de connexion, la douille est déplacée, de sa position initiale dans la direction du câble de raccordement dans une nouvelle position sur une distance variable et préalablement définie et en ce que les demi-coques sont amenées dans une position d'assemblage, puis assemblées, l'écartement entre la position initiale de la douille et la position d'assemblage des demi-coques pouvant varier dans des limites préalablement définies.
