Definitions
- the present invention relates to a roof glazing system, where on a frame substructure Metal profiles both fixed and at least one glass element which can be pivoted outwards is attached, the pivoting glass element serving as a window a frame profile is attached and sealing elements and at least has a water drainage element arranged on the ridge side above the glass element.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object to propose a roof glazing system that with regard to production, assembly and visual design is improved.
- Roof glazing system is on one Window frame substructure on the circumference around the window circumferential sealing profile arranged.
- This Sealing profile has a circumferential inside Water drainage channel, which may be used for Opening the window or due to leaks in the to catch water entering the closed state and to derive.
- the sealing profile is designed so that in closed state of the window the surface of the Sealing profile at least on the ridge-side edge of the Glass pane of the window with the top of the glass pane ends flush. So that is on the roof surface flowing water either sideways depending on the amount derived or via the sealing profile on the Window glass pane led.
- This configuration of the Sealing profile can also cover the entire circumference Glass pane may be provided.
- the glass pane in the sealing profile, so that on the one hand the surface of the sealing profile with the top of the Glass panel can be flush and the other Place the glass pane against the sealing profile.
- the glass pane forms with its Edge area of a wall of the water drainage channel. Thereby gets water flowing out of the glass pane or to the Water penetrating directly into the sides of the glass pane Drainage channel, so that an impairment of the room below the roof is prevented.
- the glass pane is over at least one hinge with one on the top edge of the ridge-side edge of the glass pane Pivot attached to the sealing profile. Through a Fitting designed in this way is the glass pane around the upper outer edge turned. This ensures that the surface of the sealing profile with the top edge the glass pane at least in this area seals and water flowing over the sealing profile can be derived via the glass pane.
- the swiveling Glass element can be arranged so that the Surface essentially in one plane with the fixed glass elements. In a construction in which the pivotable glass element in a second level is arranged above the fixed glass elements, protrude the swiveling glass elements a maximum of 8 mm from the first level out.
- the glass elements usually have a Double glazing, with the inner glass pane a has a smaller glass surface and the outer glass pane this surpasses in scope. The outer pane of glass is thus sealed over the sealing profile.
- the Sealing profile an outer, facing the glass pane Sealing lip on the outer contour of the Sealing profile connects.
- This sealing lip thus forms an extension of the outer surface of the Sealing profile and takes the same design was different functions.
- the sealing lip on the ridge-side sealing profile that swivels with the Glass pane is connected lies in the area of the upper ridge-side edge on the surface of the glass pane and moves with it when the glass pane is opened above.
- the glass pane is preferably in this area beveled so that the tapering towards the tip Sealing lip forms a plane with the glass pane.
- the edge of the glass pane lies through the fixed one Pivotal point between the glass pane and the sealing profile sealing against a wall of the sealing profile.
- the Water drainage channel in the direction of the window opening bounded at least one inner sealing lip on which the Bottom of the glass pane rests.
- the sealing lip forms thus a wall of the water drainage channel and begins at the Edges of the glass sheet penetrating water and possibly on the underside of the glass pane running water, since the glass pane with the Press the bottom against the sealing lip.
- several sealing lips can be arranged parallel to each other his.
- the sealing profile flat surface.
- the sealing profile is in this Area designed so that the fixed glass elements lie in the sealing profile so that the top of the fixed glass elements at least above and below of the window forms a level. Basically this is Construction also to the side of the swiveling glass element possible, but the one available on the side is possible Area due to the slope of the roof Frame substructure limited. Because the fixed glass elements with the flat surface one level water flowing down well over the next Glass element can be derived. Because the fixed Glass elements in the sealing profile show that Sealing profile one of the fixed glass elements facing sealing surface, the surface accordingly is trained so that by the weight of the Glass elements on the eaves-side edge acting on the sealing surface the glass pane is securely sealed.
- the sealing profile a second water drainage duct, one wall of which ridge side above and eaves side below the window is formed by the fixed glass elements.
- the Water drainage channel is located in the area of the edge of the fixed glass elements, so that at the between the Face of the glass pane and the sealing surface of the Sealing profile penetrating water in this Water drainage can enter and can be discharged.
- the Water drainage channel is advantageously on the Window facing away from at least one inner Limited sealing lip on the underside of the fixed glass element rests. This configuration corresponds essentially to that already mentioned in Described in connection with the pivotable glass element Design of the sealing lips.
- this comprises Sealing profile one from the level of the fixed Glass elements protruding bead-like area, so that the swiveling glass element compared to the fixed one Glass elements slightly raised on a second level is arranged.
- Water flowing down the sloping roof can about the round design of the surface of the Flow the sealing profile onto the glass pane of the window and is derived from this.
- the sealing profile on the Eaves edge of the lower edge of the window points to this Outlet openings on the outlet of the water on the allow next glass element.
- this glass roof system designed according to the invention can be arranged with a pivotable glass element Sealing profile an effective seal and water drainage can be achieved. Furthermore, through this Design significantly shortens the manufacturing time and due to the low maximum height of 8 mm of the window compared to the fixed glass elements Design allows the window opposite the fixed glass elements little and thus the Appearance of the glass roof significantly affected.
- the Sealing profile itself can be used as a rubber profile from the Materials known to those skilled in the art, such as APTK, or neoprene and Silicone etc. exist.
- Figure 1 shows the glass roof 1 with fixed Glass elements 2 and one as a movable window trained glass element 3.
- the glass elements are made by a frame substructure made of roof pitch extending supporting rungs 4 held.
- the glass pane 7 of the window 3 is through a Window frame 8 held and is usually on the upper ridge-side edge 9 pivotable.
- Figure 2 shows the vertical section through the window line A-A, with the window once in the closed and dashed in the open position is shown.
- the Glass elements are double glazing with an outer Glass pane 11 and an inner glass pane 12 formed, the outer glass sheet 11, the inner Glass pane 12 extends beyond the circumference.
- the two panes of glass 11, 12 are firmly glued together and with one Window substructure 13 firmly connected, the Sealing in a manner known to those skilled in the art Insulating agents, such as silicone, are made to the to achieve the required insulation values.
- Both Substructures 4, 10, 13 are usually around metal profiles.
- the sealing profile 14 is, as in FIGS. 2 and 3 can be seen, arranged on the circumference of the glass pane 11 and designed the same on all sides.
- Embodiment is the window 3 compared to the fixed glass elements 2 slightly (approx. 8 mm) increased so that the sealing profile 14 for mounting and Sealing of the glass pane 11 is bulge-shaped.
- the sealing profile 14 is on the Window frame substructure 10 on the upper cross section 5 and on the lower cross section 6 supports. As can be seen from Figure 4, this shows Sealing profile 14 on a water drainage channel 15, the through an inner wall 16, one towards the window opening 18 arranged sealing lip 17 and the edge region 20 of the Bottom 19 of the glass sheet 11 is formed.
- the Glass pane 11 abuts with its edge 21 on the first side a roughened sealing surface 22 of the sealing profile 14 on.
- Another sealing lip tapering towards the tip 23 is at the upper edge of the sealing surface 22 arranged that the sealing lip 23 the outer contour of the bead-shaped area 24 of the sealing profile 14 extended so that the top 25 of the glass sheet with the Sealing lip 23 and the surface 26 of the sealing profile 14 forms a level.
- the glass pane 11 instructs one the shape of the sealing lip 23 adapted recess 27. This allows the upper fixed glass element 2 water flowing down over the bulbous region 24 get the glass pane 11 and onto the lower one Continue flowing glass elements 2.
- the glass pane 11 is fixed glued to the sealing lip 23 so that when opening the Window the sealing lip 23 moves with.
- the glass pane 11 rotates around the upper outer point 28. This is designed accordingly, not here illustrated fitting guaranteed.
- the edge area 32 in the area of the lower eaves side Edge 29 and the longitudinal edges 30 form a wall of the discharge channel 15. So that the water from the discharge channel 15 can flow, are in the lower sealing profile 14 ' Bores 31 are provided, which prevent the water from escaping the discharge channel 14 'on the surface of the fixed Allow glass element 2. That is the safe one Drainage around the window through the continuous Water drainage channel 15 in the sealing profile 14 or 14 ' guaranteed.
- the sealing profile 14 also has a fixed glass elements 2 facing flat surface 33 on with the attached fixed glass elements 2 forms a plane.
- the fixed Glass elements 2 also in the sealing profile 14 or 14 ', the end face 34 of the fixed glass elements 2 to a suitably designed roughened Sealing surface 35 abuts.
- the second water drainage channel 36 can between the Face 34 and the sealing surface 35 entering water intercept and derive.
- the seal between the glass panes and the sealing surfaces 35 is favored in that during assembly on it care is taken that the fixed glass elements due to their weight against the sealing profile. Overall, by using only one Sealing profile on all sides of the window one significant simplification in the manufacture and assembly of the glass roof system according to the invention can be achieved. The other gluing and sealing as well as window stops are and in the usual way for the expert using the materials available on the market accomplished.
