Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung formbeständiger, kugelförmiger Körper, wobei folienartige, vorzugsweise korrosionsbeständige Folienbahnen (1) als Ausgangsmaterial dienen, die insbesondere aus Metall, Papier, Pappe, Kunststoff oder eine Kombination von derartigen Materialien durch Beschichtung bestehen, in welches Ausgangsmaterial beim Durchlauf durch eine Schneideinrichtung (2) perforationsartige, in Querrichtung gegeneinander versetzte, in Längsrichtung der Folienbahn (1) verlaufende Schnitte eingebracht werden und die Folienbahn (1) zur Öffnung der Schnittstellen in einer Streckvorrichtung (11) in Querrichtung gedehnt wird, wobei die Seiten der Folienbahn (1) geklemmt und das Zentrum der Folienbahn (1) durch Auflaufen auf ein bügelförmiges oder rollenförmiges Streckmittel (16, 36, 45, 55) in Querrichtung gedehnt wird, die gedehnte Folienbahn (1a) in einer Düseneinrichtung (19) um die Längsachse in einer lockeren Zylinderform eingerollt, durch Transportmittel (20) einer weiteren Schneidvorrichtung (21, 22) zugeführt und in dieser in Stücke gekappt wird, die in einer Kugelform weitergebildet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Einbringen der längsgerichteten Schnitte vor dem Einlaufen der Schnittstellen aufweisenden Folienbahn (1) in die Streckvorrichtung (11) die Bahn (1) durch Federmittel (9) gespannt wird, daß die Materialbahn in der Streckvorrichtung in C-Form vorgebogen wird, wonach diese Vorform in der Düseneinrichtung (19) in eine Schlauchform (1b) weitergebildet wird, und daß die Kappstücke (31) mittels einer Trommel (23) durch kontinuierliches Walzen in die Kugelform gebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folienbahn (1) eine Streckung bzw. Dehnung in Querrichtung zu dreifacher Breite erhält und zu einem zwei-, vorzugsweise dreilagigem Gebilde gefaltet bzw. einer dergleichen Schlauchform gebogen wird, wobei die gekappten, mehrlagig gebildeten Kappstücke (31) als zylinderförmige Stücke eine Länge haben, welche doppelt so groß als deren Durchmesser ist.
- Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 zur Herstellung formbeständiger Körper mit einem Bereitstellungsmittel für eine Folienbahn, einer Schneideinrichtung zur Einbringung von längsgerichteten, quer zueinander versetzten Schnitten in die Folienbahn, einer Streck- oder Dehneinrichtung, welche zur Klemmung und zur wellenförmigen Ausformung der Folienbahnränder, Zahnriemen (12, 13) mit ineinandergreifenden Zähnen (12a, 13a) aufweist und zwischen den Zahnriemen zum beidseitigen Halten der Folienbahnränder in Querrichtung eine höhenversetzte bügelförmige Streckfeder (16) oder Rolle (36) zur Ausbildung eine vergrößerte Querersteckung aufweisende Bahn besitzt, einer Spannvorrichtung (7) mit einer durch Federkraft belastbaren Spannrolle (8), einer Düse (19), die ein weiteres Einrollen der gedehnten Folienbahn (1a) zu einem Schlauch oder Bündel bewirkt, einem dieser nachgeordneten Zugelement z.B. eine Nadelwalze (20) mittels welchem die gedehnte Folienbahn (1a) durch die Düse (19) transportierbar ist, sowie einer Vorrichtung zur Bildung der Kugelkörper, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneideinrichtung (2) durch zwei kooperierende, einen scheibenförmigen Aufbau aufweisenden Walzenkörper, mit glatten Schneidmessern (3) und Zwischenscheiben (4) einerseits und unterbrochenen Schneidmessern (5) mit Zwischenscheiben (4) andererseits, gebildet ist, die Spannvorrichtung (7) der Schneideinrichtung (2) nachgeordnet und die zur Ausbildung der gedehnten Folienbahn (1a) in einer C-förmigen Vorform geeignete Streckeinrichtung (11) der Spannvorrichtung (7) nachgeordnet angeordnet ist, und die nachfolgende Vorrichtung zur Bildung der Kugelkörper eine Einrollvorrichtung (17) ist, die das Zugelement, z.B eine. Nadelwalze (20), aufweist, wobei die Vorform mittels des Zugelementes in einer der Düse (19) nachgeordneten rotierenden Trommel (23) transportierbar und einem Untermesser (22) und gehäusefestem Obermesser (21) zur Erstellung von Kappstücken (31) zuführbar ist, wobei die Kappstücke (31) mittels der rotierenden Trommel (23) durch kontinuierliches Walzen zu kugelähnlichen Körpern (31a) weitergebildet werden können.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle (36) aus wenigstens zwei Rollenhälften (46, 47), vorzugsweise vier Rollenhälften (46, 47, 48, 49) mit jeweils nach außen vom Rollenmittel aus, abfallenden Durchmesser, besteht und unabhängig voneinander auf einer Welle (40) drehbar und axial verschiebbar ist und die Rolle (36) bzw. Rollenhälften (46, 47, 48, 49) an der der Folienbahn (1) zugewandten Lauffläche eine etwa axial gerichtete Profilierung (50) aufweist und/oder eine gleitbegünstigende Beschichtung enthält, wobei die Rollenhälften als Hohlschalen (51, 52) oder Drahtkörper ausgebildet sind, während eine Hohlschale (z.B. 52) ein Verbindungselement (53) z.B. Ring oder Stege, enthält, das eine Einschnürung (54) im Mittelteil der Folienbahn (1a) zuläßt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Zahnriemen (12) im Kämmeingriff mit dem unteren Zahnriemen (13) stehend, über untere Umlenkrollen (14c) mit einem dazwischenliegenden Antriebsritzel (15) mit einem Motor (15a) antreibbar ist, wobei die Rolle (36) bzw. die Rollenhälften (46, 47, 48, 49) als lose Rolle gelagert und mit der Folienbahnbewegung durch Reibschluß, oder je nach Festigkeit der Folienbahn (1) durch einen Synchronantrieb bewegbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rotierende Trommel (23) eine Ausnehmung (34) aufweist, aus der das Gut radial an die Außenseite, in einen mit dem Gehäuse (25) gebildeten Ringraum (32) führbar ist, der Ringraum (32) durch einen an der Mantelfläche der Trommel (23) wendelförmig angeordneten Einrollsteg (30) verkleinert ist, wobei die durch eine Schikane, z.B. Anpreßtuch (33) od. dgl. verengende Mittel, zylinderförmig gerollte Kappstücke (31) durch rauhe Oberfläche der Ringwandung kugelförmig, oder wenigstens zu kugelähnlichen quadratischen Zylindern gewälzt werden.
