Description

The invention relates to a roller guide Elevator sliding door with guide rail and rolling on it Casters, which are used for smoothness and noise reduction has damping and resilient elements.

Die Randscheiben der Laufrolle ermöglichen ein Auffahren auf das Rampenstück und ein Entlasten der Lauffläche.EP-PS 478 938 is a roller guide for one Elevator sliding door, in which the Castors non-metallic, hard elastic Have tread inlays to ensure smooth running ensure and reduce the running noise. A Roller lifting device relieves the tread of the Casters in the standstill positions to flatten the to prevent elastic tread deposits and the resulting following rumbling noises during door movements avoid. This lifting device is a ramp piece formed which has a ramp and a horizontal part has and is attached to the side of the guide rail. The edge discs of the roller enable opening the ramp piece and relieving the tread.

With the roller guide described above the treads by means of an elaborate construction relieved to prevent flattening. In the case of one Worn tread insert must cover the entire roller be replaced. The use of hard materials for the guide rail also enables another Sound propagation in the same. There is also a roll-in of foreign bodies in the soft tread insert Castors possible, which affects the smoothness and the Noise level increased.

The invention has for its object a Roller guide for an elevator sliding door at the entrance to propose the type mentioned, the disadvantages of which are not and which is easy to run guaranteed.

This object is achieved by the in claim 1 characterized invention solved.

The advantages achieved by the invention are in essential to see that even in continuous operation Noise coming from the door is effective and is reduced maintenance-free. The resilient part of the Roller guide is only in the permanent load elastic range of the material. The Manufacturing the rollers is greatly simplified and cheaper. The guide rails are as band material inexpensive to manufacture. By the use of elastic inserts in the guide rail become one Sound propagation suppressed.

By the measures listed in the subclaims are advantageous developments and improvements in Claim 1 specified roller guide possible. Since the Of the guide rail and the rollers hard materials is a rolling in of Foreign bodies are no longer possible, causing an increase in Smooth running and thus a further reduction in noise represents. Due to the large surface of the elastic part the roller guide is counteracted wear, which guarantees a long service life for the guide rail.

Fig.1 zeigt eine Ansicht einer Aufzugsschiebetür. Casters 1 roll with their treads 2 over a Rail running surface 3. The rail running surface 3 has one curved, in particular concave or convex, shape around one to ensure optimal guidance of the rollers 1 and is Part of a guide rail 11. Door leaf 56 with Suspensions 57 are on axles 58 and attached thereto Rolling bearings 59 connected to the rollers 1. By a Screw 12 on the guide rail 11 can the elasticity the filling 5 depending on the door weight and speed can be set.

In Figure 2a, 1 denotes a roller, which preferably entirely made of ceramic material or also There is metal and its tread 2 over a Rail running surface 3 rolls. A tubular jacket 4 made of sheet steel, the rail running surface 3 convex is dimensioned so that the spring action only in elastic area of the sheet is claimed. To one To achieve optimal spring action is the radius of the Tread 2 of the roller 1 slightly larger than the radius the rail running surface 3. Inside the hose-like Jacket 4 is an elastic filling 5, e.g. Rubber, attached, which by moving the roller 1 generated running noise dampens and a sound propagation in the guide rail 11 prevented. Through a support profile 6, which consists of a lower part 7 and an upper part 8, and a screw connection 9 becomes the tubular jacket 4 fixed. A recess 10 between the lower part 7 and Upper part 8 in the support profile 6 offers space for the tubular jacket 4, the clamping effect by several, over the entire length of the guide rail 11 distributed screw connections 9 is achieved. Another Possibility is the tubular jacket 4 directly to the Welding or gluing support profile 6.

Fig.2b shows an embodiment for increased demands Fig.2a. Inside the tubular jacket 4 instead of the elastic filling 5 over the entire length the guide rail 16 an elastic cushion 17, e.g. out Rubber, inlaid. Through a support profile 18, which consists of a Lower part 19, an upper part 20 and a movable Stamp 21 exists, and a thread 22 is the tubular jacket 4 as fixed in Fig.2a. Here there is also the possibility of the tubular jacket 4 to weld the support profile 18. By moving Stamp 21 and the thread 22 can the pressure on the elastic cushions 17 are changed, which is a reduction or an increase in suspension travel. Through the Distribution of the threads 22 over the length of the guide rail 16 can depending on the door speed and weight different spring travel can be set.

By attaching hard, unsprung zones 26 at the standstill positions of the Smaller starting torques 1 are achieved and it there is less tilting of the door leaf 56. This hard, unsprung standstill zones 26 can by Attach different fillings 5 according to Figure 2a or Change the filling pressure with the stamp 21 according to Fig.2b can be achieved.

A roller 30 with a concave tread 31 lies in this Case on a steel band spring 32 with a roof-shaped bent Rail running surface 33, which with a sheet metal profile Spring action exists. The external form of the Rail running surface 33 can be arched as desired, in particular be convex. It can be due in particular have a spring effect in their shape (see first Embodiment). The steel band spring 32 is with a Long side in a damping and resilient rubber mass 34 embedded. The end embedded in the rubber mass 34 35 of the steel band spring 32 can have any shape, which is a good connection between rubber compound 34 and Steel band spring 32 guaranteed. A support profile 36 from Sheet steel serves to accommodate the rubber compound 34 and as load-bearing element of the guide rail 37.

Fig.4 shows an embodiment in which a Guide rail 41 has a cavity with a slit-shaped Opening 42 forms down. The guide rail 41 is made from two bowl-shaped support profiles 43. Ein Lining profile 44 inside the guide rail 41 forms a rail running surface 45 in the region of the opening 42. The support profiles 43 and the lining profile 44 are on their ends forming the opening 42 are bent so that a trough-shaped rail running surface 45 is formed. Lining profile 44 and filling 46 are before assembly of the two support profiles 43 attached to them. Between Support profiles 43 and the lining profile 44 is located a damping, elastic filling 46, which also according to Fig.4 can restrict to the lower part of the cavity. This filling 46 is designed so that it is in the range of Opening 42 sealing lips 47 abutting the door leaf 56 forms to the rail tread 45 from contamination protect.
