Claims (10)
- Schalter, insbesondere in die Armaturentafel eines Kraftfahrzeugs einbaubarer Schalter, miteinem in einem Gehäuse (20) beweglichen Schaltbauteil (40), das Schaltkontakte (42) aufweist und ein Betätigungselement (60) zur Betätigung des Schalters trägt,einer an dem Schaltbauteil (40) angeordneten Leiterplatte (86), welche eine mit den Schaltkontakten verbundene gedruckte Schaltung sowie zugehörige Bauelemente trägt,und mit einer auf dem Schaltbauteil (40) angeordneten, mit der Leiterplatte (86) verbundenen Lichtquelle (94) zum Hinterleuchten des Betätigungselements (60),ein Halteteil (80) vorgesehen ist, welches die Leiterplatte (86) mit der gedruckten Schaltung und den Bauelementen aufnimmt, an seiner dem Betätigungselement (60) zugewandten Oberseite die Lichtquelle (94) trägt und als vormontierte Einheit zusammen mit der Leiterplatte und der mit dieser verbundenen Lichtquelle in das Schaltbauteil (40) eingesetzt ist.
- Schalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichneit, daß das Halteteil (80) als ein Rahmen mit einem Boden (88), einem Deckel (93) und zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seitenteilen (82) ausgebildet ist und daß die sich gegenüberliegenden Innenflächen der Seitenteile Führungen (84) aufweisen, in die die Leiterplatte (86) einschiebbar ist.
- Schalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (88) mit Ausnehmungen (90) ausgebildet ist, durch die hindurch mit der gedruckten Schaltung der Leiterplatte (86) verbundene Kontaktfahnen (46) der Schaltkontakte (42) ragen.
- Schalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktfahnen (46) durch elastisch vorgespannte Anlage an die entsprechenden Kontaktflächen der Leiterplatte (86) mit der gedruckten Schaltung verbunden sind.
- Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (80) seitliche Vorsprünge (92) aufweist, die mit dem Schaltbauteil verklipst sind.
- Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtquelle als Leuchtdiode (94) ausgebildet ist, deren Anschlußdrähte (95) über Verbindungsdrähte (96) mit der gedruckten Schaltung der Leiterplatte (86) verbunden sind.
- Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (80) aus hellem Kunststoff besteht.
- Schalter nach Anspruch 2 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Leuchtdioden (94) auf der Oberseite des Deckels (93) angeordnet sind.
- Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei welchem das Schaltbauteil (40) längsbeweglich in dem Gehäuse (20) geführt ist, wobei ein gehäusefester Zapfen (36) von unten durch das Schaltbauteil (40) vorsteht und an seinem freien Ende einen axial gegenüber dem Zapfen festen aber um die Achse des Zapfens drehbaren Bolzen (38) trägt, welcher zusammen mit zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Nockenflächen (39a, 39b) eine Rasteinrichtung zur Festlegung des Schaltbauteils (40) in zwei unterschiedlichen Stellung bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Nockenflächen (39b) an der Unterseite des Halteteils (80) ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Schalters nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie mit den Bauelementen bestückte und mit der gedruckten Schaltung ausgebildete Leiterplatte (86) in das Halteteil (80) eingesetzt wird,daß die Lichtquelle (94) am Halteteil (80) angebracht und an die Leiterplatte (86) angeschlossen wird,daß das mit der Leiterplatte (86) und Lichtquelle (94) versehene Halteteil (80) an dem Schaltbauteil (40) angebracht wird unddaß die vom Schaltbauteil (40) vorstehenden Kontaktfahnen (46) der Schaltkontakte (42) mit der Leiterplatte (86) verbunden werden.
