- es läßt sich vibrations- und sehr geräuscharm aufwickeln.
Claims (5)
- Trag- oder Stützwalze für eine Wickelmaschine zum Aufwickeln von Papier-oder Kartonbahnen mit einem hohlzylinderförmigen Tragmantel (1) aus einem festen Material, insbesondere aus Stahl, auf dessen äußere Mantelfläche eine Beschichtung (3) mit folgenden Merkmale aufgebracht ist:Die Dicke der Beschichtung (3) beträgt 5 mm bis 12 mm, vorzugsweise 6 mm bis 8 mm,sie besteht aus einem verschleißarmen Elastomer, insbesondere aus Nitril-oder Polyurethan-Kautschuk, undihre nach Shore A gemessene Härte beträgt 65 bis 80, bevorzugt 70 bis 74.
- Trag- oder Stützwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Reibbeiwert µ der Beschichtung zu Papier 0,35 bis 0,7, vorzugsweise 0,45 bis 0,6, beträgt.
- Trag- oder Stützwalze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der arithmetische Mittenrauwert Ra (ermittelt nach DIN 4768) der äußeren Oberfläche der Beschichtung (3) 0,5 µm bis 1,5 µm beträgt.
- Trag- oder Stützwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der äußeren Beschichtung (3) und dem Tragmantel (1) eine Tragschicht (4) angeordnet ist, deren Dicke 8 mm bis 15 mm, vorzugsweise 12 mm bis 14 mm, beträgt und die eine nach Shore A gemessene Härte von mehr als 95 aufweist.
- Verwendung einer Trag- oder Stützwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4 in Wickelmaschinen zum Aufwickeln von Papier- oder Kartonbahnen.
