Claims (6)

  1. Boîte à couvercle basculant pour objets en forme de bâton tels que cigarettes, comportant une partie boîte (10) et un couvercle (11) qui est articulé à une paroi arrière (15) de cette partie boîte (10), un col constitué d'une paroi avant (39) et de pattes latérales (40) qui est fixé par une partie inférieure dans la partie boîte (10), et au moins une paroi de support dirigée transversalement (32, 33) placée dans la partie boîte (10), qui fait partie d'un flan pour le col (38) et est jointe par une ligne de pliage (50) à la paroi avant (39) du col, caractérisée par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) deux parois de support dirigées transversalement (32, 33) sont placées à distance l'une de l'autre dans la partie boîte (10),
    b) ces deux parois de support (32, 33) présentent des évidements (34, 35) pour le passage par chacun d'un objet (29),
    c) les évidements (34) d'une paroi de support (32) sont coaxiaux avec les évidements (35) de l'autre paroi de support (33), de sorte que chaque objet est tenu par les deux parois de support.
  2. Boîte à couvercle basculant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les objets (29) sont placés en deux rangs (30, 31) à distance les uns des autres dans l'emballage, les parois de support (32, 33) présentant des évidements (34, 35) disposés en rangs et situés deux à deux dans les mêmes plans transversaux.
  3. Boîte à couvercle basculant selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée par le fait que les évidements (34, 35) sont formés dans les parois de support (32, 33) par découpage, des parties découpées (37) restant jointes aux parois de support (32, 33) par des ponts restants (36) et étant dirigées dans l'emballage perpendiculairement aux parois de support (32, 33), en particulier entre les rangs (30, 31).
  4. Boîte à couvercle basculant selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisée par le fait que les deux parois de support (32, 33) et le col (38) sont constitués par un flan commun qui forme par pliage tridimensionnel un élément rapporté de support (42) pour la partie boîte (10), une paroi de support (32) étant jointe en bas par la ligne de pliage (50) à la paroi avant (39) du col et les parois de support (32, 33) étant reliées par une partie intermédiaire verticale (45) qui s'appuie sur une paroi arrière (15) ou une paroi avant (13) de la partie boîte (10).
  5. Boîte à couvercle basculant selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisée par le fait que le flan pour l'élément rapporté de support (42) correspond partout à la largeur ou la dimension transversale du col (38) y compris la paroi avant (39) et les pattes latérales (40, 41) de celui-ci, des pattes rabats latérales (43, 44, 46) formées dans la zone des parois de support (32, 33) et de la partie intermédiaire (45) étant rabattues dans une position transversale de façon telle qu'elles s'appuient rabattues l'une contre l'autre ou côte à côte contre des parois latérales (16, 17) de la partie boîte (10).
  6. Boîte à couvercle basculant selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisée par le fait que l'élément rapporté de support (42) présente dans sa partie inférieure, c'est-à-dire à un bord de la paroi de support inférieure (33), une patte d'écartement (47) qui s'appuie contre la paroi avant (13) ou la paroi arrière (15) et va jusqu'à la paroi de fond (14) et qui de préférence présente le contour d'un évidement (48) formé dans la zone de la paroi avant (39) du col.
