Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Kern-Ausstoßen von Gießkernen von Gußstücken, der Art, die einen auf eines festen Unterlage (14) befestigten festen Rahmen (12) umfaßt, wenigstens eine von dem Rahmen (12) getragene Vorrichtung (24) zum Einspannen eines auszustoßenden Stückes und zwei auf diesem Rahmen (12) befestigte Unbalanz-Motoren, die dazu bestimmt sind, den Rahmen (12) bei Betrieb hin- und herpendeln zu lassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (12) eine vertikale (X) Symmetrieachse aufweist, die eine virtuelle, durch den Schnittpunkt der vertikalen mittleren Ebenen in Längsrichtung (L) und in Querrichtung (T) des Rahmens realisierte Pendelachse des Rahmens bildet, wobei dieser Rahmen (12) mittels elastisch verformbarer Verbindungsmittel (16) an der Unterlage (14) befestigt ist, wobei das Kern-Ausstoßen zwei von zwei dem Rahmen (12) gegenüberliegenden Endstücken getragenen, in Längsrichtung der mittleren Ebene (L) angeordneten Vorrichtungen (24) zum Einspannen von auszustoßenden Stücken umfaßt, wobei die zwei Motoren (26) auf den zwei dem Rahmen (12) gegenüberliegenden Seiten befestigt sind und zur Symmetrieachse (X) des Rahmens (12) parallele Umdrehungsachsen (R) aufweisen und mit dieser Symmetrieachse in der mittleren (T) Ebene in Querrichtung angeordnet sind, wobei die Motoren (26) somit den Rahmen (12) um seine virtuelle (X) Achse derart zum Hin- und Herpendeln bringen können, daß der Schwerpunkt jedes auszustoßenden Stücks eine deutlich horizontale und ellipsenförmige Bahn beschreibt.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Rahmen (12) mit der Unterlage (14) verbindenden Mittel vier zylindrische (16) Gelenke mit vertikalen, in Querrichtung elastisch verformbaren Achsen umfassen, die paarweise zu den in Längsrichtung (L) und in Querrichtung (T) verlaufenden vertikalen mittleren Ebenen symmetrisch angeordnet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Vorrichtung zum Einspannen (24) eine feste (28) Klemmbacke und eine mobile (34) Klemmbacke umfaßt, die die vertikalen gegenüberliegenden Einspannungsflächen, zwischen denen ein auszustoßendes Stück festgehalten werden kann, begrenzt.
  4. Vorrichtung gemaß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mobile (34) Klemmbacke mindestens von einem mit einem pneumatischen Kammerzylinder (32) getragen wird.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die festen (28) Klemmbacken, bzw. die mobilen (34) Klemmbacken der zwei Vorrichtungen zum Einspannen (24) im Verhältnis zur mittleren vertikalen Ebene in Längsrichtung (L) gegeneinander angebracht sind.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mittlere Teil des Rahmens (12), auf dem die Motoren (26) befestigt sind, enger ist als die die Vorrichtungen zum Einspannen (24) tragenden Endstücke des Rahmens (12).
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (12) mit einer horizontalen, untereinander durch vertikale (20) Kerne in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Platten (18) umfassenden Tragkonstruktion versehen ist.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß aller Ansprüche 3 bis 7 gemeinsam, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Vorrichtung zum Einspannen (24) zwei vertikale Endplatten (28, 30) umfaßt, die im Verhältnis zur mittleren Ebene in Längsrichtung (L) symmetrisch verlaufen, auf den gegenüberliegenden rechteckigen (22), in den entsprechenden Enden der horizontalen Platten der Tragkonstruktion angeordneten Zuschneidrändern angeordnet sind, wobei eine erste Endplatte (28) die feste Klemmbacke der Vorrichtung zum Einspannen bildet, die zweite Endplatte (30) eine Unterlage für ein festes Endstück des pneumatischen (32) Zylinders bildet, wobei die Vorrichtung zum Einspannen (24) außerdem eine dritte (24) parallele Platte mit fester (28) Klemmbacke umfaßt, die von dem mobilen Endstück des pneumatischen (32) Zylinders getragen wird, die die mobile Klemmbacke der Vorrichtung zum Einspannen (24) bildet.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die festen (28) Klemmbacken der Vorrichtungen zum Einspannen (24) Durchgangsöffnungen (28) für Mittel (40) zum Hämmern der in den Vorrichtungen zum Einspannungen festgehaltenen Stücke umfassen.
