Claims (2)

  1. Dispositif pour l'actionnement commandé ("contrôlé") du pince-fil (8) d'une griffe ou lance (7) dans des métiers à tisser, dispositif dans le cas duquel, la foule étant ouverte et en milieu de foule, une première griffe transmet un fil de trame à une seconde griffe puis le fil de trame est rabattu sur le bord ou la lisière (11) du tissu par un peigne (3) relié à un battant (1) pouvant osciller autour de l'axe géométrique médian (5) d'un arbre (4) de battant, dispositif consistant en un levier (10) de commande pouvant actionner le pince-fil (8) et en une bielle (13) reliée au battant (1) et à mouvement commandé, dont une extrémité est reliée au levier de commande (10) et dont l'autre extrémité attaque un levier (16) portant un galet tâteur ou palpeur (17), le galet tâteur (17) étant en liaison active avec un excentrique de commande (18) entraîné en synchronisme avec l'arbre de battant, dispositif caractérisé en ce que, dans un premier point d'articulation (14) commun, situé au-dessous de l'axe géométrique médian (5) ou (28a) de l'arbre d'excentrique (28) et de l'arbre de battant (4), du levier (16) porteur de galet, le galet tâteur (17) attaque l'autre extrémité libre de la bielle (13) et, si cela est nécessaire, au moins un ressort (20) agissant en direction de l'excentrique de commande (18), de façon à surmonter une composante verticale de force dominant le pince-fil (8) et en ce que, en un second point d'articulation (25), situé à l'extérieur de l'arbre (4) du battant (1), un levier oscillant (24) attaque en étant relié avec un point d'articulation (23) situé sur la bielle (13) au-dessous du levier (10) de commande.
  2. Dispositif pour l'actionnement commandé ("contrôlé") du pince-fil (8) d'une griffe ou lance (7) dans des métiers à tisser, dispositif dans le cas duquel, la foule étant ouverte et en milieu de foule, une première griffe transmet un fil de trame à une seconde griffe,puis le fil de trame est rabattu sur le bord ou la lisière (11) du tissu par un peigne (3) relié à un battant (1) pouvant osciller autour de l'axe géométrique médian (5) d'un arbre (4) de battant, dispositif consistant en un levier (10) de commande pouvant actionner le pince-fil (8) et en une bielle (13) à mouvement commandé, reliée au battant et dont une extrémité est reliée au levier de commande (10) et dont l'autre extrémité attaque un levier (16) portant un galet tâteur ou palpeur (17), le galet tâteur (17) étant en liaison active avec un excentrique de commande (18) entraîné en synchronisme avec l'arbre de battant, dispositif caractérisé en ce que le levier (16) porte-galet est réalisé sous forme d'un levier coudé oscillant autour d'un axe (15) fixe de la machine, ce levier portant un galet tâteur (17) fermé ou (29) monté rotatif sur un bras de levier (16a) et sur l'autre bras de levier (16b), en ce que chaque galet tâteur (17, 29) est en contact avec la came de commande (30a, 31a), à chaque fois associée, d'un excentrique de commande (30, 31), faisant partie d'une paire d'excentriques de commande et entraîné en continu et de manière synchrone pour entraîner l'arbre (4) de battant, en ce que l'autre extrémité libre de la bielle (13) attaque le premier bras de levier (16a) dans la zone de montage du galet tâteur (17) et en ce que, en un second point d'articulation (25) situé au-dessous de l'arbre (4) de battant sur le battant (1), un levier oscillant (24) attaque et ce levier est relié à un point d'articulation (23) situé sur la bielle (13) au-dessous du levier de commande.
