Definitions
- the invention relates to a machine according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- EP 0 492 310 A1 Such a machine is known from EP 0 492 310 A1.
- the on Corrugated webs produced in such machines are between 1.2 and 2.8 m and usually 2.5 m wide. There are therefore considerable ones Difficulty finding an even spread across the full width of the corrugated web To achieve pressure by the all-round endless pressure belt, because the deflection roller bends.
- EP 0 492 310 A1 therefore provided to make the deflection roller spherical, so as to deflect the deflection roller to compensate. The effort for this is considerable.
- the pressure band has torsional effects Is also subject to the replacement of a damaged pressure tape extraordinarily time and costly.
- At least one Deflection roller is stored in bearings, each by means of a Piston-cylinder drive formed tension drive are displaceable.
- FR-A-2 142 591 is a machine for producing one-sided laminated corrugated web known.
- a pressing device intended for connecting a glued corrugated Paper web and a laminating web.
- This includes a pressure shoe in the form of a hollow cylinder with an indentation that is a corrugated roller on which the corrugated Paper web is guided, hugs.
- the hollow cylinder points in the contact area with the corrugated roller on a particularly smooth surface heated from the inside and via a lever mechanism to the corrugated roller pressable. It is important to form the hollow cylinder exactly like this form that it follows the curvature of the corrugated roller to a uniform To cause pressure.
- From US-A-1 770 757 is also a machine for producing a one-sided laminated corrugated web known, in which a pressure device It is provided that a corrugated paper web to a coated with glue Laminating web presses.
- the pressure device comprises four pressure shoes, which are hollow and with respect to their internal curvature Circumference of a corrugated roller on which the corrugated paper web is guided, to adjust.
- the pressure shoes are rotatably and elastically preloaded, to optimally adapt the respective pressure shoe to the To enable the surface of the corrugated roller.
- This is a complex Pressure mechanism necessary, the u. a. a spring and bearing having.
- the inner surfaces of the pressure shoes must be specially processed so that the friction between the pressure shoe and the corrugated roller is not unnecessarily large and no destruction of the paper webs due to unevenness arises.
- the invention has for its object a machine of the generic type Kind in such a way that the pressing of the liner to the corrugated paper web in the pressing area on particularly simple and reliable Way is done.
- the at least one pressure band is in the arranged essentially stationary in the machine, so does not run with the Liner around. This saves considerable design effort. Characterized in that the at least one pressure belt essentially stationary is, the clamping devices can be particularly simple form. Also an adaptation to different widths of the ones to be generated Corrugated cardboard web can be realized in a very simple manner.
