Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif comportant au moins deux blocs d'installation (1,2), dont l'un doit être disposé dans une pièce (A) d'un bâtiment sur un plancher (5) du bâtiment, par l'intermédiaire d'un passage de plancher (7) et dont l'autre doit être disposé dans une pièce (B), disposée au-dessous de la précédente, du bâtiment ou au-dessous dudit passage (7) indiqué à distance de ce dernier, les deux blocs (1,2) comportant, et ce avec la même disposition, des moyens de guidage pour des sections verticales de conduites (3a,3b), qui sont préassemblées aux blocs (1,2), d'une installation sanitaire domestique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une plaque de montage (9) devant être installée de façon fixe et des moyens (20,21) pour fixer à demeure la plaque de montage (9) sur le côté inférieur du passage (7) et que dans la plaque de montage (9) sont aménagés des trous (11,17), dont la configuration correspond à celle du guidage des conduites des blocs d'installation (1,2), que les sections de conduites (3a,3b) fixées aux blocs (1,2) font saillie respectivement vers le bas au-delà de la face inférieure du bloc (1,2) de telle sorte que, dans le cas où un bloc (1,2) est installé, les sections de conduites (3a,3b) traversent le passage (7) et que la plaque de montage (9) comporte, au niveau de sa face supérieure, un mat (16), qui possède également la configuration de trous, les trous du mat (16) et la périphérie du mat (16) étant agencés de telle sorte que, lors de la mise en place de la plaque de montage (9) sur les extrémités saillantes des sections de conduite (3a,3b), le mat (16) ferme de façon étanche le passage (7) au niveau de son bord inférieur et de la périphérie des sections de conduites (3a,3b).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de compensation (14) déplaçable latéralement est disposé d'une manière adaptée à différents passages (7) formés dans la plaque de montage (9).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de compensation (14) est une bande de tôle, qui est disposée de manière à être déplaçable sur un côté longitudinal de la plaque de montage (9).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (20,21) de fixation de la plaque de montage (9) comportent des bandes (20) ou des fils, qui sont fixés respectivement au niveau de leur extrémité supérieure sur le bloc supérieur (1) et au niveau de leur extrémité inférieure sur la plaque de montage (9).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les bandes sont des feuillards d'acier (20) pourvus de fentes et qui sont fixés au moyen de pinces (21) au bloc supérieur (1) et à la plaque de montage (9).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un manchon coupe-feu (19) est fixé à la face inférieure de la plaque de montage (9) pour réaliser une protection, vis-à-vis de l'incendie, de passages combustibles de conduites.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de montage (9) est constituée essentiellement par une plaque de tôle (10) repliée au niveau de bords et dans laquelle est inséré à partir du haut, en tant qu'élément d'étanchéité, un mat (16), qui fait saillie au-delà des bords (12) dirigés vers le haut et que la plaque de tôle (10) ainsi que le mat (16) comportent des trous disposés avec la même configuration.
