Claims (5)

  1. Boîte à rabat avec des objets en forme de barres, tels que des cigarettes, qui sont disposés en une formation comportant au moins deux rangées (37, 38) parallèles à l'intérieur de la boîte à rabat, avec une partie boîte (20) et un couvercle (21), relié articulé à une paroi arrière (24) de la partie boîte (20), et avec une collerette (35) disposée dans la partie boîte (20), collerette dont la partie supérieure sortant de la partie boîte (20) est entourée par le couvercle (21) lorsque l'on se trouve en position de fermeture, caractérisée par les propriétés ci-après:
    a) les objets (36) sont maintenus dans la partie boîte (20) par un organe d'appui (39), de manière que les objets (36) présentent de tous les côtés un espacement mutuel et un espacement vis-à-vis des parois latérales (29, 30) de la boîte à rabat,
    b) la hauteur de l'organe d'appui (39) est inférieure à la hauteur de la partie boîte (20),
    c) l'organe d'appui (39) présente pour chaque objet (36), des fixations tournées vers les objets (36), adaptées aux contours des objets (36) et disposées à distance les unes des autres,
    d) un organe d'appui (39), qui présente des fixations disposées en hauteur à distance les unes des autres, est disposé entre des rangées (37, 38) voisines des objets (36), les fixations s'étendant dans un plan transversalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal des objets (36), de manière que chaque objet (36) soit saisi par au moins deux fixations disposées à distance l'une au-dessus de l'autre.
  2. Boîte à rabat selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe d'appui (39) présente au moins une paroi-support (45) verticale sur laquelle sont disposées des fixations, réalisées sous forme de languettes de maintien (46) et formées à partir de la paroi-support (45), par des estampages correspondants, les fixations étant reliées par une ligne de pliage (49) à la paroi-support (45) et étant pliées autour de la ligne de pliage (49) de 90° dans une position horizontale orientée transversalement par rapport à la paroi-support (45).
  3. Boîte à rabat selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que les objets (36) sont fixés par les fixations (46) reliées à la paroi-support (45), fixations s'étendant entre des objets (36) voisins d'une rangée (37, 38) et les saisissant sur deux côtés opposés avec ajustement de forme par des évidements (47, 48) réalisés de manière correspondante.
  4. Boîte à rabat selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les fixations sont réalisées sous forme de parois d'appui (56, 57) qui s'étendent dans un plan transversal par rapport à l'axe longitudinal des objets (36) et présentent, sur leurs bords libres, des évidements (58), en particulier en forme d'auges, destinés à recevoir une zone partielle des objets (36).
  5. Boîte à rabat selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait que les deux parois d'appui (56, 57) font partie d'un flan monopièce, en forme de bande, plié à angles droits et fixé dans celle-ci à distance de la paroi fond (23) de la partie boîte (20).
