Claims (13)
- Futterkasten (1) für Wohndachfenster, mit einem den Fensterflügel (4) tragenden Blendrahmen (3) und einem diesen aufnehmenden, in das Dach einsetzbaren Blendrahmenträger, der eine aus wärmedämmendem Material bestehende rahmenartige Einbauzarge (2) ist, welche eine -senkrecht zu einer Ebene einer Dachöffnung gemessen- größere Tiefe als der Blendrahmen (3) aufweist, wobei die Einbauzarge (2) in die für den Einbau bestimmte Dachöffnung einsetzbar ist und den Blendrahmen (3), dessen der Einbauzarge (2) zugewandten Außenflächen völlig abdeckend, formschlüssig aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß -im in das Dach eingesetzten Zustand- die Einbauzarge (2) eine Dachdämmung zumindest bereichsweise überlappt, und daß die Einbauzarge (2) in Sandwich-Bauweise aufgebaut ist, wobei ein Tragteil (7) der Einbauzarge (2) aus -gegenüber einem Dämmteil (8) der Einbauzarge (2)- Material höherer Festigkeit besteht und der Dämmteil (8) mit -gegenüber dem Tragteil (7)- höherer Wärmedämmung an dem Teil der Einbauzarge (2) angeordnet ist, der nach dem Einbau oberhalb der Dachdämmung liegt.
- Futterkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einbauzarge (2) an mindestens zwei sich gegenüberliegenden, nach dem Einbau dem Blendrahmen (3) zugewandten Innenseiten Absätze (6) aufweist, auf die der Blendrahmen (3) -von einer Außenseite des Dachs her- auflegbar ist, und daß der Blendrahmen (3) nach dem Einbau mit seiner der Außenseite des Dachs zugewandten Oberseite mit der Oberseite der Einbauzarge (2) bündig abschließt.
- Futterkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einbauzarge (2) aus vier für den Zusammenbau vor Ort vorbereiteten Teilen besteht.
- Futterkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einbauzarge (2) und der Blendrahmen (3) miteinander verschraubbar sind.
- Futterkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragteil (7) aus Polyurethanrecyclingmaterial und der Dämmteil (8) aus Polyurethanschaum besteht.
- Futterkasten nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einbauzarge (2) vorgebohrte Löcher zur Befestigung am Dach und zur Befestigung des Blendrahmens (3) aufweist.
- Futterkasten nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Einbau des Futterkastens (1) an einem Dach mit Aufdachdämmung (9) ein Hilfsrahmen (10) vorgesehen ist, der die Dicke der Aufdachdämmung (9) aufweist, und daß die Einbauzarge (2) in den Hilfsrahmen (10) einsetzbar und mit diesem verbindbar ist, wobei der Hilfsrahmen (10) auf der Schalung (11) des Dachs auflegbar ist.
- Futterkasten nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anschlußrahmen (12) aus einer winddichten, wasserdichten, aber dampfdiffusionsoffenen Folie vorgesehen ist, wodurch die an der Dachaußenseite vorliegende Oberkante des Futterkastens (1) mit der Unterspannbahn (28) des Dachs fugendicht verbindbar ist.
- Futterkasten nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Dampfsperre (13) aus dampfdichten Folien (26,26', 26",26"') vorgesehen ist, wobei die an der Innenseite der Einbauzarge (2) anliegende dampfdichte Folie (26") mit der dampfdichten Folie (26') an der Innenseite der Dachdämmung fugendicht verbunden ist.
- Futterkasten nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dampfsperre (13) bis in die Fuge zwischen Einbauzarge (2) und Blendrahmen (3) verläuft.
- Futterkasten nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende der dampfdichten Folie (26") bereits vor dem Einsetzen des Blendrahmens (3) an dessen Außenseite befestigt ist und mit dem Einsetzen des Blendrahmens (3) zwischen diesem und der Einbauzarge (2) eingepreßt ist.
- Futterkasten nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teilstück (26"') der dampfdichten Folie in einer Nut (14) an der Innenseite der Einbauzarge (2) befestigt ist.
- Futterkasten nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Eindeckrahmen (15) vorgesehen ist, der -nach dem Einsetzen- von der Oberseite des Futterkastens (1) bis unter die Dachabdeckung reicht.
