Definitions
- the Contact carrier of this contact system has the first wide Side a recess, which in turn with the switch contact facing opening is provided on the second narrow side.
- the body of the fixed contact is inserted in such a way that the contact surface of the fixed contact on the second narrow side is located.
- the contact carrier starting from a sheet metal strip in the form of a Stamped grid made. In the part assigned to the contact carrier the sheet metal strip becomes an approximately I-shaped recess stamped into which silver is inserted as contact material. Then the contact material is punched out so that the Contact surfaces of two fixed contacts for the contact system arise.
- the wire has a contact pad on the front surface. If necessary, the contact pad can still be used with a further, also prefabricated contact coating be provided. This formed by the sections Contact pieces are thus in the recess on the contact carrier the side of the Contact carrier introduced that the contact pad on the Switch contact facing side of the contact carrier is exposed. The contact surface is then not further processed more.
- the socket-provided housing On the inner lever facing side of the actuator are two the Inner lever around U-shaped guide bars arranged, each in turn in one on the side wall engage the housing guide located.
- the edge the base can have an all-round approach, the in a correspondingly shaped, all-round recess engages in part of the housing.
- the advantages achieved with the invention exist especially in the fact that the manufacture of the fixed contacts is simpler and has fewer rejects.
- the Fixed contacts are separate and independent as bimetallic contacts prefabricated from the manufacture of the switch, being for this in particular a profile wire used as a semi-finished part can be. This eliminates the otherwise usual subsequent coating of the fixed contacts. A Post-processing of the contact surfaces is no longer necessary which on the one hand leads to cost savings and on the other hand to Quality improvement leads.
- the web 12 has a further, second receptacle 16 on the a two-armed inner lever 13 is rotatably mounted.
- On Lever arm of the inner lever 13 is at the top in the interior of the housing 2 reaching actuator 14 in operative connection.
- the actuator 14 is on the Top of the housing 2 with a bellows 36 for sealing Mistake.
- At the other lever arm of the inner lever 13 is one end a tension spring 21 attached.
- the other end of the tension spring 21 is hooked into the contact tongue 11.
- the second shot 16 for the inner lever 13 is closer to the actuator 14 as the first receptacle 15 for the contact tongue 11, so that the contact tongue 11 substantially below the Inner lever 13 runs. This makes it possible Make contact system 3 particularly compact.
- the actuating member 14 has the inner lever 13 on it facing side two molded guide webs 41, 41 ', the grasp the inner lever 13 approximately in a U-shape, as in FIG. 8 can be removed.
- Each guide web 41, 41 ' engages again in a trained as a deepening Housing guide 42, 42 'on the side wall of the housing 2.
- the Guide web 41, 41 'in the housing guide 42, 42' so that the actuator 14 guided straight without tilting becomes.
- it can be used to manage the Actuator 14 are also sufficient, only one Guide bar 41 and a housing guide 42 to be arranged.
- the actuator 14 thus acts on the contact system 3 a that the switching contact 4 switching with a Contact surface 10 of the fixed contact 5, 6 cooperates.
- the actuator 14 is in the unpressed, in Fig. 1 position shown, the switch contact 4 is present the contact surface 10 of the fixed contact 6, whereby the Connections 18 and 19 are electrically connected.
- the actuator 14 is pressed in the direction of arrow 22, so the inner lever 13 is counterclockwise around the The pivot point in the second receptacle 16 moves and acts on the tension spring 21. This causes the contact tongue 11 to snap at a certain position of the actuator 14 um, so that the switching contact 4 on the contact surface 10 of the Fixed contact 5 is applied, with which the connections 17 and 19 are electrically connected.
- the Contact carrier 8, 9 in the manner of a conductor track with a first wide side 23 and one approximately perpendicular to it standing second narrow side 24 is formed. It is the second narrow side 24 of the contact carrier 8, 9 the Switch contact 4 facing. On the first broad side is 23 a recess 25 with a switch contact 4 facing opening 26 located on the second narrow side 24 arranged.
- the body 7 of the fixed contact 5, 6 is largely corresponding in cross section to the recess 25 is formed and is in this way in the recess 25 used that the interacting with the switching contact 4 Contact surface 10 of the fixed contact 5, 6 on the second Narrow side 24 of the contact carrier 8, 9 is located.
- the cross-sectional shape of the recess 25 at the first wide Page 23 of the contact carrier 8, 9 can be different.
- the recess 25 can be trapezoidal, triangular, etc.
- Particularly preferred Formations for the contact carrier are in FIGS. 3 and 4 shown on the example of the contact carrier 8, wherein it differs from himself understands that the contact carrier 9 is analogous to this can be trained.
- the side facing the switching contact 4 open recess 25 of the contact carrier 8 according to FIG. 3 two approximately perpendicular to the contact tongue 11
- Side legs 27, 27 'and one on the switching contact 4th arranged opposite side, approximately parallel to Contact tongue 11 extending in the switch position Base leg 28 on.
- the side legs 27, 27 'and the Base legs 28 are the boundary of the recess 25 arranged approximately "U-shaped" and preferably somewhat introduced in the first page 23.
- the side leg 27 with the base leg 28 approximately "L-shaped" is connected. This can advantageously Material on the contact carrier 8 can be saved.
- the body 7 on the side leg 27 and / or on Base leg 28 should, however the body 7 on the side leg 27 and / or on Base leg 28 to be welded.
- the recess 25 even be open to the extent that it is only on one side, for example through the side leg 27, is limited. To that extent there is no such training then the base leg 28 completely.
- the switch according to the invention is particularly suitable for automated manufacturing. It offers itself to that Contact carrier 8, 9 and the web 12 in the form of conductor tracks to form as a coherent lead frame 32, as in Fig. 5 is shown.
- the lead frame 32 is included of the recesses 25 in the contact carriers 8, 9 from one Band 33, for example a copper band, in optionally punched out several steps.
- the Recesses 25 on the contact carrier 8, 9 on the wide first Page 23, which has an opening 26 on the narrow second Page 24 are provided, in the same or another Punching process. If necessary, in one of the Work steps the recesses for the side legs 27, 27 'or the base leg 28 in the band 33 to match Place are imprinted.
- the manufacture of the lead frames 32 takes place in such a way that these are successively in band 33 stay arranged.
- the tape 33 is during the punching process still with reference holes 34 for further processing and provide the transport.
- a device not shown, known per se fed.
- contact pieces from the Wire 35 cut to the desired length and then arranged on the contact carrier 8, 9 in the lead frame 32 by in the recess 25 the contact piece from the first side 23 and thus roughly with its front surface vertical to the first Page 23 is introduced such that the contact surface 10 of the Contact piece on the second side 24 of the contact carrier 8, 9 exposed in the opening 26.
- the Contact surface 10 may also be arranged somewhat protruding.
