Claims (4)

  1. Paquet à cigarettes équipé d'un couvercle (12) en particulier boîte à rabat ayant une partie boîte (11), un groupe de cigarettes (28) y étant logées, caractérisé par le fait que la longueur des cigarettes est inférieure à la hauteur ou longueur du paquet de cigarettes, de manière que, lorsque le paquet de cigarettes est fermé, il soit constitué au-dessus du groupe de cigarettes (28), respectivement d'un bloc de cigarettes (30) à l'intérieur du couvercle (12), un espace creux (31) destiné à recevoir au moins une cigarette disposée transversalement, ou bien une cigarette partielle (33).
  2. Paquet à cigarettes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'espace creux (31) s'étend au-dessus du groupe de cigarettes (28) sur toute la section transversale du couvercle (12) et correspond en hauteur environ à l'épaisseur d'une cigarette ou d'une cigarette partielle (33).
  3. Paquet à cigarettes selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la dimension de l'espace creux (chambre 31) dans le couvercle (12), dans la direction longitudinale de celui-ci, correspond à la longueur d'une cigarette ou d'une cigarette partielle (33), de manière que celle-ci puisse être enserrée transversalement ou en diagonale entre des parois latérales (24, 25) du couvercle.
  4. Paquet à cigarettes selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que les cigarettes constituant le groupe de cigarettes (28) ou le bloc de cigarettes (30) sont divisibles de préférence au centre, et que, lors du prélèvement d'une cigarette (10) et de la subdivision de celle-ci, l'une des cigarettes partielles formées est susceptible d'être positionnée de façon ajustée dans la chambre (31) du couvercle (12).
