Claims (11)
- Laufrollenführung einer Aufzugsschiebetür mit Führungsschiene (11, 16, 37, 41) und darauf abrollenden Laufrollen (1, 30, 50), welche zwecks Laufruhe und Geräuschverminderung federnde und dämpfende Elemente aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Führungsschiene (11, 16, 37, 41) eine elastisch nachgiebige Schienenlauffläche (3, 33, 45) aufweist, welche beim Überrollen mit einer Laufrolle (1, 30, 50) im elastischen Bereich des verwendeten Werkstoffs verformt wird. - Laufrollenführung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Schienenlauffläche (3, 33, 45) eine gewölbte, insbesondere konvexe oder konkave Form aufweist. - Laufrollenführung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die ein Tragprofil (6, 18, 36, 43) aufweisende Führungsschiene (11, 16, 37, 41) eine Schienenlauffläche (3, 33, 45) aus Stahlblech aufweist, und der Raum zwischen Tragprofil (6, 18, 36, 43) und Schienenlauffläche (3, 33, 45) ganz oder teilweise mit einer Füllung (5, 17, 34, 46) aus elastischem Werkstoff ausgefüllt ist. - Laufrollenführung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Schienenlauffläche (3) Bestandteil eines schlauchförmigen Mantels (4) ist. - Laufrollenführung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Radius der Schienenlauffläche (3) etwas kleiner ist als der Radius der Lauffläche (2) der Laufrolle (1). - Laufrollenführung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der schlauchförmige Mantel (4) durch ein Tragprofil (6, 18) und Verschraubungen (9, 22) zusammengehalten wird. - Laufrollenführung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Elastizität der Füllung (5, 17) mit einer Schraube (12) oder dem Stempel (21) und dem Gewinde (22) eingestellt wird. - Laufrollenführung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Schienenlauffläche (33) von einer Stahlbandfeder (32) gebildet ist. - Laufrollenführung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Stahlbandfeder (32) mit einer Längsseite in eine Füllung aus Gummimasse (34) eingebettet ist. - Laufrollenführung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Schienenlauffläche (45) Bestandteil eines Auskleidungsprofils (44) ist. - Laufrollenführung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Führungsshiene (41) einen Hohlraum mit einer schlitzförmigen Öffnung (42) nach unten bildet und an die elastische Füllung (46) in Richtung der Öffnung (42) eine Dichtlippe (47) angeformt ist.
