Description
mindestens einen Einführbandmechanismus mit einem ersten Einführband und einer ersten Austrittwalze und einem angebrachten Walze mit der Vorspannung einer einzigen Feder beaufschlagt ist, um den harten Griff auf die Signatur beim Eintritt in ein Schaufelrad aufrechtzuerhalten. Dieser harte Griff oder Preßdruck ist notwendig, um die Beförderung der Signaturen in die Schaufelräder und deren Aufnahme darin zu unterstützen. Beim Passieren der Signaturen durch die Austrittwalzen ergibt sich ein Anfang-Ende-Spalt zwischen den einzelnen Signaturen, so daß die Spitzen aufeinanderfolgender Schaufelräder zwischen den Signaturen passieren können. Wenn die mit einer Federvorspannung beaufschlagten Austrittwalzen auf diesen Spalt zwischen den Signaturen treffen, drücken diese sich an die fest angebrachten Walzen und lösen sich wieder, wenn sie auf die Vorderkante der nächsten Signatur treffen. Dieses erzeugt ein Schwingungsphänomen, was eine hohe dynamische Belastung für die fest angebrachten Walzen darstellt.

Claims (10)
- Falzapparat mit mindestens einem Einführbandmechanismus (10), mit einem ersten Einführband (11) und einer ersten Austrittswalze (25) und einem korrespondierenden zweiten Einführband (21) und einer zweiten Austrittswalze (15), wobei das erste und das zweite Einführband (11, 21) einen Signaturendurchlauf zur Auslage der Signaturen bilden, die erste Austrittswalze (25) um eine erste Walzenachse rotierbar ist, jedoch anderweitig fixiert ist, und ein die zweite Austrittswalze (15) stützender Arm (16) vorgesehen ist, wobei die zweite Austrittswalze (15) an den Hebel (16) um eine zweite Walzenachse drehbar gelagert ist, und ferner einen mit der Achse (16) verbundenen Arm (29) mit einer ersten und einer gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seite aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine erste, gegen die erste Seite des Armes (29) wirkende Feder (60) vorgesehen ist, um den Hebel (16) und die zweite Austrittswalze (15) in Richtung der ersten Austrittswalze (25) zu zwingen und eine gegen die zweite Seite des Armes (29) wirkende zweite Feder (61) vorgesehen ist, und beide Federn (60, 61) unterschiedliche Federkonstanten aufweisen. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die erste Feder (60) eine niedrigere Federkonstante als die zweite Feder (61) aufweist. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die erste Feder (60) eine Spiralfeder ist. - Falzapparat gemaß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die erste Feder (60) eine Federkonstante von ungefähr 22,5 bis 45 kg pro 2,54 cm (50 - 100 lbs/inch) aufweist. - Falzapparat gemaß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die zweite Feder (61) aus gummiartigem Material besteht. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die zweite Feder (61) eine Federkonstante von ungefähr 225 bis 450 kg pro 2,54 cm (500 - 1000 lbs/inch) aufweist. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
welcher ferner einen Stehbolzen (17) umfaßt, wobei der Arm (29) durch den Stehbolzen (17) mit dem Hebel (16) verbunden ist. - Falzapparat gemaß Anspruch 1,
welcher ferner einen Bolzen (62) mit einem Bolzenkopf (63) umfaßt, wobei der Bolzen (62) durch den Arm (29), die erste Feder (60) und die zweite Feder (61) dringt. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 8,
welcher ferner ein Montagestück umfaßt, in welches der Bolzen (62) hinein geschraubt wird. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die zweite Feder (61) dämpfende Eigenschaften aufweist, wodurch Kräfte und Schwingungseinwirkungen vermindert werden.
