Definitions
- the invention relates to a lashing device for bundling and tight packaging of stackable items such as Panels, especially plywood or the like.
- formwork panels, Wooden beams or the like often from one place to another to be transported to another location. So be for example ceilings with the help of slab formwork panels from the top of the ceiling, but from the Underside undone. Therefore, the Slab formwork panels are transported several times what i.a. also done with a crane.
- the security against sliding down individual plates or the like when moving with the known means only guaranteed to a very small extent, since the objects only lie loosely against one another.
- the technical problem underlying the invention is a reusable lashing device for bundling stacked plates or up and down to create adjacent supports or the like.
- This technical problem is solved with a lashing device for bundling and tight packing of stackable Objects such as panels, in particular plywood or the like, solved the one with a Has lashing strap provided and at least a support element with a contact surface for the comprises stacked items, the backing member at least one closed cross-section opening through which the lashing strap runs. Under closed openings will be one in cross section closed, continuous peripheral edge Understood the opening.
- the invention is based on the idea of one in itself well-known lashing strap, see, for example, document DE-A-2236391, of different types can, what will be explained in the following with one in terms of transportation and storage to connect suitable underlay element such that this underlay element from the lashing strap no longer is separable.
- Lashing device a simple, inexpensive and reusable device created for the entire transport chain from the manufacturer to the construction site and back, as well as for use on the construction site itself, such as for bundling Concrete formwork panels, is suitable and a total Represents unity. Furthermore, the steel strips saved, which eliminates the disposal problems.
- the search for underlays is no longer necessary each lashing device according to the invention at least one Pad element is captively arranged.
- Lashing device is no longer needed and it could thus be significantly saved as e.g. when using containers. Because inexpensive pallets are missing for security reasons Bundling not suitable. Furthermore, one Use of a lashing device according to the invention much less space when not in use on the Construction site and it's a much easier one Transport to the next job site through the smaller one Dead weight and the smaller volume in terms of Use of pallets, containers or the like enables. Compared to the known containers Lashing devices according to the invention also to everyone adaptable to any stack length.
- a very simple and inexpensive solution to a Lashing device according to the invention is achieved that the lashing strap is in one piece, i.e. a closed loop educating, trained.
- the tensioning device is integrated, for example a commercially available, lockable ratchet, Winding device or the like can exist.
- the lashing strap is made in one piece and that Underlay element has a closed opening, through the lashing strap runs through is the base element permanently attached to the lashing strap, this type of Attachment of the support element to the lashing strap mutual displacement permits, so that the lashing strap with the tensioning device installed in it depending on the height of the Plate stack opposite the support element in desired way, for example the tensioning device to a well suited for tensioning Move position.
- the captive arrangement of the Underlay element can either by the one-piece Lashing strap or by a larger end part free end of the belt due to the opening in the base element be.
- Lashing device is given by the lashing strap with two belt ends on a tensioning device, as before a ratchet or the like, connected, in particular is articulated, which in turn lashing strap and Clamping device form a closed loop into which the pad element is threaded.
- the lashing strap extends parallel to the longitudinal axis guided in an optimal manner in the base element, so that when Tensioning the lashing strap using the tensioning device, if the entire lashing device around the stacked Objects are lying around, clean on the bottom Object is present.
- the opening in the support element is advantageously in the Cross-section essentially rectangular, whose Width is at least equal to the width of the lashing strap, so that the lashing strap is neither crossed nor sideways pushed together in the opening and when tightening stretched neatly and thus optimally absorb the tensile forces and can forward.
- the underlay element consists of an elongated body, which has a height that between the contact surface and the a clear height remains on the opposite stand area, which take up the stacked objects by means of a Lifting equipment, such as that of a forklift or the like enables, and the opening itself in the base element extends parallel to the contact surface, so is in optimal Way the pad element captive with the lashing strap connected and at the same time the optimal creation of the Underlay element reached in a tensioned state.
- a training of the Underlay element such that each of the legs with a is provided in the closed cross-section through which the lashing strap runs through and is in tension Condition in a deepening of the contact surface of the Underlay element extends. Because that means no one needs expensive manufacture of a through opening in an as Supporting wood can be carried out.
- Underlay element made of steel, aluminum, plywood or solid wood with or without a partial sheet protection to create the outer sides of the underlay element, depending on Conditions and area of application.
- the reusable lashing device can also advantageously be at least one upper, in particular a U-shaped edge protection element on Lashing strap by means of at least one closed opening forming tab are attached so that the lashing strap runs on the top of the edge protection element and vertical leg of the edge protection element are present, on the outside of which the lashing strap runs.
- the uppermost item before being impressed by the Clamping device and the opposite edges Push in protected by the lashing strap when tensioning.
- the tabs form closed ones Openings through which the lashing strap is threaded what prevents removal of the edge protection element. Consequently edge protection element and lashing strap are also unsolvable, however slidable to each other, connected.
- edge protection element A very simple design of the edge protection element is given that the upper edge protection element two has spaced apart tabs on the Distance from the outside of the edge protection element are arranged and each have a closed opening form, preferably a rectangular opening, through which the lashing strap runs and the Clamping device is arranged between the two tabs. This will cause direct, possible damage causing the edge protection element to rest Clamping device on the top plate avoided and that Align the lashing strap on the edge protection element not applicable.
- the edge protection element from a U-shaped Manufacture steel sheet, plastic part or wood.
- the formation of the upper one is particularly advantageous Edge protection element as a flexible webbing that runs along the Lashing straps are arranged and several closed Has incisions transverse to the longitudinal direction of the band, through which the lashing strap is threaded, the Lashing strap runs on the outside of the webbing and the Tensioning device on the outside of the webbing is arranged.
- Edge protection element as a flexible webbing, such as For example a strong textile band, tubular band or the like
- the application or folding of the lashing strap further facilitated by a stack of plates, however at the same time the edge protection and the protection against indentations on the surface of the top object, here the Plate, guaranteed.
- the webbing has a length so that the tape is on both sides of the stack of plates survives and the lashing strap on the outside of this formed "leg" runs.
- Fig. 1 shows a plate stack in which several Plates 5 are stacked on top of each other.
- the lashing strap 1 has two belt ends that are connected by a ratchet 3 are inextricably linked.
- the ratchet 3 is built up in a known manner. That is, a Belt end by actuating a lever of the ratchet 3 by one Axis of rotation, which extends transversely to the longitudinal axis of the belt, is windable, so that the length of the belt or the loop formed therefrom is variable. In the desired length, the ratchet 3 can be fixed so that an extension of the belt in the fixed position is no longer possible and the lashing strap 1 remains tensioned.
- the underside of the bottom plate 5 of the plate stack lies on a base element 4, which is at least to the opposite narrow sides of plate 5 extends.
- a base element 4 which is at least to the opposite narrow sides of plate 5 extends.
- Each on the opposite Narrow sides of the base element 4 extend perpendicular to that provided for the plate 5 Support surface of the base element 4 each leg 41, the on the adjacent narrow sides of the plate 5 in essential or close to each other.
- the base element 4 in the Side view of a U-shaped recess in which the Plate 5 with its two opposite Narrow sides and the bottom is adjustable.
- a through opening 42 that is closed in cross section 42 extends through the base element 4 from one Narrow side of the base element 4 to the other.
- the Opening 42 has a clear, preferably rectangular cross section on which is a sliding Carrying the lashing strap 1 allows.
- the U-shaped Edge protection element 2 On top of the top plate 5 of the plate stack is a U-shaped in side view Edge protection element 2, this with two legs 22 essentially on two opposite Narrow sides of the plate 5 is applied. That is, the U-shaped Edge protection element 2 consists of one of a Narrow side to the opposite narrow side extending plate 5 and perpendicular to it Legs 22 so that the upper edges of the plate 5 partially be encompassed by the edge protection element 2.
- the edge protection element 2 further comprises two tabs or Loops 21 on the top of the Edge protection element 2 arranged spaced apart and with the top of the edge protection element 2 each form two closed openings 42 through which the lashing strap 1 runs through. This will make the lashing strap 1 captively connected to the edge protection element 2.
- the lashing strap 1 extends on the same top of the edge protection element 2 as the ratchet 3 and runs over the outside of the Leg 22 to the base element 4 through the opening 42 through and finally to the other end of the ratchet 3rd
- FIG. 2 Attachment of the base element 4 and the Edge protection element 2 on the lashing strap 1 clearly again shown.
- the plate stack is for better clarity only partially than from individual plate elements 5 existing stacks shown.
- the support element 4 lies on the floor 10. At least two support elements 4 are for one Plate stack provided. By the amount of Underlay elements 4 on two opposite sides of the plate stack 5 on the underside of a plate 5 concern, a clear height is created in which to Take a forklift, for example, with its lifting tines and can lift the stack of plates.
- This inventive arrangement of the lashing strap 1 and captive elements 2 and 4 also creates a larger pack size, so that a simple and no more inconspicuous carrying of a lashing strap 1 is possible.
- FIG 3 is the cross-sectional view shown in FIG Structure of a base element 4 clearly again recognizable.
- the support element 4 consists of a Extruded aluminum profile, which is essentially one has a rectangular cross section. It is inside Extruded profile hollow, with a partition in Inside the hollow profile forms the closed opening 42.
- the closed opening 42 has one Internal cross-section that has no sharp edges.
- the width of the opening 42 is dimensioned such that the here Lashing strap 1, not shown, can be easily moved therein is. Due to the rounded design of the inner cross section cannot damage the lashing strap 1 occur.
