Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Wertscheinpaketen (P) aus Z übereinandergestapelten Wertscheinbündeln, die je H fortlaufend numerierte Wertscheine enthalten und durch Schneiden von Z aufeinanderfolgenden Stapeln mit je H aufeinanderliegenden Wertscheinbogen gebildet wurden, wobei jeder Wertscheinbogen N Wertscheindrucke aufweist und die gleichen Wertscheinpositionen aufeinanderfolgender Bogen fortlaufend numeriert sind, und wobei die aus einem Bogenstapel (1) stammenden N Wertscheinbündel (10) auf einem Transportsystem (T) im Abstand hintereinander bewegt werden und die aus aufeinanderfolgenden Bogenstapeln stammenden Gruppen von je N Wertscheinbündeln aufeinanderfolgen, mit einem Verteiler (11) zur periodischen Ablage von jeweils N aufeinanderfolgenden Wertscheinbündeln (10) in N verschiedenen Magazinen (15), in denen jeweils Z Wertscheinbündel zu einem Paket (P) gestapelt werden, welches Z x H Wertscheine mit einer kompletten Nummernsequenz enthält, und mit einer Entnahmeeinrichtung (16) zum Verschieben der Pakete (P) aus den Magazinen (15) auf eine Transportstrecke (17) zur Weiterverarbeitung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteiler (11) eine an das Transportsystem (T) grenzende geradlinige Förderstrecke (12) mit wenigstens N verschiedene Bündelpositionen und mit einem durch einen automatisch steuerbaren Betätigungsmechanismus verstellbaren Boden (13), der als Auflage für die Bündel dient, ein über diesem Boden (13) installiertes System von Mitnehmern (14) zum Vorschub der Bündel sowie unterhalb des Bodens N mit den Bündelpositionen ausgerichtete Magazine (15) in Form von Schächten aufweist, dass die Transportstrecke (17) neben den Magazinen, parallel zur erwähnten Förderstrecke (12), verläuft und dass der Betätigungsmechanismus dazu eingerichtet ist, immer dann, wenn alle N Bündelpositionen durch Bündel besetzt sind, den Boden (13) zur Freigabe der oberen Magazinöffnungen zu verstellen, so dass die N Bündel in die N Magazine (15) fallen, und anschliessend den Boden wieder zu schliessen, bevor das erste Bündel der folgenden Gruppe von N Bündeln eintrifft, und dass die Entnahmeeinrichtung (16) dazu eingerichtet ist, nach Bildung von N vollständigen Paketen (P) mit je Z Wertscheinbündeln diese Pakete gleichzeitig aus den Magazinen (15) auf die Transportstrecke (17) zu verschieben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erwähnte verstellbare Boden (13) aus zwei Hälften (13a, 13b) besteht, welche nach unten klappbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus aneinandermontierbaren Modulbausteinen (11A, 11B, 11C, 11D, 11E) aufgebaut ist, von denen jeder zur gleichzeitigen Verarbeitung einer gleichen Zahl von Bündeln ausgebildet ist und jeweils einen entsprechend langen Verteilerabschnitt und einen zugeordneten Abschnitt der Transportstrecke umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zur Herstellung von Paketen aus einer vorwählbaren Anzahl von Bündeln, vorzugsweise von 10 Bündeln mit je 100 Wertscheinen ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bündeltransport mittels der Mitnehmer (14) als Taktvorschub ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderstrecke (12) zur seitlichen Führung der Bündel Seitenwände (20a, 20b) aufweist, welche zur Anpassung an das Bündelformat durch eine Zentralverstellung (24, 25) einstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magazine (15) quer zur Transportrichtung der Bündel (10) durch je eine fest am Vorrichtungsgestell (19) montierte Seitenwand (27a) und je eine in Bezug auf diese verstellbare Seitenwand (27b) begrenzt sind und dass alle verstellbaren Seitenwände (27b) zwecks Anpassung der Magazinabmessung an das Bündelformat durch eine Zentralverstellung (28, 29) gemeinsam verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verstellbaren Seitenwände (27b) ausserdem vor dem Herabfallen der Bündel mit Hilfe eines automatisch betätigbaren Stellglieds (30) gleichzeitig aus der auf das Bündelformat eingestellten Position in eine die Magazinabmessung vergrössernde Position und anschliessend wieder zurück in die dem Bündelformat angepasste Position verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportstrecke (17) für die Pakete (P) mit einem taktweise arbeitenden Vorschubsystems (18) ausgerüstet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das taktweise arbeitende Vorschubsystem (18) für die Pakete (P) einen von den vorhergehenden Funktionen unabhängigen Antrieb aufweist.
