Description
- les moyens reliant le châssis au support comprennent quatre articulations cylindriques d'axes verticaux, déformables élastiquement transversalement, disposées symétriquement deux à deux par rapport aux plans médians verticaux longitudinal et transversal ;
- chaque dispositif de serrage comprend une mâchoire fixe et une mâchoire mobile délimitant des faces verticales de serrage en vis-à-vis entre lesquelles peut être maintenue une pièce à débourrer ;
- la mâchoire mobile est portée par au moins un vérin pneumatique à chambre ;
- les mâchoires fixes, respectivement les mâchoires mobiles, des deux dispositifs de serrage sont montées en opposition l'une de l'autre par rapport au plan vertical longitudinal médian ;
- la partie médiane du châssis sur laquelle sont fixés les moteurs est plus étroite que les parties d'extrémité du châssis portant les dispositifs de serrage;
- le châssis est muni d'une ossature comportant des plaques horizontales reliées entre elles par des âmes longitudinales verticales ;
- chaque dispositif de serrage comprend deux plaques verticales d'extrémité symétriques par rapport au plan longitudinal médian, fixées sur les bords opposés de découpes rectangulaires ménagées dans les extrémités correspondantes des plaques horizontales de l'ossature, une première plaque d'extrémité formant la mâchoire fixe du dispositif de serrage, la seconde plaque d'extrémité formant un support pour une extrémité fixe du vérin pneumatique, le dispositif de serrage comportant en outre une troisième plaque parallèle à la mâchoire fixe, portée par l'extrémité mobile du vérin pneumatique, formant la mâchoire mobile du dispositif de serrage ;
- les mâchoires fixes des dispositifs de serrage comprennent des orifices de passage pour des moyens de martelage des pièces maintenues dans les dispositifs de serrage.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un dispositif de débourrage selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue de dessus du dispositif de débourrage de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 3 est une demie vue en coupe selon la ligne 3-3 de la figure 2, à échelle agrandie.
Claims (9)
- Dispositif de débourrage de noyaux de coulée de pièces de fonderie, du type comprenant un châssis rigide (12) accroché sur un support fixe (14), au moins un dispositif (24) de serrage d'une pièce à débourrer porté par le châssis (12) et deux moteurs à balourd fixés sur ce châssis (12) et destinés, en fonctionnement, à faire osciller le châssis (12), caractérisé en ce que le châssis (12) a un axe de symétrie vertical (X) formant un axe virtuel d'oscillation du châssis, défini par l'intersection des plans médians verticaux longitudinal (L) et transversal (T) du châssis, ce châssis (12) étant accroché sur le support (14) par des moyens de liaison (16) déformables élastiquement, le dispositif de débourrage comprenant deux dispositifs (24) de serrage de pièces à débourrer portés par deux extrémités opposées du châssis (12) en étant alignés dans le plan longitudinal médian (L), les deux moteurs (26) étant fixés sur deux côtés opposés du châssis (12) et ayant des axes de rotation (R) parallèles à l'axe de symétrie (X) du châssis (12) et alignés avec cet axe de symétrie dans le plan transversal médian (T), les moteurs (26) pouvant ainsi faire osciller le châssis (12) autour de son axe virtuel (X) de manière que le centre de gravité de chaque pièce à débourrer décrive une trajectoire sensiblement horizontale et ellipsoïdale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens reliant le châssis (12) au support (14) comprennent quatre articulations cylindriques (16) d'axes verticaux, déformables élastiquement transversalement, disposées symétriquement deux à deux par rapport aux plans médians verticaux longitudinal (L) et transversal (T).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif de serrage (24) comprend une mâchoire fixe (28) et une mâchoire mobile (34) délimitant des faces verticales de serrage en vis-à-vis entre lesquelles peut être maintenue une pièce à débourrer.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire mobile (34) est portée par au moins un vérin pneumatique à chambre (32).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les mâchoires fixes (28), respectivement les mâchoires mobiles (34), des deux dispositifs de serrage (24) sont montées en opposition l'une de l'autre par rapport au plan vertical longitudinal médian (L).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie médiane du châssis (12) sur laquelle sont fixés les moteurs (26) est plus étroite que les parties d'extrémité du châssis (12) portant les dispositifs de serrage (24).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le châssis (12) est muni d'une ossature comportant des plaques horizontales (18) reliées entre elles par des âmes longitudinales verticales (20).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 3 et 7 prises ensemble, caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif de serrage (24) comprend deux plaques verticales d'extrémité (28,30) symétriques par rapport au plan longitudinal médian (L), fixées sur les bords opposés de découpes rectangulaires (22) ménagées dans les extrémités correspondantes des plaques horizontales de l'ossature, une première plaque d'extrémité (28) formant la mâchoire fixe du dispositif de serrage, la seconde plaque d'extrémité (30) formant un support pour une extrémité fixe du vérin pneumatique (32), le dispositif de serrage (24) comportant en outre une troisième plaque (34) parallèle à la mâchoire fixe (28), portée par l'extrémité mobile du vérin pneumatique (32), formant la mâchoire mobile du dispositif de serrage (24).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les mâchoires fixes (28) des dispositifs de serrage (24) comprennent des orifices (38) de passage pour des moyens (40) de martelage des pièces maintenues dans les dispositifs de serrage.
