Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Ersetzen von in einem Hydroschild die Ortsbrust stützender Stützflüssigkeit durch Druckluft, wobei die Stützflüssigkeit zunächst in einem oberen Querschnittsbereich bei gleichzeitigem Ersatz durch Druckluft abgelassen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß danach zwischen dem oberen und dem unteren Querschnittsbereich eine im wesentlichen horizontale, dichte Abtrennung eingebracht wird, daß anschließend der oberhalb der Abtrennung liegende obere Querschnittsbereich mit einem Festbestandteile enthaltenden Stützmaterial derart kraftschlüssig verfüllt wird, daß es in dem oberen Teil der Abbaukammer die erforderliche statische Stützfunktion übernehmen kann, daß abschließend die im unteren Querschnittsbereich befindliche Stützflüssigkeit durch Druckluft ersetzt wird und daß nach dem Abschluß von Verrichtungen in dem mit Druckluft beaufschlagten Bereich die vorangegangenen Verfahrensschritte in umgekehrter Reihenfolge bis zur vollständigen Füllung mit Stützflüssigkeit vollzogen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Ablassen der Stützflüssigkeit auf der Ortsbrust eine Versiegelung aus Spritzbeton, Kunststoffolien oder dergleichen aufgetragen wird.
- Hydroschild zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, mit einem Schneidrad in einer Abbaukammer, die durch eine mit Abstand von der Ortsbrust in einem Schildmantel angeordnete Tauchwand und Druckwand gebildet ist, gekennzeichnet durch Stützbleche (17) mit deren Hilfe eine im wesentlichen horizontale Abtrennung in der Abbaukammer (8) herstellbar ist, und den Stützblechen (17) zugeordnete Abdichtungsmittel (16).
- Hydroschild nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützbleche (17) auf horizontal gestellten Radarmen (6) des Schneidrades (3) und/oder an der Tauchwand (9) befestigten Wandauflagern auflagerbar sind.
- Hydroschild nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch aus der Tauchwand (9) vorteleskopierbare und auf den Radarmen (6) abstützbare Tragrohre (23) für die Stützbleche (17).
- Hydroschild nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützbleche (17) scharnierartig miteinander sowie mit der Tauchwand (9) verbunden und an die Tragrohre (23) angekoppelt sind.
- Hydroschild nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützbleche (17) hydraulisch ausfahrbar und/oder ausklappbar an den Radarmen (6) des Schneidrades (3) befestigt sind.
- Hydroschild nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Ortsbrust (2) weisende Stützbleche (17) durch Vorschieben des Schneidrades (3) in die Ortsbrust (2) drückbar sind.
