Description
Bei dieser Form der federnden Zunge können die Schlitze durch einfache Fräsvorgänge gebildet werden.
Durch die Anordnung von zwei nicht durchgängigen Schlitzen auf der vierten Seite der federnden Zunge wird erreicht, daß die vom Bediener auf die Zunge ausgeübte Kraft weitgehend, ungeschwächt auf den zugeordneten Kraftsensor übertragen wird.
Wie in der Figur 1a dargestellt ist, kann auf der federnden Zunge eine Taste 5 angeordnet sein. Diese Taste bietet zum einen eine für den Benutzer gewohnte Betätigungsweise, zum anderen ist mit dieser Taste eine Stelle für die Krafteinwirkung festgelegt, die den Vorteil bietet, daß die Wirkungsweise der federnden Zunge nicht dadurch beeinträchtigt wird, daß beispielsweise auf eine Ecke der Zunge 11 gedrückt wird und somit die Kraftübertragung auf den Kraftsensor durch Verkanten beeinträchtigt wird.
Etwas versetzt ist der Schlitz 8 angeordnet, der zwischen den Schlitzen 2 und 4 verläuft, wobei der Schlitz 8 nicht bis an die Schlitze 2 und 4 heranreicht, so daß an beiden Seiten des Schlitzes 8 jeweils ein Steg verbleibt. Mit der Ausführung nach Figur 1b wird die mechanische Federkraft reduziert.
Gegenüber dem Kraftsensor 10 ist unter der federnden Zunge 11 ein Kraftübertragungselement 12 angeordnet, das bei Druck auf die Taste 5 über die federnden Zunge 11 auf den Kraftsensor 10 einwirkt. Bei Berührung des Kraftübertragungselementes 12 mit dem Kraftsensor wird ein Vorgang, beispielsweise die Richtungsänderung eines Schwenk/Neige-Kopfes für Fernsehkameras, ausgelöst. Der Druck, der auf den Kraftsensor 10 ausgeübt wird, gibt die Geschwindigkeit der Richtungsänderung an.
Wenn die Taste also die Richtungsbewegung auslöst, kann durch die Auswertung des Kraftsensorsignales die Geschwindigkeit der Richtungsbewegung gesteuert werden.
Ein bevorzugtes Einsatzgebiet ist die Steuerung von Schwenk/Neige-Köpfen für Fernsehkameras, bei denen sowohl eine Verfahrbewegung in eine bestimmte Richtung ausgelöst werden muß als auch die Geschwindigkeit der Richtungsänderung beeinflussbar sein soll.
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Übertragung von einer auf eine Taste ausgeübten Kraft auf einen Kraftsensor (10) , wobei ein elektrisches Signal in Abhängigkeit von der ausgeübten Kraft erzeugt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daßeine Trägerplatte (9) in einem vorgegebenen Abstand von einer Leiterplatte (1) angeordnet ist,auf der Trägerplatte (9) ein Kraftsensor (10) angeordnet ist,die Leiterplatte (1) über dem Bereich des Kraftsensors (10) derart mit Schlitzen (2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8) versehen ist, daß eine federnde, in Richtung des Kraftsensors (10) auslenkbare Zunge (11) entsteht, undunter der federnden Zunge (11) ein kraftübertragendes Element (12) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die federnde Zunge (11) eine rechteckige Form aufweist, die auf drei Seiten durch jeweils einen Schlitz (2,3,4) von der übrigen Leiterplatte getrennt ist und auf der Stirnseite mit der Leiterplatte (1) verbunden bleibt. - Vorrichtung Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
auf der federnden Zunge (11) eine tastenförmige Vorrichtung (5) zum Niederdrücken der federnden Zunge (11) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mehrere federnde Zungen (111, 112, 113, 114) derart angeordnet sind, daß jeweils ein Ende jeder federnden Zunge über einen gemeinsamen Kraftsensor (10) angeordnet ist und auf jeder federnden Zunge eine Taste (51, 52, 53, 54) angeordnet ist, die bei Betätigung einen Schaltvorgang auslöst. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Stirnseite der federnden Zunge bzw. der federnden Zungen, die mit der Leiterplatte verbunden ist, mit von außen nach innen gehenden Schlitzen (6, 7) versehen ist, wobei in der Mitte ein Steg bestehen bleibt und in Richtung der federnden Zunge ein weiterer Schlitz (8) vorgesehen ist, der mittig angeordnet ist und auf beiden Längsseiten einen vorgebbaren Abstand zu den seitlichen Schlitzen (2, 4) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das kraftübertragende Element (12) zur gleichmäßigen Kraftübertragung als Federelement augebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das kraftübertragende Element (12) aus druckelastischem Kunststoff besteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das mit den Tasten (51; 52, 53, 54) erzeugte Schaltsignal und/oder das in Abhängigkeit der auf einen Kraftsensor (10) ausgeübten Kraft erzeugte elektrische Signal zur Richtungsbewegung eines Schwenk/Neige-Kopfes für Videoüberwachüngsanlagen dient.
