Description

The invention relates to a roller guide of an elevator sliding door with a guide rail and rollers rolling thereon, which has damping and resilient elements for the purpose of smoothness and noise reduction.

Die Randscheiben der Laufrolle ermöglichen ein Auffahren auf das Rampenstück und ein Entlasten der Lauffläche.EP-PS 478 938 discloses a roller guide for an elevator sliding door, in which the rollers have non-metallic, hard-elastic tread inserts in order to ensure smooth running and to reduce running noise. A roller lifting device relieves the running surfaces of the running rollers in the standstill positions in order to prevent flattening of the elastic running surface inserts and to avoid the resulting rumbling noises during door movements. This lifting device is designed as a ramp piece which has a ramp and a horizontal part and is attached to the side of the guide rail. The edge disks of the roller enable the ramp section to be opened and the tread to be relieved.

In the case of the roller guide described above, the treads are relieved by means of a complex construction in order to prevent flattening. In the event of a worn tread insert, the entire roller must be replaced. The use of hard materials for the guide rail also allows further sound propagation in the same. In addition, foreign bodies can be rolled into the soft tread insert of the rollers, which affects smoothness and increases noise.

The invention has for its object to propose a roller guide for an elevator sliding door of the type mentioned, which does not have its disadvantages and which ensures a high level of smoothness in a simple manner.

This object is achieved by the invention characterized in claim 1.

The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that the noise generated by the door is effectively and maintenance-free reduced even in continuous operation. The resilient part of the roller guide is only stressed in the elastic range of the material even under permanent load. The manufacture of the rollers is greatly simplified and cheaper. The guide rails are inexpensive to manufacture as strip material. Sound propagation is suppressed by the use of elastic inserts in the guide rail.

The measures listed in the subclaims allow advantageous developments and improvements of the roller guide specified in claim 1. Since the running surfaces of the guide rail and the rollers are made of hard materials, it is no longer possible to roll in foreign objects, which increases the smoothness and thus further reduces noise. The large surface of the elastic part of the roller guide counteracts wear, which guarantees a long service life for the guide rail.

The drawing shows three exemplary embodiments of the invention, which are explained in more detail below. Show it:
Fig. 1
1 shows a schematic view of an elevator sliding door,
Fig.2a to Fig.2c
a first embodiment with a roller on a resilient and damping roller guide,

Fig.1 zeigt eine Ansicht einer Aufzugsschiebetür. Rollers 1 roll with their running surfaces 2 over a rail running surface 3. The rail running surface 3 has a curved, in particular concave or convex shape to ensure optimal guidance of the rollers 1 and is part of a guide rail 11. Door wings 56 with suspensions 57 are connected to the rollers 1 via axes 58 and roller bearings 59 attached to them. With a screw 12 on the guide rail 11, the elasticity of the filling 5 can be adjusted depending on the door weight and speed.

In Figure 2a, 1 denotes a roller, which preferably consists entirely of ceramic material or metal, and whose tread 2 rolls over a rail tread 3. A tubular jacket 4 made of sheet steel, the rail running surface 3 of which is convex, is dimensioned such that the spring action is only stressed in the elastic area of the sheet. In order to achieve an optimal spring action, the radius of the running surface 2 of the roller 1 is somewhat larger than the radius of the rail running surface 3. Inside the tubular jacket 4, an elastic filling 5, for example rubber, is attached, which produces the running noise generated by the movement of the roller 1 dampens and prevents sound propagation in the guide rail 11. The tubular jacket 4 is fixed by a support profile 6, which consists of a lower part 7 and an upper part 8, and a screw connection 9. A cutout 10 between the lower part 7 and the upper part 8 in the support profile 6 offers space for the tubular jacket 4, the clamping effect being achieved by a plurality of screw connections 9 distributed over the entire length of the guide rail 11. Another possibility is to weld or glue the tubular jacket 4 directly to the support profile 6.

Fig.2b shows an embodiment for increased claims according to Fig.2a. Instead of the elastic filling 5, an elastic cushion 17, for example made of rubber, is inserted within the tubular jacket 4 over the entire length of the guide rail 16. The tubular jacket 4 is fixed by a support profile 18, which consists of a lower part 19, an upper part 20 and a movable punch 21, and a thread 22, as in FIG. 2a. Here, too, there is the possibility of welding the tubular jacket 4 to the support profile 18. The pressure on the elastic cushion 17 can be changed by the movable plunger 21 and the thread 22, which corresponds to a reduction or an increase in the spring travel. By distributing the threads 22 over the length of the guide rail 16 different spring deflections can be set depending on the door speed and weight.

By attaching hard, unsprung zones 26 at the standstill positions of the rollers 1, smaller starting torques are achieved and there is less tilting of the door leaves 56. These hard, unsprung standstill zones 26 can be achieved by attaching different fillings 5 according to FIG. 2a or changing the Filling pressure can be achieved with the stamp 21 according to Fig.2b.

A roller 30 with a concave tread 31 lies in this case on a steel band spring 32 with a roof-shaped bent rail tread 33, which consists of a sheet metal profile with spring action. The outer shape of the rail running surface 33 can be curved as desired, in particular it can be convex. In particular, due to its shape, it can have a spring effect (cf. first exemplary embodiment). The steel band spring 32 is embedded with a long side in a damping and resilient rubber mass 34. The end 35 of the steel band spring 32 embedded in the rubber mass 34 can have any shape which ensures a good connection between the rubber mass 34 and the steel band spring 32. A support profile 36 made of sheet steel serves to accommodate the rubber mass 34 and as a supporting element of the guide rail 37.

The guide rail 41 consists of two shell-shaped support profiles 43 Lining profile 44 in the interior of the guide rail 41 forms a rail running surface 45 in the region of the opening 42. The support profiles 43 and the lining profile 44 are bent at their ends forming the opening 42 in such a way that a channel-shaped rail running surface 45 is created. Lining profile 44 and filling 46 are attached to them before assembly of the two support profiles 43. Between the support profiles 43 and the lining profile 44 there is a damping, elastic filling 46, which according to FIG. 4 can also be limited to the lower part of the cavity. This filling 46 is designed in such a way that it forms sealing lips 47 which bear against the door leaf 56 in the region of the opening 42 in order to protect the rail running surface 45 from contamination. The lining profile 44 is attached to the support profiles 43 by means of fastening elements 48, for example screws, but it can also be glued to the support profiles 43. A roller 50 consisting of two half-shells 49 with a centrally raised tread 51 rolls over the rail running surface 45. The two half-shells 49 are mounted on an axle 58 provided with a roller bearing 59. A further damping insert 52 is located between the roller bearing 59 and the door leaf 56 in order to prevent sound propagation in the door leaf 56.
