Description

The invention relates to a feed box for roof windows, with a window sash Frame and a receiving this, in the Roof frame supports that can be used on the roof, according to the generic term of claim 1.

This applies to feed boxes for roof windows Problem in that they have to be trained that with a simple installation in the roof high tightness is achieved.

This has one Frame that carries a window sash. Of the The feed box also has a frame support which houses the frame. The frame support of the well-known feed box is one frame-like made of heat-insulating material Built-in frame, which is perpendicular to one level a roof opening measured - greater depth than that Has frame. The installation frame of the feed box is in the roof opening intended for installation applicable. It takes the frame positively and covers those facing the built-in frame Outer surfaces of the frame completely. The disadvantage of this known feed box is that the built-in frame is not suitable for all window sizes can be used because the load-bearing capacity of the thermal insulation Material is insufficient in some cases.

From DE 12 72 513 C it is known a covering frame to put on the roof as a frame support, to attach and then one with a hook-shaped profiling in the form of a sheet metal cladding frame on the top to hang in the cover frame. With this configuration but is in the area of the feed box no thermal insulation available. Between the feed box and roof air gaps are inevitable, which if necessary through subsequent sealing measures must be closed. Before insertion of the frame must the roof frame with the roof be connected so that a secure location of the Frame is guaranteed. Furthermore, must the cover frame on a very flat roof surface be attached so that also for the frame there is a flat contact surface and such an appearance relatively large air gaps is prevented.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a feed box of the generic type, which, if good Thermal insulation also a sufficiently high strength having.

This task is solved with a feed box, which shows the features of claim 1. The invention Feed box for roof windows shows a window frame supporting the window sash and one into the roof to hold the frame insertable frame support on one out existing insulating frame-like material Built-in frame is. This has a vertical to one level of a roof opening measured - larger Depth than the frame. The built-in frame is in the roof opening intended for installation can be used and takes the frame in a form-fitting manner. Here it covers the outer surfaces of the Frame completely. According to the invention, that -in the state inserted in the roof Installation frame a roof insulation in some areas overlaps and that the built-in frame in sandwich construction is constructed, with a supporting part of the built-in frame - compared to an insulating part of the built-in frame - Material of higher strength exists and the Insulating part with - compared to the supporting part - higher thermal insulation arranged on the part of the built-in frame is that after installation above the roof insulation lies. In particular through the sandwich construction of the Built-in frame according to the invention has this at good Thermal insulation a sufficiently high strength so that the frame can be carried safely is made possible. The advantage of the solution is there also in that after installing the feed box high tightness without additional sealing measures and there is good thermal insulation. Furthermore the built-in frame has a low weight and leaves therefore easy to insert and fasten. Of the Frame receives regardless of the flatness of the Roof a good, safe location. It can be done with the built-in frame can combine a large number of frames, these do not require any special preparation or additional means for installation. Already inserting the frame in a secure position, which is already tight and has hardly any air gaps. With additional Any existing ones will be screwed down Air gaps closed.

A further training provides that a positive The frame is supported by the built-in frame can be achieved in that the built-in frame at least two opposite, after the Installation of inserts facing the frame on which the frame -from one Outside of the roof can be put up, and that the frame after installation with its the Outside of the roof facing the top with the The top of the built-in frame is flush. At In this embodiment, the frame only needs with its bottom placed on the heels to be and is therefore securely in the built-in frame.

A practical design of the built-in frame stipulates that this be made up of four for assembly parts prepared on site. To this The four parts can be used with appropriate corner connections be provided, for example with a groove and spring connections. Dowels for fixing the position can be provided as well as holes for a screw connection on site.

In a preferred embodiment, the Supporting part of the built-in frame made of polyurethane recycling material and the insulating part of the built-in frame made of polyurethane foam manufactured.

To simplify and accelerate installation can the built-in frame with pre-drilled holes Attachment to the roof and for attaching the window frame be provided.

To the feed box on a roof with a relative Install high or thick roof insulation to be able to provide a subframe be. This shows the height or thickness the roof insulation. It also provides that the built-in frame can be used in the subframe and can be connected to it, the subframe can be placed on the formwork of the roof.

An absolutely wind and waterproof feed box To achieve, a lead frame from one windproof, waterproof, but open to vapor diffusion Foil provided, whereby the at the Upper edge of the feed box on the outside of the roof joint-tight with the roofing membrane is connectable. It is useful to have this lead frame to glue with the underlayment, to press or both.

Moisturization of the roof insulation in the feed box area is avoided by a vapor barrier is provided from vapor-tight films, wherein the one lying on the inside of the built-in frame vapor-tight film with the vapor-tight film connected joint-tight on the inside of the roof insulation is. The vapor barrier can go right into the joint run between built-in frame and frame. For Better assembly can be the end of the vapor-tight film even before inserting the frame the outside of it must be attached so that the vapor-tight Foil with the insertion of the frame pressed between this and the built-in frame becomes. It is also possible to have a section of one vapor-tight film in a groove on the inside to fix the built-in frame. This section is sealed with the film on the inside of the Roof insulation connected. From this section can the vapor barrier up to the joint between Installation frame and frame are continued.

To complete the feed box is a Cover frame is provided, which - after the insertion of the top of the feed box to below the Roof cover is enough.

To safely achieve a wind and waterproof feed box 1 is a windproof and waterproof but vapor permeable film provided, formed as a lead frame 12 on the upper edge of the feed box 1 starting up to the roofing membrane 28 of the roof runs and with the latter joint-tight connected is. The counter battens 22 on this film attached, taking care that the first Lath the counter battens a distance from the feed box 1 so that any water that may enter can drain off can. The battens 21 are on the counter battens. In the area of the feed box 21 is on the battens Cover frame 15 arranged from the top of the Feed box 1 to under the roof cover, not shown enough. The top of the feed box 1 can be additionally covered by a cover profile 20.

To dampen the roof insulation, which the Preventing effect is a vapor tight one Foil 26 provided on the inside thereof. Such a vapor-tight film 26 is usually used in webs laid under the roof insulation. So that isolation on the feed box is not interrupted, it must be vapor-tight Slide 26 continued in the area of the feed box 1 become. For this purpose, a film 26 '' from Frame extending up to the vapor-tight film 26 ' the roof insulation is enough. It is also possible to get one Insert section 26 '' 'into a groove 14 in the installation frame 2 and to connect this with the film 26 'of the roof. In Fig. 2 three sections are provided on the frame of the section 26 '', then starting from the groove the section 26 '' 'and under the roof the film 26'. In In this case, all foils must be seamless with each other be connected, what by pressing and / or gluing 27 is guaranteed. In this way the entire inside of the roof insulation and insulation the feed box 1 through a continuous vapor barrier 13 sealed. Additional insulation 23, for example below the frame 2, can be inserted.

Fig. 3 zeigt ein Dach mit Zwischensparrendämmung. Fig. 3 shows a Roof with intermediate rafter insulation. A is shown Section through the upper cross section of the feed box 1. In In this area, the built-in frame 2 does not encounter as with Rafters 16 directly on the cross change 29, but points a distance on. This is possible because the Installation frame 3 with its side parts on the rafters 16 is attached. To compensate for the distance, a additional insulation 25 inserted. This insulation 25 concealing connection chuck 19 can be designed in this way be that it runs horizontally and on top of it Way there is no disturbing edge.

The lead frame 12, the sarking membrane 28 and the Vapor barrier 13 are in accordance with that described for FIG. 2 educated.
