Definitions
- the invention relates to a facade element in the form of a frame construction in element or post-and-beam construction for building facades in a thermally insulated design, consisting of several vertical posts and horizontal bars connected to the post, each consisting of two metal profiles, which by in the metal profiles engaging insulating webs are connected to one another, the posts and transoms forming fields between them for receiving tabular elements such as fixed glazing, wings, panels or the like.
- Such facade elements are usually made at a height corresponding to the floor height of a building and to form a complete building facade assembled. Some of these facade elements form or cover the parapet area in which the fields are populated with opaque elements. Despite the heat-insulating design of the mullions and transoms, these contribute to a not inconsiderable proportion of heat loss due to the high heat transfer coefficient compared to the insulated parapet panel, which could be lower in some areas of the facade element.
- the invention has for its object to provide a facade element of the type mentioned, in which in certain areas, in particular in the fields equipped with opaque elements, a reduction in heat transport is achieved via the frame profiles.
- the advantage achieved by the invention consists essentially in that the thermal bridges formed by the profiles are interrupted by the free cuts or the complete elimination.
- the clearances extend over the entire length between two bars or between the profile part delimiting the frame construction and the bar adjacent thereto. Furthermore, the clearances are expediently in the Fields located in the area of the parapet.
- the insulation element can extend over the entire length of the facade element.
- the free cut is expediently arranged in the metal profile of the post, which is located on the inside of the facade.
- the cutout is arranged in the center of the metal profile, forming two holding strips delimiting the receiving space.
- the free cut extends in the metal profile to form a holding strip which delimits the receiving space on the inside of the facade and extends to the insulating webs.
- the metal profile located towards the inside of the facade can be formed by two or three interconnected profile strands, one or both of the outside profile strands forming the retaining strips. Then the individual profile strands only have to be cut to length and joined together. For this, it is further advantageous if the profile strands are connected to one another via dovetail-shaped guide grooves.
- the invention provides that the insulation element is provided with a rear wall on its surface facing the inside of the facade. To further increase the stability, this rear wall can be folded on the edge and encompass the insulation element laterally.
- the rear wall can advantageously be provided with receiving grooves for the retaining strips, so that the entire space available can be filled by the insulating element.
- the rear wall can be designed as a stiffening wall in two or more layers.
- the rear wall can also be designed as a sandwich element.
- a further increase in strength is finally possible in that rectangular or angular stiffening elements are arranged in the folds of the rear wall.
- the facade element shown in the drawing in Fig. 1 consists of a frame construction in element construction and is intended for the erection of building facades.
- the facade element is constructed in a thermally insulated version and consists of a plurality of vertical posts 1 and horizontal bars 2 connected to the posts 1.
- the posts 1 and the bars 2 each consist of two metal profiles 3, 4, which are connected to one another by insulating webs 5, the insulating webs 5 having marginal cross-sectional widenings in corresponding grooves Engage metal profiles 3, 4.
- the posts 1 and transoms 2 form fields between them for receiving tabular elements, such as fixed glazing, wings, panels or the like.
- tabular elements such as fixed glazing, wings, panels or the like.
- the fields in the parapet area are designated by B and in the window area by F.
- the posts 1 which delimit two fields in each case have clearances 6 which form a receiving space for an insulation element 7 which extends over the adjoining fields.
- the posts are missing entirely.
- This construction prevents direct metallic heat transport in the region of the receiving space transversely to the longitudinal extension of the posts 1, as a result of which a substantial increase in thermal insulation can be achieved in the fields equipped with the insulating element 7.
- the clearances 6 extend over the entire length between the upper profile part 8 delimiting the frame construction and the bar 2 adjacent thereto.
- the free cuts 6 are provided in the fields B located in the area of the parapet. All posts 1 of a horizontal row of fields of the frame construction are further provided with a cutout 6, so that the insulation element 7 extends across the entire facade element.
- the free cut 6 is arranged in the metal profile 3 of the post 1 located towards the inside of the facade.
- the cut-out is arranged centrally in the metal profile 3 to form two holding strips 9 which delimit the receiving space.
- the free cut 6 in the metal profile 3 extends to form the holding strip 9, which limits the receiving space only to the inside of the facade, to the insulating webs 5.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 cross sections of suitable post profiles are shown.
- the post profiles can be formed in one piece, as can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5.
- the profile according to FIG. 4 is suitable for an embodiment according to FIG. 2, the profile according to FIG. 5, however, is suitable for the embodiment according to FIG. 3.
- the metal profile 3 according to FIGS. 6 and 7 lying towards the inside of the facade can be formed by two or three interconnected profile strands, wherein one or both of the outside profile strands form the retaining strips 9.
- the profile according to FIG. 6 is again provided for the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the profile according to FIG. 7, however, for the embodiment according to FIG. 3.
- the individual profile strands are connected to one another via dovetail-shaped guide grooves.
- the multi-part design of the profile strands simplifies the attachment of the cutouts 6, since the individual profile strands each have to be cut to the required dimension.
- the insulating element 7 is provided with a rear wall 10 on its surface facing the inside of the facade.
- This rear wall 10 is folded on the edge so that it engages around the insulation element laterally at 10.1.
- This rear wall 10 compensates for the reduced strength and stiffness of the facade element due to the attachment of the cutouts 6.
- the rear wall 10 can, as shown in FIG. 10, be flat.
- the rear wall 10 can be designed as a stiffening wall in two or more layers. Then the retaining strip 9 can even be omitted entirely under certain circumstances.
- the rear wall 10 can also be designed as a sandwich element, as is the case in FIGS. 13 to 15, for example. 15 further shows that it is also possible to screw the rear wall 10 to the retaining strip 9.
- stiffening elements 13 of different shapes can be attached for an additional increase in stability. Two possible embodiments of such stiffening elements 13 are shown in FIGS. 16 and 17. Such stiffening elements 13 are otherwise used in the folds of the rear wall 10 according to FIGS. 11, 14 and 15 or in the cavity 14 shown there.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- ein Fassadenelement mit mehreren Feldern,
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- Fig. 4 bis 7
- verschiedene Ausgestaltungen eines Rahmenprofils des Fassadenelements,
- Fig. 8 bis 10
- einen Querschnitt durch ein Feld des Fassadenelements,
- Fig. 11 bis 15
- verschiedene Höhenschnitte unterschiedlicher Ausführungsformen der Dämmelemente,
- Fig. 16 und 17
- Versteifungselemente für das Dämmelement,
