Der Blaskasten 4 weist eine der Führungsfläche 1 zugewandte Wand 7 auf. In diese Wand 7 sind mittels eines Tiefziehwerkzeuges Blasdüsen 6 eingebracht. Jede einzelne Blasdüse 6 wird durch eine Vertiefung 8, die einen Eintrittsraum 9 für Druckluft und eine Fläche 11 mit einer Blasöffnung 12 aufweist, gebildet. Diese Vertiefungen 8 zeigen aus dem Innenraum des Blaskastens 4 heraus in Richtung gegenüberliegende Führungsfläche 1 (Fig. 2 und Fig. 3). Durch jede der Vertiefungen 8 wird jeweils die gegenüber der Wand 7 nach außen geneigte Fläche 11 gebildet. Diese Fläche 11 schließt mit der Wand 7 des Blaskastens 4 einen Winkel Alpha = 150° - 170° ein.

Claims (2)
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von bedruckten Bogen (2) oder Bahnen in einer Druckmaschine mit einem mit unter Druck stehender Trockenluft beaufschlagten Blaskasten (4), der mit Blasdüsen (6) versehen ist, aus denen die Trockenluft in Form von Blasstrahlen (14) auf die frisch bedruckte Seite des Bogens (2) oder Bahn geblasen wird, wobei eine Wand (7) des Blaskastens (4) mit Vertiefungen (8), die in Richtung gegenüberliegender Führungsfläche (1) zeigen, versehen ist, und diese Vertiefungen (8) jeweils eine gegenüber der Wand (7) nach außen geneigte Fläche (11) mit einer Blasöffnung (12) aufweisen, die mit der Wand (7) einen Winkel (Alpha) von 150° - 170° einschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blasdüsen (6) pfeilförmig von einer parallel zur Förderrichtung (F) des Bogens oder der Bahn verlaufenden Symmetrieachse (16) der Wand (7) ausgehend entgegen der Förderrichtung (F) angeordnet sind, wobei die Blasstrahlen (14) im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der nach außen geneigten Fläche (11) aus der Blasöffnung (12) austreten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von Zentren der Blasdüsen (6) und deren Blasöffnungen (12) festgelegte Geraden mit Parallelen zur Förderrichtung (F) einen Winkel (Gamma) von -45° bis 45° einschließen.
